My visit at Five Points Optical with Dr Crisp today was very pleasant. I was treated with kindness and courtesy. Everything was spotless and kept sanitized. I received excellent care and my appointment was right on time. Dr Crisp and his staff are the very best! I was given all the health aspects of my vision and a new prescription as well as some recommendations for eye drops and nutritional supplements. The Optical side is also very keen on sanitizing everything as it is touched but still so very friendly and with a relaxed setting. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you get beautiful glasses to suit your style and the shape of your face. I’ve been returning to Five Points for my optical needs for many years and highly recommend this office!

Our son has been a patient here for about 8 years. The staff is nice and courteous. They are very helpful with making appointments. We always get in quick and the visits are speedy. The optometrists are extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They are patient and answer all of our questions. We will continue to taking our son to Five Points Optical Center, and we recommend others to do the same.

I arrived for my appointment and checked in and was not waiting even 5 minutes when the girl called me in to do the preliminary tests, then took me to the doctor’s office where he immediately came in and began his part of my eye exam. I was in an outta there in less than 30 minutes! WOW! Great job!

Every person I engaged with was very kind. Dr. Castañeda took his time with me, answering what questions I had and ensuring my prescription was perfect. He recommended better eye drops than the ones I was using, and gave me the business card of a LASIK specialist so I could get a better consultation. The receptionists were very nice, and laughed at my joke. The optician was kind and talked with us while she worked on my prescription. Really a great place to get your eyes checked!

My 11 year old twins went in today for their eye exam. It was their first time. We are concerned with having to look at a computer all day with Virtual Learning this year that they would strain their eyes so we want to cover that. But the doctor said that one twin had perfect vision and the other barely is in the area need reading glasses but we can wait until their next appt. Five Points has taken care of my family for years now and do a great job. Great visit !
