They were super professional! They came exactly on time, they explained the whole process, and didn’t leave our home until the TV was perfect! Will continue to use their services in the future! HUGE plus, they offer 1 year warranty on their installation (definitely better than Best Buy!!)

I made multiple attempts to get information and schedule an appointment. They took days to respond to one text, no return phone calls and then completely ignored all messages from me. Unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and call Elis Home Theater.

This Company is truly great they came oui and in less than 1 hour my tv was up and running !!I had actually called Best Buy first . They had me wait 5 days and when they finally came out they said they could not install it on the type of stone wall i had at my home.i was very disappointed and almost gave up hope.im glad a friend of mine recommended me to David from Tv Mounting El paso. A business that keeps every promise, doesnt beat you over the head with crazy prices and delivers the best client experience. I had David design a man cave while my husband was on business overseas . He almost fell on the floor the speakers blew him away. We had a party last weekend and his friends are so jealous. The speakers around the bar and sonos system is my favorite part of the basement. First...let me just say that my experience with TV mounting El Paso is the type of experience you wish you can get EVERYWHERE! I’m not into all the technical stuff..I bought a tv for my husband for Christmas, and all I wanted was for it to be mounted..I was nervous because this was a 65 inch curve tv...I wanted someone who can just tell me what is best, what do I need and how to get it done. Expert tv took all those type of feelings I was having out the window. Contacted them one day, gave me a quote that was very reasonable for the type of install I needed...out to my house the next day...worked with my work schedule, AND brought ALL the materials needed. Nothing was needed from me but “what time am I available” if anything made me make my decision more easy about going with them was them taking the headache away from me about “what do I need to do”? ..Do I need to buy anything, what mount do I need..etc. I was truly impressed with the work and knowledge on mounting tv’s or just anything! I was so impressed I went ahead and did a second install the same day :) if you want true, professional work done in your home or business....DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.
