Very pushy wanted me to buy right now. Would let sleep on it or think about it. On the vehicle I was looking at was I was going to pay 3/4 of it in cash and they wanted me to get a loan for almost that much. The numbers just didnt add up. And it was the salesman that was push it was manager. ALSO THEY TOLD MW THEY WOULD DO 1 CREDIT CHECK AND THERE ARE 6 ON MY CREDIT, WHICH MADE IT COME DOWN BY 40 POINTS

There was a recall on my Nissan Pathfinder 2013 on the transmission, they wanted $150 just to check the codes. They didnt want to cover it. And theyre more expensive to get it fixed then going to a mechanic! Crooks!

I was not sure what I would run into driving 160 miles to look at a truck. The price was right but uncertain of what I would be getting for the money. Went to the GM service center this morning. Two service writers helped me right away when I pulled in. They both understood my needs and got my car right to the shop. Waiting room was very nice and was greeted by at least 6 people while waiting. More than one asked if they could get me coffee or anything else. Ive purchased my last 3 cars from Ken Nelson. Every experience Ive had so far has been excellent. I just purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 a few weeks ago from a salesman named Josh and everything went smooth.This is one thing Ive liked about Ken Nelson compared to other dealerships you go to anywhere else. My wife and I found the car we wanted at Ken Nelson Chevrolet on their web site. We stopped in after hours and looked at it to make sure it truly was what we were looking for. I contacted them via email for availability the next morning. Sales person Jeff Dewey contacted me and could see us as soon as we could get there with the car fueled and ready to go. He meant us at the car as soon as we came in. He also did a very thorough explanation of all equipment on the car and it has a lot.The car (SUV) was prepped and ready to go with no charge for us when the paper work was complete. The whole buying expierience was very good. Exceptional service is hard to find these days, but that is exactly what I experienced on 5/23/18 at Ken Nelson GMC. My truck went into limp mode (couldnt go over 55 mph), while on a day trip to Walnut, IL. I came from Wisconsin, my home being 140 miles away, and I did not want to try to drive all the way back home with my truck in that condition. I drove it to Ken Nelson, arriving around 1:30pm, without even calling first, in hopes that they would be able to squeeze my vehicle in and at least reset the computer or something, so I could make it home. The service advisor, Dan Dinges, not only had me pull in immediately, but he also guessed right on what the issue was when I told him what warning lights were on. He was very friendly and had a technician look at it right away. They diagnosed the problems, had the parts in stock, and fixed my truck within a couple of hours. I was truly impressed and appreciative of their professionalism and how they expedited me through. I wish Ken Nelson was my local dealer in Burlington, WI!Thank you all once again for turning what could have been a really bad day into a pleasant experience!P.S.
