Highly recommended. Eli scheduled an appointment the very next day after my initial contact; came in and unfortunately my receiver I had purchased previously was banged up during shipping. Eli got me another receiver within an hour, with the correct connections since I had also missed that when I bought my own, hooked up our built in speakers that came with our new home, hooked up a subwoofer, hooked up our blueray player and had us ready to go in no time! I had previously called someone else and they stopped by and checked out what we needed then said hed get back to us with a quote and 2 weeks later were still waiting for the quote. Thank you Eli for tending to our urgency and hooking up our home sound system quickly and efficiently!

Shady and underhandedEli’s business practices are shady and underhanded and He loves to hear himself talk. We lived here for years and we knew exactly what we wanted and of course “he could do it”. There was ALWAYS a reason he was late. Someone was sick, someone broke their arm, I’m working on another project, got a flat tire etc, etc. We understand that things can happen But it was every time he was supposed to come. There were even appointments he made with us and he didn’t show. During two of his visits he put his tools, speakers and other equipment on our leather sofa. What’s worst is he switched up the equipment we contracted with him. We contracted a bluetooth receiver, he brought a receiver from 1990-whatever and plugged in an antenna and claimed it was a $600 receiver. We paid for a second receiver and he brought and sound bar instead of the receiver!! Really??? We found that same receiver online for $150. I couldn’t believe what he was doing. If we hadn’t already given him half our money we would have cancelled the project. We had already given him way more money than any of the equipment was worth. We told him we want what was in our contract, what we agreed to. It became so bad I had to sit him down and call him out on what he was doing. We had to rewrite another contract, we weren’t about to accept what he was doing. On yet another day he was late and working on the sound system rather than just asking for his returns, he snuck around our home to find the returns and took them out behind my back. What “professional” does that? !!! I went in my garage later that day and realized the equipment was gone. We went back and looked at our cameras and sure enough he walked out with the boxes. When I called him out on it he literally lied to my face and said “you didn’t give it to me?” SERIOUSLY? I couldn’t even believe it. He didn’t even finish the job himself, he hired someone else to do it for him but he came to pick up the remaining balance of his money. He didn’t even check behind his worker to make sure everything was good. We paid him and slammed the door on his way out. I’m just thankful we are done with him. There are still patches in our walls but we’d rather fix them ourselves than let him back in here. I’m sick that we gave him a dime of our hard earned money. If I knew then what I know now I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET ELI INTO MY HOME. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else, if you do decide to hire him....BEWAREReading your reply just verified how unprofessional you really are. So you’re voiding our warranty because you don’t like our review? Perfect example of your practices.Say what you will but we know the truth. Eli just acknowledge what you did, accept responsibility for how you handled this transaction. Try to reflect on why I’m sharing this terrible experience.

I contacted Eli to install a Tv mount to put up a 75in TV. Eli was very knowledgeable in his work and let me know what he was doing/recommendations every part of the installation. He even provided me with a more heavy duty mount due to the one that I purchased not being very good. I would definitely recommend Eli for your home theater and Tv mount needs. Thanks Eli!

Eli did a awesome job. I live in Juarez so I called him and he was in El Paso but the very next day he showed up He installed my theater system and then later had him install 65’ TV. Then I called him to see if he could install some cameras for the house. And he came that day to install cameras. The dude did awesome job on the theater system as well as everything else. Great service, very professional. TV was mounted and placed perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Eli worked on my house installing a theater system. He informed us he would be starting the job on a certain day and was delayed by a weeks due to him catching the flu. Once he finally began the first two days he showed up wearing pajama pants. He would claim he was coming the following day at a certain time and would text on something coming up and it would delay his start time. His work is not very clean when it comes down to covering wires and holes made by speakers. He also asks for equipment from the owner like a ladder and drill. He did complete the job but unfortunately his inconsistency and poor work leaves me to say I would not recommend him. Just be cautions when providing him jobs and be ready to have to be on top of him showing up and completing the job.

Eli did a wonderful job installing and wiring a TV for my outdoor patio. He also added a receiver and did all the wiring of the TV to my patio ceiling-mounted speakers. I called Eli a 2nd time to connect a projector in my theater room to the speakers in the room. Eli is dependable, hard working, and am very satisfied with the work done.

Last month I had my Home Theater system installed. eLi Home Theater was very professional and also explained how to use the home theater receiver. His packages are very accessible and the sound was awesome. I highly recommend for your Home Theater projects.

Don’t use this guy. He stated he would prewire my system then changed the project to “retro wire” which no professional a/v expert has even heard of. He wanted to use substandard wire (24-32gauge), instead of the standard recommendation of 12g wire. I requested my money back and he refused, stating he has a no money back policy but I settled for a cable and $200 back (his offer, not mine). He never paid me the $200 and would not answer my calls, etc. Don’t use this crook! You will get substandard wiring and he will take your money and run. Also, I was remodeling my home and had workers there and my contractor and I asked him (Ely) not to go to my home when I was not there, yet he would show up at will, go in my home Etc. Creepy.

Will use substandard wiring ie 24-30 gauge wiring which he will not disclose to you. Will ask for 50% down and he will not refund-so you are locked in to a project that could end up overloading your amp causing impedance. He won’t keep his word and will block you from contacting him. Watch out for this crook.
