I wasn’t even acknowledged when I came in except this one older blonde woman just staring at me. Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything, just stared at me. I guess I wasn’t dressed nice enough to come in there or she thought I was going to steal something.

What a nice boutique! I shop here every time I am in town from Arizona to visit my family. I have purchased two Louis Vuitton handbags and one Jimmy Choo. Plus designer sunglasses! Love to shop here and next visit I’m bringing a suitcase full of handbags to consign.

I had the pleasure of visiting this shop for the first time recently, and I was very surprised by both the high quality of the customer service and the great prices of the items for sale! I found an amazing deal on a Burberry trench coat, but there was a lot of variety in their other clothing and accessories, too. Everything I saw was in excellent condition. Highly recommend!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised 😮The items are well selected, the prices are acceptable, and the items may go on sale, up to 75 percent off. I love their bijou selection.I consigned with them too, it was good experience. I just wish they would send a reminder when the agreement term is about to expire.

I walked in with a bag full of items and the lady (I believe her name was Linda) hardly even greeted me. The first thing she said to me was that they are ‘appointment driven’. I asked her if there was anything available now since there were NO customers in the store. She said no.As someone who used to work in retail, I am extremely disappointed with the fact that Linda didn’t even offer to check the schedule to even let me know when the text time something was available. She allowed me to leave without any hesitation at all. I came back into the store I had to ask her myself when the next opening was.This is just extremely terrible customer service and I won’t ever be returning to this store ever again.

Friendly lady she showed me everything in the showcase I wanted to see and didn’t hesitate to do so. They have great items at a great price. If you’re looking for affordable designer this is the place to be.

I just left Hush after googling consignments in Charlotte and honestly I was worried because I didn’t have any makeup on and a relaxed jumpsuit so I didn’t want to feel out of place however from the moment I walked in with my husband the customer service was excellent! Not only was the associates accommodating they were also genuine with their interactions! I will be back. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in my shopping with you.

Great Things Consigned is my favorite place to shop!! Since the ownership changed (for the better!!) The new owners Wendy and Steve are super friendly and they make you feel right at home like friends when you visit the store. Also Julie who works there is super sweet and very friendly and is always happy to assist. I just love her too. Whether you are buying or selling this is the place to shop! New items arrive weekly so the inventory is constantly moving. Oh yeah and great handbags in brand new condition!

We went in looking for something specific they did not have it but they had a lot of other really great items to browse.

The store is nicely organized and full of clothes, accessories, and decorating items. I like that there are clothes in all sizes from petite to larger sizes. I also enjoy looking through the shoes, purses, scarves, and jewelry. The staff are polite and pleasant. I enjoy stopping by there every couple of months and seeing what is new in my size of clothes and shoes. They have lots of clothes and accessories from the high-end of the fashion spectrum. They also have sales on their already marked down clothing on a regular basis.

I love this store. I found this place walking through the Arboretum last weekend while looking for a gift for my mother. The store is mostly brand name womens apparel, but they also had a nice selection of gifts and jewelry. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very helpful. They asked me questions and showed me several unique items from local artisans that I likely would have never found anywhere else. I will definitely be going back the next time Im in the area!

Love this place! A treasure hunt of fashion at unbelievable prices. I drop-in frequently since they have new things daily. I have also consigned here several items and got paid quickly.

I stopped in today for the first time. The store was clean and neat and the salesperson was very sweet to speak with.They have a TON of great items, clothing, shoes, bags for good prices. This is not typical thrift store items, these are all nicer brand and quality items.

What a great store full of wonderful home accessories, art, lamps, etc. The clothes, shoes and jewelry are on of a kind. Its the perfect size shop that you wont get lost in. Located conveniently at the Arboretum, its a jewel of a shop. The staff if friendly and helpful! They even had cookies and fresh fruit flavored water available while I shopped. Great experience!

Love this place! Such a wonderful gem! They have home decor, jewelry & accessories, lovely shoes & clothing! They carry small, medium & large. They are great to shop with and also consign with. My favorite place to find treasures :)

Great selection, attractive prices, and very well organized! Everyone in there is always friendly and they make consigning easy... if you cant sell your stuff they will donate for you. You can even use your check as store credit, which is always convenient for me ;) Definitely recommend stopping in!

My first visit during the thrift store bus tour and the place has a lot of nice clothes and accessories at great price.

BEWARE!!! This store sold my daughter a handbag for 2X what it is actually worth and refused to give a refund within 24 hours. She took advantage of a young teen who is now out $250!!! Heartless rude owner said it was not her responsibility to inform my daughter about the no return/refund policy. Owner actually called the shopping center security because I was asking for a refund and questioning her rip-off pricing. This store has many other complaints, including not treating consignors fairly. NOTHING GREAT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS! DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!

Oh man, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I brought summer clothes in the middle of June and was told they’d be put right out, I would get an email with the inventory and I could come pick up things that didn’t sell on July 16th...I never got an email, so I called 2 weeks later and they hadn’t even put my stuff out. I asked for it to be put out, and to resend the email while I was on the phone. No email. I called 2 weeks later, still hadn’t put things out. I said I would like to come and pick up my things...”oh, no please don’t do that..we’ll put them tomorrow.” No email and no notifications when things sold. Fast forward to August 8th I called to pick up my things, but was told I couldn’t because they were all still out. I told the salesperson I needed them back and she said I could come in two days. In 2 days I called and asked if I could pick up my things, and I was told the same thing. This happened 2 more times, the last time promised by the owner/manager that it would be ready for me on Monday, August 13th...guess what? It wasn’t. In the end I had to go and pick out my own clothes from the store. I have never been so unimpressed with a business in my life. Please take your things elsewhere or even donate them to Goodwill. It’s not worth the small amount of money you will get for your things here. Also, I am writing this review in September...as I JUST received my check for my clothes. Pathetic.

I love this place! Too bad I was only visiting family in the area, still I walked away with oodles of beautiful top name brand clothing for very little money. As others said, the staff was also wonderful.

This place is absolutely horrible. I went in three times attempting to sell a few dresses. Each time there was a different employee that told me something different. The first time I went in the young girl told me they were not accepting new season attire until January. I asked her approxinately when in January and she told me to come in the first. I went in on the second since I figured they were closed for the new year and the lady told me that they did not accept consignment on the weekend. What kind of consignment shop is open all week until Saturday but doesnt adapt any apparel one day during their time of business. Then I went it on the Monday after and was told by another employee that they were not accepting consignment until January 15. I will never use this shop. They need to get all their employees on board if they want to keep their customers.

This store always seems to have something to catch your eye, whether it be décor for the home,or gently used clothing,purses & shoes.The staff is always willing to help you find a treasure to take home and they also offer good insight on trends.
