Eye exam was thorough and professional. I wear progressive lenses and my first impression of the new lenses was what happened. When in reality the issue was where the glasses were resting on my nose. A slight adjustment corrected the issue. Fast forward 10 weeks and while 800 miles away, one nose piece cushion was lost. A simple telephone call and a replacement was mailed the same day. excellent service.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything in language you can understand. The moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Prices are higher than other places like Walmart, but very much worth it. I am moving out of town, but will continue going here because of the excellent customer service.

Dr. Ripley is thorough and explains the outcomes of the exams. The office staff listens to your concerns and documents these. The environment is bright, clean, and Dr. Ripleys examination room is nicely decorated, comfortable.

I had such a great experience with both the tech (Treasure I believe) and Dr. Nguyen. I was fitted for contacts and received a new prescription. The office was so nice and I would highly recommend!

The staff were all patient and professional. They answered every question I had and took the time to hear me out. The doctor was very professional and kind. She also took the time to explain to me anything I questioned. Everyone in the office was exceptional.

Technician was helpful and doctor was exceedingly cordial and patient. More accurate prescription that my last one from the mall. You do have to chat up the glasses salesperson to get your script document, but she was friendly. I buy direct now; forget all those Luxottica brands. I have edited this review from 4 to 5 stars in response to an erroneous billing issue with BCBS saying I needed a referral for an eye exam and charging me additionally, which was incorrect and has been fixed at no cost to me. See yall in another couple years!

It would be great if they didnt consistently run late. If they were primary care doctors, I could understand why they might be late. But they are eye doctors and you would think they would schedule so they run on time.

What a caring practice. I had never been to this office but called at noon because I had an eye infection that came on suddenly and was very painful. They got me in at 1:30 PM. Dr. Milburn and the entire staff was so caring and concerned for me and got the script called in immediately. I highly recommend this practice.

Overall great experience! Was able to book an appointment online, had little wait for my appointment. The eye doctor was very friendly and helpful, and the person who helped me find my glasses was really nice. She showed me different options at varying price points and wasn’t trying to push me towards expensive frames that weren’t my style. They were up front on costs and how much my insurance covered.

Hi I went to eye care of Denton for my yearly eye check up and as always they were very polite and knowledgeable. I got right in for my appointment and went through all the tests, went in To see the doctor and she came in checked my eyes and explained all the tests to me I told her what I had noticed. She handed me my eye script, brought me out to look at some eye glasses every one was kind and polite. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

It was my first time to go and it was amazing and fast. They have a variety of contacts and glasses. They have a waiting area and if you want you can walk around and look the the glasses to get an idea of what you may want to wear. They are also very safe with their procedures in sanitizing all the glasses and all the equipment. Safe to go there and will definitely go there next time!!! One last thing is that you don’t have to call to make an appointment you can just go online and schedule an appointment in less than five minutes!!!

Great Doctors and staff! Our entire family goes here. They take good care of us. My wife and I, along with one of our sons, all wear glasses. We brought our daughter in for an eye exam thinking she would need glasses too. She did not need glasses. Its nice to know that they will not sell us anything unnecessarily. We love this place.

Loved it ! The ladies at the front were very helpful ! The young lady who came in before the doctor was super friendly and made my experience very comfortable! The doctor was quick to come in and was very efficient . The guy at the end who sat at the table in the middle of the clinic was supper funny and nice ! We had genuine conversations ! Excellent care even during a pandemic. Everyone including patients wore masks. Sanitized cards in the exam rooms and shared seats. I felt as safe as could be expected.

I have tried different eye doctors and glasses makers for the last 16 years. Dr. Ripley and her glasses have been the only ones that work as soon as I put them on. Other places always had to remake them over and over again and sometimes i simply settled for whatever I got even if I didnt see that well with that new pair of glasses. Not anymore. At EyeCare of Denton I put my glasses on and they are perfect! I will never try another place!

I really prefer a smaller shop with more personal attention and less fanfare. EyeCare of Denton has plenty of selection and the top brands without being overwhelming. Its my first time ever wearing contact lenses and was pleased with the help and support the staff provided. I did have some issues with the contacts and these issues were fully addressed and taken care of on my followup visit. I ordered my new lenses and they are being delivered to my home! SUCH A TREAT to not have to schedule more time to go and pick them up. I also received a referral to a WONDERFUL ophthalmologist for a separate issue, I am so happy to have made these new connections!

I recently had an appointment to have my eyes examined. I had been referred to EyeCare of Denton and wanted to try them. I was amazed that they had an appointment on Saturday and I was able to get right in. I was very happy with Dr. John W. Porter, who examined my eyes. It was a great experience from the office staff and medical staff, as well as the Dr. I was in, through with the eye exam and purchasing of 2 pairs of glasses within probably 2 hours. Amazing!! They treated me as if MY time was as important to them as THEIR time was! That had not been the previous experience at my last eye Dr.
