Bryce has helped me at this location a number of times and is always a pleasure to work with. He helped me pick out a great pair of sunglasses and has adjusted those and my prescription glasses more than once. He’s always very friendly and patient with me and my needs. I will definitely continue to return in the future!

The personnel at Target are sweet and wonderful people. They were very patient as I tried on many frames and then I got one of the ladies to give me an honest answer on what looked best on me. They told me I would get my glasses in about two weeks. They came in within a week. I was amazed and highly recommend these people to everyone. Great place to go and get glasses.:)

The staff are nice, but I wish they were as organized as they are friendly, and I wish the quality of the product were better. First of all, they told me they would call when my glasses were ready - - 2 weeks at most. Nearly a month went by so I called. They said the glasses were sitting there, and they werent sure why I hadnt been called. I think they should have acknowledged responsibility and apologized, even if they didnt know exactly whose fault it was. I usually buy glasses online. At target I paid at least twice as much and waited twice as long. Also, this was my first time getting bifocals, which I told them, but they never explained that the bifocal range is in a thin strip down the middle, not all the way across. The strip on these is extremely thin, making them useless for reading, unless I move my head with every line of text. And to make things worse, they never measured my pupil distance. They did mark the height of my pupils on the glasses, but then when the lenses were made the focal strip on one eye is off, so I have to hold things a little to the side to see them well. They told me it takes a long time to adapt to this kind of lens, so it was a while before I was sure about which aspects were just done wrong, versus the ones that I had to get used to. These are hands down the worst glasses I have ever owned. I am still within warranty and will probably be able to get them remade when I have time, but after that I would never go back to Target Optical.

Just went in there with two associates working. Neither one of them disengaged from their conversation with each other, discussing their frustration with an insurance company. I wanted to buy some glasses but after 5 minutes of being ignored, not even a “hello, how are you doing?” I will take my business elsewhere.

They were friendly and all but that is what I paid for. I had my glasses made here and I was in love when I was trying on the one I picked. When I picked up mine, it is poorly made for $500+. Then I have to come back to get mine adjusted. The lady doing it scratched my frame and I didnt bother since I was in a hurry going out of town that day and it isnt obvious but considering Ive only had it for a week to get scratched, I was a bit upset. And now, after 2 weeks, I need to go back to get it adjusted again. It is very inconvenient for me since its getting off again. Hopefully it will be my last visit.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. My family has been bespecticaled here for several years and the scripts are accurate and the glasses are very high quality. We get the replacement guarentee for scratches for the kids glasses and we have never had a problem or question about the need for new lenses. Also once my wife was unhappy with her new glasses and they were replaced with a more appropriate pair.

Very poor customer service. My first appointment was rescheduled 4 times over two days. They would call to reschedule the appointment just 30 minutes prior. Im going somewhere else, this place is a waste of time.
