Dr. Setterberg and Tracy are extremely knowledgeable, cordial and professional, and go out of their way to make the experience as enjoyable as possible! Most friendly and caring business, I highly recommend!

Dr. Ashley Setterberg is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Optical shop has a good variety of designer frames and sunglasses like Chanel, Tiffany, Versace, Prada. If you are looking for great, friendly office this is a place where you want to go.

Professional staff. Great selection of frames for all budgets. I got a cute but affordable back up pair of glasses and splurged on the second pair Chanel sunglasses!. They where too beautiful to pass up. I also brought my daughter here and her glasses where completely covered by our insurance. She loves the Ray Ban kids frame because they match her dad’s. I haven’t found a great eye doctor for my family until now.

Arrived on time. Taken back for eye exam 30 minutes after scheduled time. The doctor spent a good of amount of time explaining my need or lack there of for glasses. Also discussed my dry eyes and allergies. We picked out some frames and felt well taken care of. The only draw back was the very bright sun coming In the windows Definitely need some blinds on these windows.Back to pick up glasses and contacts for my wife. Only glasses were there? Was told we did not initially pay for my wife’s contact exam so had to pay another $75 for an exam that took place several weeks ago?Then learned they did not order the contacts that I thought we had paid for and changed another $95 for them and have to wait for them to come in. The optometrist came out a whispered to the clerk and would not even make eye contact with me. Seemed to be avoiding me. The lady at the counter did give me a sample pair for my wife to wear until they came in.I personally feel they are unorganized and feel I paid much more than we did last year at TSO.Will go back there next year. Not happy with this place.After trying my new glasses that I felt were off somehow, I am now wearing my old glasses from a prior eye exam. I need to go back and discuss this with them and have not done this. Really do not have time off to do this. Not very happy with this place. :(

Dr. Setterberg and the staff at Vision Boutique are absolutely amazing. Dr Setterberg takes her time to explain everything and is truly a kind and caring individual. Couldnt ask for a better doctor!

I have never had an optometrist spend so much time trying to assess and help figure out my eye problems. You can really tell she cares. Highly recommended!

My daughter had an appointment here and the wait time was terrible. She had an appointment which we showed up to on time. We waited for over an hour and she was still not seen by the doctor. Would not recommend to others for this reason. The staff was pleasant but the wait time is ridiculous..

They’re super slow and unorganized. I went with my aunt for her appt and we waited over an hour and a half and they STILL didn’t have the doctor available to see her. You’re better off going as a walk in to Stanton optical or something. Don’t waste your time or money here

Was greeted with, youre late. I was actually 15 minutes early but the girl (Shannon) did not apologize. Instead she replied, I hate this new system. Then I was told they couldnt do a complete exam because they were short-staffed. The exam with Dr Behrens went okay and she was pleasant.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go through those doors. Be sure to read the small sign on counter. If your not satisfied you wont be getting a refund! I guess if you must post a sign on the counter Im not the first unhappy customer. Dr Sutterberg herself said you have 90 days to pick up glasses or they would be discarded. Wow! $565.00 IS A PRICEY PAPER WEIGHT.

Vision Boutique saved me a trip to San Antonio, to purchase my Chanel Sunglasses. Dr. Setterberg, and staff were so helpful, and friendly. I recommend Vision Boutique, to all my family and friends for premium service, and eye care needs.

The Eye Place had the most helpful and approachable staff I have experienced, in any industry. They really went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed was provided (transitions lenses)!
