I would recommend Evans Motorworks for a CPO vehicle purchase. I just purchased a CPO Volvo and the vehicle was in fantastic shape, and after agreement was made on price (which was great) they even delivered the vehicle to my residence. After sales support was also very good, as upon delivery we found a small bulge in one of the tires. They replaced the tire quickly and provided a loaner car. Thanks again!

I bought a used car. Waited 45 days for the title. Called on the day my tags were expired to see where it was (I had checked up on this multiple times, once the title person was on vacation, basically lots of phone tag and telling me it was on its way). They said it would take more time and “police aren’t pulling people over for expired tags just keep the buy order in the car”. So I am expected to illegally drive my car with expired tags until they can get me a title passed the legal deadline for receiving it. They blamed it on the Pandemic but 2 of my friends just bought cars with zero issue at other dealers. Their titles arrived in the 30 day time window. I would not recommend this dealership.

Went in to have a faulty air bag recall performed. I have been very busy with work and requested a loaner car. When I got there i was explained that they were having trouble with their loaners. So i was told they could quickly have the job done in 30 mins, it took 50, and i am pretty sure they do this to avoid doing the complimentary inspection which was not completed. The cars in the lot were dirty and there were very few BMWs in the lot for sale. Im guessing everyone drives to columbus or cinci to buy their beemers.

I recently leased a 2021 BMW 540xi from Kyle Kessler at Evans. The experience was really smooth. They took care of all the paperwork before hand, so I didnt have to wait to wait a long time for paperwork. He gave a really good deal on the trade in car as well as the leased BMW. The overall experience was really amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. It was worth the 3 hour drive I had to do to pick up the car.

I was looking for some hard to find parts for my 05 325i. I found two of the three front suspension parts online. Talked to Vince in parts and ended up buying all three from him, getting them the next day. Prices were competitive and came with a two year warranty. Big props to Vince.

I was very displeased that I spent over $3,000 on my Volvo and the issue wasn’t fixed. This place is no longer a Volvo dealership and CANNOT do programming. I wouldn’t have bothered to have them work on my car if SOMEONE would have informed me that they can’t do a complete job! VERY UNHAPPY

I would highly recommend Evans Volkswagen one of the best dealerships and best buying experience I’ve had in a long time. After being recommended by a close friend, I stop by to look at a car that he recommended. From the very first moment I’ve been greeted, they stood out as being friendly, considerate and very informative. Our salesman ( Zach ) took his time, and made me feel very comfortable and not one bit rushed. Most car dealerships will try to rush and get your credit pulled and start pushing numbers at you. Zach did not, he was very courteous and allowed me to move at my own speed in the buying process. I think the biggest and best impression that I received from the dealership was. First, when they were getting me approved on credit. They did one credit pull with Volkswagen credit, and with a good finance rate the first time. Not like the dealership I was in a month ago looking at a car. They had like 10 or 15 credit pulls, and some coming in days after I left the dealership. Evans Volkswagen doesn’t trash your credit bye running credit through everything to think of, they get it right the first time. But they didn’t stop there on impressing me. They were pretty much no hassle on the delivery and no pushing things that you didn’t want like extended warranties. Very upfront with the numbers and not wasting anyone’s time on the delivery. If you can imagine you’re perfectly buying experience, and this is the place for you. They will achieve that and much more. On a scale of 1 to 10. They get a score of 12+ or any number above that. If you are looking for the best place to buy a car, go talk with Zach at Evans Volkswagen.

Scam artist!!!! I sold my car to the Volvo office at Evans Motorworks in December 2020 prior to moving overseas with the military. I realized the next day I had been overcharged for the deficit I owed to pay the car off. Ive been told the check is in the mail twice...of course its not! Im sure since Im overseas they know I cant stop by. Zach Field, manager of the office is unable to return messages and is full of lies. Dont do business with them! Their lack of detail, lies, inability to follow through, and mistreatment of military members is shocking.

Worked with Alec on a pre-owned vehicle. He did a great job getting everything in order. Price was fair, the service was excellent.

Terrible experience. I never submit reviews. But I feel compelled to warn others about the Volvo service department. First there was a lack of communication. We had to continually call to get an update on our car. We dropped the car off due to squeaking in the rear and to check out the lag in shifting between gear 2-1 when braking. They recommended changing the transmission fluid (Volvo 2012- with 45k miles). I later learned that this was a huge mistake! We picked up the car two weeks later and the next day had warning messages regarding the transmission and it wasn’t driving correctly. We had it towed back to the dealership. We were told we then needed a new transmission. It took 3 more weeks, and after picking it up- with a new transmission- it still has the same hiccup as previously described and also a new chirping sound coming from the engine. Unbelievable. I reached out to Jeff Anderson and left a message but he never called back. I talked a couple of times to Bill Kelly, the service manager, but he was curt and unapologetic. It’s been such a sickening ordeal. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we picked up the car they didn’t have the paperwork for a warranty, on the phone they said it was lifetime. We still haven’t received any paperwork. We went to a dealership expecting a level of service. They didn’t come near to meeting the basic level. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had a great experience with Mike buying my 2020 Volvo here. He went out of his way to get me the exact model/features I wanted. Unfortunately, the service department is completely unprofessional. Took my car in because a light came on and was told they needed to order a part to fix it. Okay, so I scheduled back in a couple weeks and was informed it would take 2 hours. I arrived at that appointment and after waiting for two and half hours was informed the part was not in and they’d been doing nothing to my car for the entire two and half hours. They hadn’t even bothered to wash it but had the audacity to ask if I wanted to wait longer and give them time to wash it. They wasted my entire afternoon as I drove from Cincinnati. There is no excuse for this incompetence and the tank of gas they offered me to make up for it is just pathetic.

I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time - I went there to buy a car I’ve been searching for for 3 months and they wouldn’t let me test drive it, amazing they don’t let people test drive cars, I’ve never heard of that at a car dealer ?? I won’t make that mistake again-In response, I tried to drive your hellcat showing the salesman I bag full of cash - I’m not sure what your process is, as I wasnt offered any consideration or process - I was standing there with my drivers License and a bag of cash . I was told this is a no test drive car . I had more than enough cash to buy, just wanted to check the car our first. This car was a color combination I had been searching for - red with ruby red interior . Beautiful car . I’m still trying to find another car the same color-Your salesman(Greg ) said the only way to get the car our of The show room was to pay for it . I have bought cars before at car dealerships - it’s normally a very simple process - sign a paper and show a drivers license, I’m in my mid fifties - not a teenager ??. I’m not a hard person to sell a car too - I have really good credit and cash.Evans sells Very expensive BMW’s ? Do they let customers test drive them ?? The manager didn’t even come over to me, he has no idea who I am, if he was concerned if I was a serious buyer he could have tried to talk to me to see, it’s no problem for me I’ll find another car . Evans Motorwerks just doesn’t have good customer service . I’m sorry to say that but that was my experience. Had I read the google reviews Maybe I would have been a little better prepared for my experience, I now know, just not a great place to look for my next car purchase .

I wouldnt do business with this company they were rude to this lady on peoples court and they took advantage of a senior citizen.
