Both of my sons needed contacts ASAP. I called and was set up for same day appointments with-in the hour.After arriving I was told that I could get the contacts and the exam for a great price. Customer Service was great from all three of the employees working at the time. My boys left happy and the contacts came in in a few days. I never want to take my boys to a different place for their eye care needs!

Service at this location was AMAZING.The store did a great job of explaining that they would call when the glasses arrived so that I didn’t make an unnecessary trip up there because The text didn’t align with their shipment. Ashley always helps me pick out frames and fixed all of my sunglasses. She really knows her stuff! I was so happy with the service given and will be sending all my friends and family only to this location!

Definitely recommend going! They are very nice and attentive. Was definitely in and out like many of the other reviews said. I don’t have insurance and was worth the price for what I paid! Please consider coming here if you want to schedule an eye exam!

My glasses are two weeks late coming in and say they’re in online, but not in the store. I keep getting calls saying they’re in so I stop by on my way home to check and the person I checked with the first time is pretty testy with me even though they said my glasses would be there today… I rlly just wanted to see if I could get them before I was out of town like the store was empty no need to be rude to me over it.

Great experience!! I have been wearing glasses at the age of 10 and the was one of the BEST experience I have ever had. The two ladies made sure that my husband and I was comfortable with our purchase. They even went as far as putting the prescription in a pair of demo glasses to let my husband test his new prescription.Top notch customer service & I am forever a patient with My Eyelab🤩!

I went for an exam that I scheduled online. I felt the facility was extremely clean, the staff was very professional. First I completed pressure and measurement testing. My lense exam was virtual using an eye chart and strength changing lenses. The only difference was that the eye doctor was not physically with me in the room... which I didnt personally mind. Promptly after my exam I was able to pick out frames, and picked them up within a week and 2 days. I love my glasses, and my experience was very good at this location. My insurance wasnt accepted, but theyll still work with you on pricing. May want to ask first, if your eye insurance is accepted. Overall I felt well taken care of, my questions were answered, and the store is clean and organized well.

My Experience to the Eyelab was phenomenal!! I cant say enough about how nice and courteous the young ladies were. They were so friendly. The whole process from signing in the exam to picking the frames and discussing the details of my lens took about 30 mins!! Awesome job guys! I felt the use of robotics along with standard equipment was very good - actually less intimidating than my last exam. The whole experience was definitely a 10-10. The eye exam and picking out the glasses took no less than 30 mins. If you have the money they also have a large variety of designer glasses.

Went in today and ended up not really liking what they had in my price range for frames. So their empoylee Justice went ahead and hooked me up with a great deal so I could get some better frames and even gave me some pointers on what would look best. My associate Chevis was great! She helped me find what I could afford but still get a good quality pair of reading glasses. I havent bought a pair in several years. Everyone was super helpful and nice.

If zero stars were an option it would still be too many. Got the runaround for over a month. Heard one thing from customer service and another from the store. Still waiting and good luck speaking to the store. They expected payment up front just to not deliver on their end of the deal. I will never go here again.

Epic Fail! Horrible customer service. Bad management. Terrible products. Not worth the time, money or headache. They lie lie lie about everything. I spent over $750.00 on five pair; three for my self and two for my wife and only 1 pair of mine are even safe enough to ware. The others are the wrong prescription and after 5 months we still cant get any help. I have the receipt to prove it and text messages from the manager saying they will fix my problem but they give us the run around.

These beautiful souls worked with my partner and I. We got two pairs of glasses and contacts in our budget. They were so kind and gracious to work with us. 11/10 would recommend!

Came here after America best eyewear screwed up my contacts and glasses prescription. I was fully satisfied with what i got from eye lab. Got me some glasses with a warranty, the exam, and a years of contacts plus 2 extras that was about 500 which for someone without insurance is pretty good. The staff is nice. Definitely will come back when i run out.

Went to go get contacts, showed up like 10 minutes early and they still took me. Was a really quick process, everyone was really nice, and I already got a pair of contacts same day!

Everything went better than expected, I got my free eye exam and the workers are really nice! I also left very satisfied with 2 pairs of glasses, the Associate Chevis really helped me a lot.

Overall I would not recommend eyelab to anyone with complicated prescriptions. Such as astigmatism or needing bifocals and such.After a very long time of trial and error with contacts that never worked out, I settled on bifocal frames and I can’t say that I’m very happy with them.I actually prefer $5-$25 reading glasses from a store over the costly glasses I have from them.My view is distorted and I can see better with the cheap readers.Now for a simple script maybe it would be ok but I don’t know. I do know I won’t be going back in the future. I could say more but I’ll just leave it at that.

Me and my partner both made appointments for a exam for glasses and contacts. From check in to check out the process was painless and affordable even without either of us having insurance coverage. In fact, we got a better deal without insurance compared to going to America’s best and using insurance. Part of that goes into getting as many discounts as we could get. After numerous stores and hours of shopping around I got the best deal for contacts and glasses. Ashley was knowledgeable and very friendly. Best experience Ive had and am definitely going back.

