On top of the excellent prices, Kyle (the manager) and Travis go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Trust that you will be in good hands as long as these two stay around. They were always available if ever I had any issues or questions. I will gladly return again if my storage needs arise. I highly recommend this Storquest location.

Storquest is awesome and Kyle will take care of you! I made a 7 day long distance move. Kyle gave me lots of info to prepare, he held a unit for me, and arranged great pricing! I couldnt be happier! I was in a hurry and stopped by to pay for my storage units. Kyle and Travis were fast, gave me a copy of my receipt. They have pen containers that say cleaned and dirty. I was handed a clean pen and I placed it in dirty. It was sanitized right away. Impressive

We have been StorQuest customers for many years. In trying to cut our cost, we decided to downsize units to something less expensive. I shopped around and found some cheaper units, but Travis (our location manager) worked with us to find a smaller unit that we could afford on the property and not have to move locations. Travis was very friendly and helpful!!

This storage facility is located in a more developed industrial area of NW Dallas and looks very visually appealing from the outside. The inside grounds are equally impressive and very clean, including inside the units. I was assisted by Kyle De Los Reyes, who provided a superb customer service experience that customers receive less frequently these days. It was refreshing! StorQuest has competitive unit prices and I highly recoamend this facility for your storage needs.

Kyle did a great job! If your looking it’s a clean place with reasonable prices. Plenty of space to move around in with a truck. Did a lot of research and this one was the best bang for the buck in the area!

Currently I do not have anything stored at this facility. However, Ive used them in the past and am a satisfied customer. Safe, climate controlled, reasonably priced. What else do you want from a storage company?

I have a unit with my company with StorQuest Self Storage and before I was going to move out but I was happy once I went to the location and seen how much of a difference it is since last month and how nice the new Manager there was Eric was so helpful and nice he talked me into keeping the company units there and he gave me a great deal on a new unit there. Cant wait to return to see what other changes will be made.

We enjoyed the experience. The 2 young ladies that helped us were great. We will tell all our friends about this location just because of the 2 young ladies. They made us feel like we knew them forever.

Very nice in the front office.. I was looking for a storage and never heard of them so I decided to give them a try, I was glad I did. The lady in the front office got me a nice big storage at a great rate and threw in some extras for my trouble. Ive been to a lot of storage places in my time. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a tiny issue with having the office honoring the website promotions, but when it was brought up the issue was resolved so it all worked out. The locks for the units were a bit odd to me, but it has been awhile since I have needed a storage unit. I would recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

At first it was nice. Then the first month payment 2as due and even though I. My CONTRACT it says they cant revoke my gate code until 5-6 days after payment is due the manager did it 3 to 4 days after. When asked about it she lied and said it was a computer glitch. Now that I have closed my storage the manager ladie from the store off of NORTHWEST HWY in Dallas is trying to change me again a mo the after my storage unit was closed?!?!? I know she said she wanted a new job and is trying to move by stealing money from the customers and from the company isnt a way to do it horrible company never run a storage there

I was looking for a storage unit at multiple places but there was no way I could choose any other place due to the Customer Service I was giving from Nora. The lady Nora was so sweet, pleasant, and accomodating. Shes like a one woman show handling the office, the cleaning, showing off the units, thats alot for one person but she did it like a champ and did not complain once. She told me about the specials they were offering, informed me about the importance of having insurance, she didnt try to rush threw anything. She went through all the details of the contract and made sure I understood what I was signing. When I rented here 3 years ago I experienced the same service with another agent. No wonder she has been here 9 years. Employees like her will keep me coming back. Nora was awesome. Now I seen a few things the property can work on but my experience with Nora was AWESOME Customer Service and even though I told her I had to go to one more place I knew I was coming back. Thank you again Nora for your Great Customer Service, patience, and listening to my concerns and trying to find the best unit fit for me. I appreciate you!
