I wasn’t sure how to get the keyboard to come up. I figured it out by trial and error.The service by the receptionists and Dr Dinh wasthorough and professional. The receptionists were very patient and helpful. Customer services were 4 or 5 star but I rated overall 3 star because of the online questionnaire. A lot of terminology used in the questionnaire was too technical and/or required explanation (which the receptionists were willing and usually able to explain). I suggest it be reviewed and simplified. Maybe it’s just my ignorance.

Dr.Do was absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable and didn’t feel bad for my eye situation. Walked into the office and was greeted so nicely by the front desk women and then was continually shown great service. Will definitely be returning for annuals and any eye appointments needed in the future!Edit: Came back for my annual eye check up. Everything was amazing and the front receptionist was awesome. She was incredibly helpful and nice. Dr. Dinh was also just as helpful and he reassured me on getting the help I needed. Again, I’ll be returning for my future visits!

I scheduled appointments for my 5 year old son, 11 year old daughter, and myself. My son hates anything in or around his eyes so the test took a little while. The assistant who worked with us (I believe her name was Toni) was so sweet and patient with us! We seen Dr. Dinh he was very patient and informative. I would recommend!

This was my first time here as I’m new to the area. The ladies who work here are very sweet and professional! I love the environment and I feel very comfortable! I even had the pleasure of witnessing a rude customer and watching the sweet desk lady calm the situation with style!

I went in on Thursday to make an appointment for my husband and I. Everyone was so friendly and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. We arrived to our appointment and once again everyone was welcoming and friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and explained everything. Everyone made us feel at ease and we even laughed and talked. I highly recommend Switalski Eye Care.

I hadnt been here since 2018, and my memory is still accurate service was phenomenal the professionalism and the attention to detail, phenomenal. Every time I come here I feel good about my eyes they counteract absolutely everything WebMD could possibly tell me and that is worth paying for, which I didnt do because they ran both of my insurances so I had to pay nothing. I took my daughter here for her very first real eye exam and had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the front desk staff to the doctor. The girl that gave my daughter her eye exam was very sweet and explained everything to my daughter before she did any tests. She spoke to my daughter in a way that she understood what was going on but didn’t baby her, or talk down to her, which I loved. They were very up front about cost on any additional tests/imaging.My daughter did end up needing glasses. Dr. Do was very patient with my daughter and explained everything so that we understood why she needed glasses and when she needed to wear them.Overall we had a great experience from start to finish and we will definitely be using this office from now on.

Eye doctor & staff are patient, informative & kind. Really appreciated that. I feel like they double- & maybe even triple-booked appointments, and I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. My schedule is pretty jam-packed on most days & the wait is super inconvenient. Better scheduling practices & this would be 5 stars.

My son saw had an end of day appointment on a Tuesday with Dr. Huy Dinh and the visit felt very rushed by the doctor. The front desk was very pleasant. Will not be going back.

I had the most amazing experience!!! It was my first time getting contacts and everyone was so kind and patient with all of my questions. They did a great job training me on how to put the contacts in and out! I have VSP eye insurance and I got some amazing deals on eye exam, glasses, and contacts!! Definitely will be coming back!

Great office, everyone was very nice and courteous. There was a small wait when I got there but they did everything to accommodate me and apologized several times. The doctor was extremely nice and made me feel secure in my prescription. They take photos of the inside of your eyes and check everything thoroughly. Ive never felt more taken care of at any optimitrist before. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need glasses.

Been coming for exams for the past 3yrs and everyone is always so nice and really take the time to explain options on exams and why they recommend each one. Very thorough with the exam you choose and do not push for any unnecessary extra things. Highly recommend!

LOVED the front staff. the doctor didnt seem interested at all. didnt ask me why i was there what issues im having and the exam took 5 minutes. I really hope my prescription is right. didnt mention my astigmatism, even tho i have it in my left eye so we will see. but again, the front staff was amazing and very welcoming.

I have to say that I am TERRIFIED of putting stuff near my eyes. They convinced me to try contacts for a $75 charge, because I had lost my glasses and needed something immediately. WORST. DECISION. EVER. She put them in my eyes and then I had to take them out and put them back in... I could’ve saved myself so much agony had I just stuck with my gut instinct. The staff were SO SWEET, kind, so understanding and gentle. This review is for anyone on the fence with contacts...if you’re scared of contacts then just pass on the exam. Besides that experience I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these ladies. They’re super friendly and knowledgeable. They never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Unlike other optometrists in Denton that shall remain nameless but it rhymes with Bagsdales. 😂

From the moment I walked in the door, I don’t know what these ladies names are, but I remember purple hair and one with a pink hair clip... welcoming, personable, and attentive! My nurse explained everything in the pre exams to me before doing anything, regardless of it being routine and me being a prior VW client. Dr. Do herself was the best optometrist I’ve ever had. She was patient, caring, perceptive and created a no-pressure scenario that gave me time to adjust to the fit of my contacts AND ask as many questions as I could muster.If you think that’s good, listen to this. Once my appointment was over, Dr.Do gave me an extra set of lenses and the nurses up front gave me a referral to VW where my insurance would go the farthest. I could’ve had a lollipop if I wanted one! As a leader in the customer service field, I have to say that this service was OVER THE TOP AWESOME!! I’d give 6 stars if I could.