I went to get my glasses repaired but once I got there I stood there for 10 minutes as the employee stayed on her cellphone and never acknowledged me or offered to assist me. I finally got tired of standing there for no reason when a “manager” was literally ignoring me and playing on her cellphone. All the other employees were assisting people. I went back 2 days later and was assisted by a young woman, I believe her name was Justine (apologies if I am saying to wrong). She was amazing. She assisted me quickly and I was happily on my way with my glasses fixed. (It was a minor fix and only took about 7 minutes, 3 minutes less than how long I stood there waiting to be assisted.

This was hands up and hands down the best, quickest, most pleasant, and most affordable trip I have ever taken to have an eye exam, and purchase contacts and glasses. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley, the manager, and she was patient, helpful, and likable. She even suggested several pairs of glasses for me to try on, one of which being a pair that I never would have chosen, and I happened to love them. Listen to me. This is the place to go. If you go anywhere else, I’d imagine you are missing out.

I was in need of getting new glasses and was on a budget. Upon walking in I did find out they were not in network with my insurance provider but we’re willing to work with my insurance. Those young ladies went above and beyond to get me a GREAT DEAL and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I visited in November 19 and I had a wonderful experience. Sandra was very personable and helped me find a perfect pair of glasses. I never would have considered the frames she suggested for me, but she has a talent for finding the perfect frames to suit your look. I frequently get compliments on the frames she picked for me, and I have grown to like the frame she chose for me even more than the one I picked out. I left with a pleasant experience and a great deal on two glasses that I love.

It blows mind that this place has any positive reviews. First of all, it took them months to get my order done. After I finally got what I ordered, they got my prescription wrong on both my contacts and glasses. They corrected my glasses and then my corrected contacts came in and they were the wrong type and were so uncomfortable...months later I finally got my contacts corrected for the 3rd time and I only got 3 pairs when I ordered 12 and the prescription is still wrong. Ive given up with this place. Over 300 dollars later and it was a complete waste. On top of all of that, you cant call in and speak to someone that actually works there. Its some kind of call center that leaves you on hold for 30+ minutes to an hour. Just save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

The BEST place to get glasses. I always dread getting new glasses. Trying to decide on the frames and then finding out the crazy high prices is always so stressful for me.This changed everything for me. The entire staff (Ashley, Chevis, Lesley and Joy) were so attentive and went above and beyond to be safe during Covid. It was beyond impressive. And I always have such a hard time fining frames and frankly other eyeglass stores are not particularly helpful. Youre kind of on your own. Here, Ashley took one look at my face and picked the PERFECT frames for me right off the bat. And one of the other clerks (I think it was Chevis)also found me a great pair. And since the prices were so incredibly fair, I bought them both. I am sure that Ill go back in a few months for sunglasses. I dont even normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience I just had to. Less than one hour and I had a complete eye exam and picked out two pairs of glasses. Oh, and a bonus, you can pay 50% up front and pay the balance when you pick up your glasses, so that was nice too! Honestly folks, this really is the best place if you need new glasses.

Worse experience ever.!I was told my insurance was accepted only to be told once I began my eye exam they no longer accept tricare insurance. I paid the out of pocket fees and was told I would have contacts within 3-5 business days only to call to check the status and be told they were not ordered and I had to wait additional time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.! Extremely unprofessional!

My experience here was really good! I needed an eye exam and new lenses. I got my eye exam done far quicker than I expected. Lesley helped me choose the right replacement lenses and made sure that the glasses fit me correctly when they came in. Very helpful!

Got the impression over the phone that they did not want to offer me any service because my job has me working 7 days a week and I happened to be off. Guess I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Customer service is awful and very single experience Ive had with this store has been excruciatingly painful. The prescription was wrong on both of my glasses. Even the correct pairs of glasses took such a long time to ship to the store, and the employee seemed confused on why I asked for (just a partial) refund after waiting over a month for glasses I paid a lot of money for. Both pairs broke not even a year later (been wearing glasses for over 10 years, so I promise I know how to take care of them), and I had to wait on hold for literally an hour to get a copy of my prescription.

I DO NOT recommend this place or any location. I have had many friends get ripped off with their so called deals. I made 4, yes 4, appointments for myself and children. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance and the guy ONLY cared about telling all the sales they had. I have been in the medical field for 14 years; I know what an insurance verification is... I asked him 4x if they take my insurance. He states that he cant verify it. I am not asking you to verify my insurance; I am asking before I make the 45 min drive, fill out the NP paperwork and wait for God knows how long if the company takes the insurance. This is information all locations should have and be able to tell their customers, esp PRIOR to their appt. Since they were so RUDE and didnt care to help me, I have canceled all appts and will NEVER refer to them; I will also let the providers I work with to not refer to any My Eye Lab. Note, I also asked to speak to his manager in which he sent me back to the automated system where I did not get to speak to anyone. Again, the rudest staff and worst customer service EVER. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! I promise you will thank me.

