Its been over a year since I got my glasses here but I had the best experience in 15 years of wearing glasses going here. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional, they got my adjustments perfect and told me they would special order any frame if I got the model number. Which I did, I got Oakleys and they got it for about the same price I would have had to pay online. Ive had good experiences and bad experiences in my 15 years and this one was by far the best. Recently moved and had to get new glasses somewhere else and man I miss these guys.

Business only open through appointments. No browsing just a appointment offered for 2 hours later. But the store is absolutely empty. Ill just order online.

Here on vacation and my daughter had a problem with her contacts. Unfortunately she forgot to pack spares 🙄 I called this office and spoke to Marco. He was unwilling to help and couldn’t even suggest anywhere else that might be able to help in an emergency. Eventually he reluctantly offered to check if he had any sample contacts suitable but only if I would purchase 2 full boxes of contacts and pay shipping to my home in Houston. Wow! I contacted the nearby TSO at 5717 Saratoga Blvd. They where more than willing to help. When they didn’t have her usual contacts they called my local TSO optician and got permission for a close equivalent. They very kindly gave us 2 FREE samples boxes to tide her over until we’re back home. Why would anyone use this office when the TSO at 5717 Saratoga Blvd clearly provides a more caring and efficient service.

The doors are locked the people are scared to death even let anybody come in period they are working by appointment only. And its a shame that anybody is that afraid to do their job.

The people at this place are absolutely fabulous. The entire staff are kind, courteous and professional and the doctor is the best! I would never consider going anywhere else. Today one of my lenses fell out of my glasses I called them at 4:40 p.m. in a slight panic because without my glasses Im not able to read. They told me to bring them in and they would do their very best to get them done today if not they would be ready by tomorrow by noon. I brought them to them and they came to my car, which is extremely helpful therefore I didnt have to get out and I had a 2-year-old with me. They took them and they called me back within less than 5 minutes and had them ready and they were as good as new. I would like to thank the entire staff of TSO Parkdale for their extreme expertise and kindness! I would recommend for anyone and everyone to go to this place for their glasses and eye exams they are the best! Thank you TSO PARKDALE!

An eye exam is treated less like a medical appointment and more like a sales opportunity. The concerns I mentioned werent addressed, and they were more oriented toward selling me more expensive brands of contacts. The majority of the exam time revolved around having me try on more expensive contact lens brands. I had to ask multiple times to stick with my much cheaper current brand that I said from the beginning was working perfectly.

I love this place. Always has what I want and what I need. They work with my insurance to provide the best affordable price for me. They even let you make 2 payments. The doctor is so nice and the staff is always so friendly. Thank you :)

Purchased Oakley frames less than a year ago. Have brought them back 3 times as the lenses fall out. The last time I was told they didn’t have the part to fix and couldn’t get it for 2-3 weeks. I was told to go to LensCrafters for repair. Very poor service after sale. Salesperson was rude and incompetent.

Doctor Dinh has been my doctor since I was a kid. Always so great to see him and his wonderful staff. Ive never had any problems with him. Such a wonderful experience every time.

Staff was really nice and funny, they tell you all about what youre purchasing and give you an honest opinion. My glasses were ready in a week, very happy with their service!

Wasted time driving over just to find out that you need an appointment to buy glasses. Seems a little ridiculous to me. What makes it worse is standing at the door looking at an empty lobby and then being told they didnt have any appointments or time to see me...
