Really good customer service and they went pushy with addons
The service was horrible Steven started out nice and than became belligerent. His customer service went from 6 to 0 also they told us 4 hours but took a whole week to take care . I had called to see how it was going my husband even asked questions and Steven got upset and said come get your vehicle super unprofessional. And also the Miguel who changed our parts didn’t even changed some parts what a RIPP OFF. $1085 for a coolant flush and thermostat with the dpf that was warranty. Jake the service supervisor could careless when I said I was getting a hold of corporate he just said ok ok ok like very snotty and rude don’t go these people they only want your money and could care less about you or what you need done.
Wouldn’t suggest buying a car from here, it will have more problems than what you will notice during a test drive. Communication at the dealership is terrible and they’re not willing to work with people who purchased cars from them until you get corporate involved. Extremely disappointed with the Passat I purchased after being told it would have a bumper to bumper warranty, only thing that is covered is things covered by the tdi warranty.
I always get great service everytime I go there.
False advertising. Sales manager withholding information from sales staff. Complete waste of time.
Very clean, friendly, insightful, knowledgeable and helpful... But not in that annoying way that makes you want to go to another lot.

I dont know how to have a review with a zero. Sent my wifes diesel car to them and they determined that the repairs would be close to 7 thousand. I sent it to a independent mechanic and he fixed it for 500.00. You figure it out.
Trying to look at a car.cant get to the vehicles online.interuptions by who ever.looking.cant buy if I cant see the product.btw. Stop it.
