My family and I had a great experience with this company! We had cameras and security system set up for our local business and I had cameras set up at my home. Appointments that were made were kept and the guys that did the install were so quick! They seamlessly installed the cameras and were very patient showing my mom and I how to operate the system. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

They cancel my appointment, saying the owner couldn’t service my home, wasted 2 weeks, not even an apology. Please don’t go through them.

Awful customer service!!! No one answers the phone and when they do nothing is done!! Im one to support our local businesses but this one will not be recommended at all!!! Not even the 1 star should be given.

Awful customer service, owner included. He is very unprofessional and arrogant. They do not take pride in what they do, very messy. Do not recommend.

When we first installed our system... it was not installed correctly. The owner came back to properly install the next day. A year later if you call for any other issues they will not return calls. Also, the system they install was not top of the line.

Explained the options for our new home very well. Im sure to be satisfied!! The prices were great - and not only because its easier and more cost effective to pre-wire a home as its being built. Their history of quality for the services and products they provide start with their warmth of greeting their clients.

I honestly been with a company more than 7 years total and its always an issue after issue! They couldnt get my automatic withdrawal right for months. I would actually have to call them and pay them otherwise they would never want to take a payment. Recently my security unit starts beeping and its because of an upgrade and of course we never get a phone call from them letting us know. We had to call and schedule an appointment and guess what?! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I WISH I WAS ALREADY AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT SO I CAN GET RID OF THIS COMPANY! Im sure theyll read this and retaliate so Ill be ready, but now youre on my time when I schedule my service....not on yours. Either the company is mismanaged or they have no clue of how to run their business...

This company is the worse for Security and Home Theater in El Paso, they dont label anything to whats getting installed or do they follow up with you for any request needed. Not sure how they are doing all the Residential Homes in El Paso, but I guess if you are looking for someone to handle this kind of work they are the only ones available. For sure I wouldnt recommend this company to step door into your home or business.

I went into the office last Friday to get information on upgrading my security system, I wanted to add cameras. I was told by the staff that I would be contacted by Johnny to make the appointment for him to come to the house and assess what I would need. It has been a full week and I have not heard from them yet. I have been with the company for over 8 years, very disappointed

Unfortunately we’ve had to repair or replace just about everything they’ve ever installed.

I called for a quote and they sent Johnny to my home with in an hour. Johnny showed up looked around, asked me what I wanted and wrote nothing down. One Month later, I have not received the quote. I guess they dont want business.

If it were possible to give negative stars, i would. place is a joke ... along with the owner. They sell over priced Chinese products that you can get on amazon for couple of bucks. Beware on what they install. you can pay for a brand and get another product.

Horrible don’t waste your time I got my install date pushed back 3 times with horrible excuses paid about 1800 for cameras and tv mounts been waiting over a month if there job is security and they can’t manage to put my security system up when they say they can why would I trust them
