Horrible service. The guy that working here put on the contract that I have to fill in 3/4 of gas tank but he didnt let me know how much gas has left in the tank. When I got on the truck, it’s had only 50 miles left. So then I called him and he said I should have tell him first before I sign the contract. Mind you, he asked me to sign first before he show me the truck. What the heck?The guy is so fishy. Manager should have a talk with him. This is my last time having Uhaul here. You just lost a customer.

When I got to this location of U-Haul, I was in tears because it was my last day to move out finally. But God made me to meet this awesome Lady, Sharon Martin. She calmed me down. She said you dont have to cry my Sister, all you need to do was to call, go online or walk in to U-Haul Office, we have people to help you move and they are Professionals. I told her that I was disappointed at the private truck driver that I have already negotiated with. If I dont move out. I will be charged. Ms Sharon Martin was very kind, very professional and she backed up every conversations with respect, God bless you and a thank you. My heart was melted and my heart was filled with a great joy and relief. She met all my demands . She brought joy to my heart.Please keep up the good work. God bless you Ms Sharon Martin.

The manager of this facility went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. There was a uhaul.com glitch that prevented them from getting us the van that we had reserved. Out of their control. But, he went in an rented us the next largest vehicle at the same price. Great guy
I used this location to rent a van for a local moving. Staff was very friendly, the check out and drop off process was fast and smooth, the vehicle was in perfect condition, clean, and perfect for the job!!!
Unbelievable. Hours are posted open until 7:00p on Saturday night. I drive across town (passing a more convenient U-Haul) just so I can give this U-Haul my business again because James/Jamion was very professional yesterday (Fri., 1/3) with a “can-do” customer-service mindset. I arrive at 6:52p tonight to quickly pick up some more boxes, and this other guy (not one of the ones from yesterday) said that he’s already closed down the registers & can’t/won’t sell me boxes. I was dumbfounded & clearly upset. He asked me to return in the morning at 9:00a. I reminded him that the posted hours are until 7:00p. His genius, non-customer-friendly response was that if I knew the hours were until 7:00p, I should’ve arrived before they closed. That is what I did, genius. Needless to say, I won’t be returning at 7:00a tomorrow (Sunday).

The person at the counter who helped me used horribly offensive language. Specifically he said Mother F...er 3 times, and r-word 2 times in the 5 minutes I was waiting for him to finish with another customer. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone working a service desk. I cannot see going back to this location again. There is a clear need to move this person to a position where no customer will ever interface with them.
So i reserved my truck and trailer here and they move my reservation some where in garland 20 mins away and the supervisor was like well if you need the truck i have to take what they have where they have it ... I am moving in 48 hours and i have change everything because U haul doesnt have my truck ... and now i cant get it on Sunday because new location is closed so i have to get it a day early by 1 pm because it its barely opened on Saturday. This is why i choose the location with hours on the weekends in the first place if they didnt have my stuff they should have said it ... Now i get to start my four day move across the country when u haul says I can 20 minutes in the wrong direction ... a day early ... Now on Saturday they have lost my reservation so I have to start over from the beginning.
I am very understanding and patient, however I set up to reserve a tow doll a day before I wanted to pick it up. I gave all my info over the phone. I get there to pick up the dolly, they take 30 minutes to get all my info again and then tell me they dont have what I reserved and sent me down the street to another location.
Overall a good experience, but I received a late fee notice and I am enrolled in auto pay. I called U-haul customer service to verify and had the charge removed. She said they had been running my card for a week and it didnt go through, but she was able to run it with no problem. I never got a call about it, and received the email after the late charge had been applied. Be sure to check that your charged on time so you dont have to pay a late fee for doing nothing wrong. Just looking out for people...
I moved from TX to FL and spent close to $700 for the truck one way...wtbs A FREE MONTH of Rental storage came w/the truck. However upon my return location (which is where they sent me) didnt even have a storage space and the place didnt open until 9:00 a.m. but my contract paper said I needed to have it returned by 8:15 a.m. so I was there about 15 till 8. Eventually I had to go find my own storage space after Ive fueled the truck up and running close to my miles and in the END, all they did was give me 100 miles free and told me there was NOTHING they could do about the gas. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL W/THEM ON A ONE-WAY RENTAL EVER!! I couldve rented a BIGGER truck from BUDGET for $100-$150 CHEAPER CONSIDERING THEY DONT PROVIDE STORAGES...WHICH I DIDNT GET ANYWAYS FROM U-HAUL! 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓
It was great getting a truck but, when it was time to call them back I was on hold for 30 minutes(while Im at work). A lady picked up and was very rude then just sent me to anoth customer service line and I was in hold for 45 mins the second time. It seems they will take your money easily but very poorly at when returning.
The ladies are great really take care of their customers if need an easy move go talk to Dawn😉

My furniture was chewed up and ruined by rats, found bed bugs also. I left my stuff... dont want it anymore. They make you buy a lock at facility. They want to charge for everything. Place closes at 7pm but for extra money fee guess what, yup theyre open. Worst place Ive ever rented stay away .
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE RACIST MAN WORKS HERE Horrible place dont do business with this UHAUL STORAGE i wish i could give this place a negative star the gentleman was very rude and ask me for 6 references which he called them in front of me then told me i did not qualify to rent the truck from him his wife was kinda nice when i first went in there this was reserved 30 days ago All of sudden i cant even get the van they had my credit card on file for the 3 weeks . my daughter was 1 of the references he called way in Chicago while she was at work she is a psychologist she told me something was wrong with him when he called her she could tell in his tone of voice mind you i am an off duty officer he didnt believe that either he acted like i wanted to steal the truck i told him i am leaving my brand new car till i bought the truck back he refused to let me rent the truck. i will tell all my family and friends never to use UHAUL GO TO BUDGET OR ANY OTHER TRUCK RENTAL COMPANY NOT UHAUL THIS PLACE BAD NEWS HE NEEDS MENTAL HELP

Very accommodating finding me a van to use quickly.
Cancelled my storage unit back in March and two months later Im still getting emails and phone calls about my late rent. I have signed two letters of abandonment on my unit and am supposed to be done with it, but Im still getting notices. Now I have to go back to Dallas and cancel again on my unit. Will not be using uhaul again.
