I called Spencer at 2:25 on a Monday afternoon needing an emergency appt so that our closing could go on as scheduled on Tuesday. He was so kind and was at our house at 2:55! Finished with service by 3:30. He was nice, knowledgeable and great price! Highly recommend!

Wow!! Long story short I have a vacation home on lake Lanier. I live in FL. I i called 3 companies to bid on some garage door repairs. 1 never showed up. The other was late by an hour and pitched new doors instead of repairing the track and rollers.Spencer and Freedom overhead doors was on time with a coutesy call to let me know hes on the way. My daughter was the one there...23 years old and doeant know much about garage doors so after freedom/Spencer ran thru system of 4 garage doors he gave a price my daughter asked him to speak to me in Florida, via telephone to apporve he called me and walked me thru repair and even texted me pics of th2 bad parts he replacedIn comparison the company that said I needed new doors came to an estimate of $4200.00.
