Beware. Was sold a car and was able to finance through a bank in January. In May, the bank stopped taking my payments. They explained they had closed the account because no title was ever received. For the last 2 months I have been trying to contact the dealership and nothing, and both dealerships have been closed. Keep in mind, it is now July and I still have paper tags. Expired of course. Today I got a call saying I would now have to pay them directly and not the bank which was not the original financing terms. Basically telling me I have to pay them directly for a car that cant be titled. I told them I can return the car as long as I get what Ive paid since they breached the contract, therefore it is a fraudulent sale as they were unable to provide a title. Their answer? A very dismissive, you can bring the car back but we cant give you your money back. No reasonable judge will rule in their favor but unfortunately, that is what it will come down to. Going through the reviews it is normal of them to go through these deceptive practices. Disappointing because they treat you good and sale is done in good faith until these issues arise.

Just went in today called over the phone explained my situation, Aram was the one who answered and after that everything was put into play! Easy to work with, straight forward and honest about the cars. Customer service was on point any questions or concerns were taken care of. Really recommend to come here if you have down payment ready and are ready to take a car home the same day!

The owner and office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the process so easy. I am aware that when you purchase a used vehicle it is sold as is, but they went the extra mile and fixed a faulty door switch before I took the car home. I got the license plates about a week after purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle is in extremely good condition. The price I got the vehicle for was unbeatable. Would highly recommend paying this guys a visit if you are looking for a car!!

To those who read this beware. On April 21st I purchased a 2006 mitsubishi raider from beemer of el paso. When presented with the vehichle I asked if there where any problems with the vehichle except for a missing tail light . I was assured that the vehiche had no problems and that it was in good condition. Since I bought the vehichle I have nothing but problems. Driving home from the dealership it broke down. As a result I had to pay 1250 for the fix. On the way home from the machanic shop it broke down. Had to replace the alternator and battery. At that time I was told my lights were not working. On further inspection all 4 signal lights were missing. IThen replaced them and found that they would not stop blinking. I then drove it to a mechanic on the way it broke down again. I have spent 2000 dollars trying to fix the problem with no success. I also have not recieved my title and licence plates. I call almost daily and get no response from them.I am posting this because I can not get in contact.

Buyer beware this dealership is run by a bunch of frauds. Everyday I wish had left without purchasing a vehicle. The car was marked 8,000 after getting us into financing saying we would pay for 2 years after reading me the paper omitting the section that said 57 months so we are paying 20,000 for a car marked 8,000. Yes was my fault for signing the paper but they said 2 years over and over. And here we are 5 months later car in shop 3 times finally to find out they sold me a car with blown motor. So pretty much we bought a POS for 20,000. Thanks autofscil for the 💩💩

Noting but a scam! My husband and I went in to buy a car cash. They pushed the idea of financing the car super hard. Once we made it clear that we wanted to buy the car cash and that we were not interested in financing they increased their price. The car was advertised at 8k and was increased to 11k. Needless to say we left without a car and a bad impression on this business.

My dad was a proud customer at Beemer Auto Facil El Paso and as soon as he bought a Toyota Avalon, he couldn’t help but show it off to the family. Even though the car is not the car of the year, it was sold in perfect conditions that even my dad, a man whose past experiences has made him a very picky customer, fell in love with it. This dealership is nothing but a scam!! My friend bought a car in JUNE (note that) and her car has had nothing but problems and guess what, it’s now NOVEMBER and they keep coming up with excuses to not give her the plates to her car. Be prepared is all I have to say.

These people are nothing but con artist. I bought a car here had issues with my car within a few week the “owner” said he would take care of the issue over the phone never did toke time off work to get the repair for nothing, finally when I spoke to this two bit thief of an “owner” he told me I had bought the car there was nothing he could do, he sold cars not a repair shop and if I had a problem with that he’d pick the car and keep the money I put for the car. At this point the “son” stepped in he supposedly sent the car to his mechanic even charged me for the job. With in a few weeks of the “repair” it was even worse. Had to take to actual mechanic, on top of this it took them 90 days just for plates 120 to get the car title. These people and this two bit “owner” are nothing but thieves and liars. Do not buy from them!

“Owner” must have thought I was an idiot. I’m a mechanic, and saying that the cars only has minor “problems”. First off some of the 335i don’t even have air intakes. BMWs aren’t cheap to fix. They are nothing but liars and thieves. Just got my hands on a 2016 Chrysler 200S for the same price as some of those POS. just go to an actual dealership.

