I moved back in June and have left atleast four messages for Manager Kevin to get back to me about REIMBURSING ME FOR DAMAGES his movers created a rating up my floors and other damages.

Absolute worst service ever. They came and we had our furniture prepped and ready to go and they refused us service without good reason. Never, ever use them! Literally a cat is more helpful in moving your stuff!

I want to thank Two Men and a Truck for a great move this weekend. My movers Chris and Samuel were very kind and super hardworking. They moved me from two separate locations in a timely fashion. The heat on the two days of my move was relentless, yet the guys worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and nice to my mom, which I appreciate. I would recommend this company because they have great customer service. Desiree and Kirsten were also very nice on the phone and kept me updated and well prepared for my move.

James’ crew was carefully swift. Sprinting with arms empty, a brisk walk with arms full. They did more than was asked, came in well under budget, and didn’t damage a thing! Didn’t hurt that they were mighty kind gentlemen on top of it all. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Thanks!

The two guys that handled my move were courteous and professional. All my belongings were handled with care (not a scratch). My move took a bit longer than estimated (or should it have), but in the end the customer service representative took good care of me and was fair when it came to the final bill. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and use them when I move again.

So my moving company lied to me about moving expectations, which is a shame because I have used them twice before and paid premium prices for them to do the same level of work I have asked to do today. If I set aside $700 for a moving company, I expect them to do what they promise. I expect them to show up on time, do the job, not make excuses, and if there is a situation where a sup must be involved, and the employee promises he will wait, I expect him to keep his word, not skirt around what he was told to say and leave as soon as the door closes. Guys, dont ever use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

All my furniture was wrapped appropriately and the move took place in a timely manner. My only issue is that 1 piece of my office desk is missing and something got scratched up. The job done wasnt bad but more care could have been taken. I could have chosen a cheaper moving company, but I chose Two men and Truck knowing I would pay more for better care of my furniture, so I was a little disappointed.

I have asked Two Men and a Truck to help transfer or move customers at the storage facilities I manage. With the majority of my experiences the movers are well dressed and have great manners. The last time I used them the two gentlemen were rude and sat in their truck waiting on us to waive at them. They probably sat in their truck for at least 20 minutes before we realized they already arrived. I dont understand why they wouldnt get out and tell us they were there? Other than that one unfortunate experience my overall review is 4 stars!

Had a great experience. The sales staff and management communicated with me so well from the booking to the completion of my move. Two Men And A Truck will alway be my moving company of choice. I will always tell any family and or friends to move with this company!

Turned a stressful time into a fun one. I recommend for anyone moving downtown. They brought equipment I have never seen before that protected the doors and floors. Pretty cool experience!

BE WARNED!!!! Thoroughly check your entire house for damages as soon as your move is finished!!! They put numerous deep scratches into our brand new wood floor. I did not get a chance to report it until a day after the 96 hour window, so they told me there was nothing they would do about it. The only answer I kept getting was the 96 hour rule.

I didnt use them instead I used Michaels moving company. Should have used Two Men. Do Not use Michaels movers!!! Rip Off. Break your furniture. They take their time (More money) This rating is for Michaels Moving Co.

They called ahead of time, showed up ON TIME, wrapped things safely and efficiently, moved the heavy stuff and made one dropoff between the origin and the final destination, and did it with great communication the entire time. THANK YOU!