Awful, messed up my prescription so badly and refused to fix it despite the guarantee on their website. They were so unprofessional about it, they refused to admit they or the remote optomerist (you dont see one in person) could have made a mistake. Stuck with glasses I cant use and out over $200 for it.Save yourself the trouble and to to Texas State Optical, they did right by me after Eyelab ripped me off.

The glasses there are fine but Horrible customer service. People are extremely rude to customers. If you wanna a bad day, go ahead and go there! I would give -1 star if I could! there was one female there was extremely rude, and yielded at me when I just politely asked a quick question I did not feel well wearing these pair. She just said I cannot do anything about it. sorry. And then she just ignored and stopped talking. It was awful.. Other staff were ok! I think the owner need to fire that person (if I would guess I think she is about in her 40s).

This is THE worst customer service Ive EVER experienced -The store hours show on the door 9-6...I went to check the status of my glasses order and they were closed at 9:35 am. i have called numerous times to speak with someone at the store and have been put on hold for 15 minutes or more each time. I would not recommend this place for glasses unless you just want to be under-served and over charged.

This business lies. They told me when I made my appointment that they were providers for my insurance. When I got there they said that they weren’t not in network. Then they blamed the answering service. That is such bs. They just lie to get you to come in and figure you will just go ahead since you took the time to go to there. LIARS.

Avoid My Eyelab at all costs. My sister is mentally handicapped and fell for their scam. We have gone through corporate and their customer service hangs up on us or transfers us back to the store who say they can not help.Edit: I was asked to reach out. Ive called twice with no person answering. In addition my sister has called as well. Disappointing

I had a great experience the first time I came here. The staff was friendly. However, it was very busy and no one really offered help. When I bought glasses I asked for one pair to be sunglasses, which the person working completely disregarded when inputting the information. When I received the glasses they were not sunglasses and had to send them back and wait another 2 weeks for them. I received those yesterday and they are barely tinted! Its almost as if they just took the lenses already on there and put a film over them. They are very light and hardly look like sunglasses. Too much money for this hassle and not great products.

It was an interesting experience. The eye doctor wasn’t able to be there so they had a remote access device which allowed the doctor to administer my appointment. They have very good quality glasses though and I would recommend going here.

Phenomenal experience! Walked in after my regular eye care place couldnt fit me in for several days, they saw me immediately! They have doctors working remote, you can see them on a screen, so you never have to hear sorry the doctor is not in!I got a GREAT prescription fix - they caught something my last two doctors missed - AND their prices are low the the quality was way higher than Ive ever been able to afford before! I could even get some bells and whistles like that coating that turns dark in the bright sun!Bringing all my kids there for vision checks soon!

I was a first time eye lab customer, I went to the Denton location for an eye exam for my contact lens . The test was a virtual test, the technician took some photos and exams then I went into the room and a doctor came up on the screen, thought it was pretty cool. I spend $89 for the exam. After few days I got my prescription and trial contact lenses, as soon as I wear the lenses I noticed there was a big difference in the power on my right eyes, anyway I wore it for few hours and I was having a headache . I called the customer service and they scheduled an exam for me free of charge at the lewisville location and they did the exam, it was a different doctor that came on the screen this time, few days after I got a different prescription with different power and also I got a new trial contact lenses, so I tried those new pair of lenses and I noticed it was very blurry, I was not able to read clearly with those pairs. I contacted the customer service again And told them I was not satisfied with the exam and I wanted my refund, but they refuse to give me a refund . I have two prescriptions from eyelab with 2 different power, I am not sure if they have real eye doctors working for them. This is really bad, if anyone Wants an eye exam done I will never suggest this place, they don’t have a real doctor at any of the locations, not sure even If they have any real doctors . I Have been wearing contact lenses for the last 10 years and every time I had an exam I usually never have a problem when I get my lenses . Don’t know what to say, I just lost $89 and I have two prescriptions with different power which I will have to throw in the trash and go find a better place to do my eye exam.Based on the response from the manager below i contacted the number and spoke with the general manager . She was being very rude and declined to provide a refund. This place is a total scam, i am looking for the appropriate ways to file complaint against these doctors and employees that work here.

Terrible. Deceptive promotions. Staff are patronizing, talk down to you, refuse to work with you, contradict each other, and flatout lie.You do not see the actual doctor in person (they are not onsite), so you cant talk to them about any issues; only store staff, that will tell you one thing then later you will be told something completely different by another. They do not communicate or keep files. Mis.Chevis was amazing

Talk about excellent customer service! My daughter and I both needed glasses, we stopped in to Eyelab and recieved the best service I have had in a longtime. Sheena was so patient and helped my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses. Lisa was awesome! I strongly recommend Eyelab! I will be coming here from now on.
