I have worked at several companies that have similar products. The technicians that I work with are some of the hardest working techs and very knowledgeable. We work hard and as a team to make sure our clients are happy with the finished product and /or installation.

Experienced and knowledgeable in their work. I appreciated their constant communication in the times I had issues with my alarm. Most noticeably Cesar took the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns. Cesar stays true to his word and makes my concerns his concerns. A true class act.

Have been through 7 security companies in this town for my homes and business. All these security companies are front and center when they have a big job to do for me---but when it comes to smaller customer service? They dont bother returning your calls. This company in particular. When I told them the issues I had with the other companies, they promised they wouldnt be that way, ever. Case in point? They ARE EXACTLY as they claimed they wouldnt be. Im so sick and tired of dealing with security companies in this town. Nobody seems to care one bit.I ALWAYS have to call this company 3-4 times to get them to come and fix the issues I have. They have an answering machine where Ive been told to leave messages and they would promptly return my call to schedule and appointment---BUT THEY NEVER DO!!!!Moving on to an 800 number security company. Being a local business owner, I want to keep the money in this town to support the other local businesses. BUT THEY DONT CARE. Thats why I am moving on to a company outside of El Paso.

I had a very bad experience in working with this company. I struggled to get them to do what they initially said they would do for months. I would call and they would fail to follow up. In the end I went with a Company that was nationwide and my issues were resolved within a week. The only thing they were good at was harassing me for a bill.

They were super friendly the young man that set up my doorbell and alarm was super helpful and worked with me. I try to buy local, give them a try.

Great working environment and a good company to be a part of.

They are very knowledgeable and tailor make solutions for your security needs. I really like their door bell feature that alerts your mobile phone when you get UPS drop offs or when someone is at your door.

This companys products never work correctly & they unfairly charge customers to fix their broken products. Ill be cancelling soon.