I’ll begin with the trade-in.I brought the car and was trying to trade it in and they said they had to take off 2-4 thousand on the trade-in value because my differential was bad on a bmw M3. That was a lie I ran in to the guy that bought my car later on from them and he said they never replaced anything he had to put new fluid in the differential and that was it. But they told me they replaced it and it was a money pit by getting it as a trade in from me but basically charged me 2500$-4000$.They buy their vehicles from auctions do no maintenance or getting it squared away just turn around and sell it as is regardless if it’s a lemon. Such as, with my vehicle they had put a thicker oil and some sort of other power steering fluid in it to hide the noises it was making not even a whole day the car engine light came on. Had a ticking noise and when I brought it to a real shop they told me this is what was done to the car and you are going to either have to rebuild the engine or replace it. I asked the dealership just to see what they would say they didn’t know I already knew what was going on from the other shop and compiling evidence for a legal battle. They didn’t want to help me at all on repairs or rebuilding or replacing the engine. They wanted to charge me for parts and labor and knew it was gonna break but wanted to make more money off me already knowing it was a lemon. Here is the kicker so they didn’t pay off my vehicle that I traded in for months not until they sold my original vehicle to somebody else I was stuck paying car payments on the original vehicle and the vehicle I purchased from them for months and they never gave me my registration for months.What they were doing is illegal. Basically threatening them to be blacklisted so no soldiers can purchase any vehicles from this establishment due to poor and illegal business practices taking advantage of younger soldiers purchasing used vehicles and holding items as collateral.To break it down you might get lucky with a decent car from this place but do you wanna be one of the random ones that had bought a 17,000$ car to have over 10,000$ in repairs and paying over half of what the vehicle is worth to have the car running?Look at the other reviews I’m not the only person this happen to.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I bought a car from Autofacil for my son and it was a beautiful 2006 BMW 325i. After signing the deal and driving off the lot the sensors started to come on for the air bags, the tire pressure and the headlights. My husband and son took it to the BMW dealer a few days later and the radiator hose burst while they were checking in for the appointment. Turned out that the one key I got was not the original key and Rafael from Auto Facil said that it just needed to be programmed (lie) had to order a new key and wait like four days for parts. We ended up paying over $6,000.00 to get the car safe for my son because apparently the tire was registering low on the sensor but when they inspected the wheels they had been welded and looked like someone had put them together from a junkyard. We were so disappointed and tried to get them to pay for the never ending issues with the car and they would tell us to buy all the parts and they would install it. I will never trust them or recommend them to anyone!

Bought a vehicle from this dealership. It was an out of state sale, purchased the vehicle cash. Dealership gave a 60 day permit 1 day before it expired mailed us title. Went to my local DMV said that title had many errors to send back to dealership to fix and reissue. Title was for the vehicle purchased but was from New Mexico with name of previous owner. My local DMV said it was dealerships responsibility to fix issue send a Texas title under there name reassign it to us whom bought it. After many attempts to get in contact with the personal In this dealership they dont know what there doing just lie wont tell the truth. They lied told me they cant reissue title under dealer named. Called Texas DMV said that can be done very easily. I would not buy or trust anyone form this dealership. They just try to take advantage you buyer. I have submitted a consumer complaint through El Paso Texas Department of motor vehicle. There is an investagation open beware of this dealership.

If I could give NO starts I would. We purchased a car there two months ago. A bmw 2010. Very nice with a lot of little details but we figured those little things we could fix easily. We took it to the bmw dealership before purchase turns out the owners of auto facial and bmw are good friends and so I took the car in at 9 am to get a pre purchase complete auto inspection. Well they had the car all day and even though I called every hour for updates they never had updates for me and finally out of frustration at 6:30 pm we picked up the car and they did not even touch it. We went back to talk to Aram who is the son of the owner that took over the sale. The dad had promised new breaks, Aram shot that deal down. They told me they would clean the leather and use a special paint to freshen up the seats since the tan leather had turned yellow. They didnt do that either. Finally my bf was talked into signing the car. So we were new owners of a car. Well one month after purchase the AC stopped working. It was fresher outside than in the car with MaX AC. The car also started vibrating after driving past 60 miles an hour. Finally went to get new tires today. And we found out that the rims where boared out like they werent for my car and so they just drilled the holes bigger to fit my car and now they wont and cant put them back on so in stuck buying tires & rims. Called them to see if theyd ATLEAST split the cost and they blew us off. Be careful what you buy from here!! And take it to your mechanic before purchase. Be persistent. And have the vehicle checked vigorously before you sign anything!

They are frauds, they say that the car is clean title and they do not have a carfax, the 2014 chevy impala has a fairly serious crash and they try to pass it by a clean title. The supervisor told me that this was not a problem and to take the car to Juarez to fix it. Please dont waste your time going through this dealer they just want your guys. Look at the other reviews Im not the only one.
