Use to be the only store I went to. Ive called 8 times this morning and theyve not answered one time and actually hung up the call.

I have been with cricket for a year now and love the phones the service is the best and great prices for the plan that youre exactly looking for.

This company will steal from their customers. The store was there one day and then gone the next. I would recommend that people should find another carrier instead of Cricket Wireless.

Ive had cricket wireless for almost one year now. its the only cell phone serivce, besides straight talk/Verizon, that has service out where i live. great customer care at the Fort Oglethorpe location. Ive never had a bad experience. they always have great phones in stock and they always seem happy to help with any questions or concerns. this location is my favorite cricket wireless location in my area, 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome store they took care of us really well, got the 4 phones for a hundred bucks a month and everybody was very easy to deal with. I think Natalie is the manager she is wonderful and the other associates are great also I will always suggest everybody switch to Cricket.

I went to return a item I purchased (lifeproof speaker AQ 11) on October 2nd 2019 at 7:11pm. Today at 5pm October 9th 2019 I went to return the speaker due to it not working. My problem was not fixed and I could not get my money back, I could not even exchange speaker for another one or its equivalent. ***I had my RECEIPT*** I was told that I had 7 days to return or exchange, I bought this product at 7:11 PM on the 2nd and attempted to return at 5:00 PM on the 9th. I showed the staff what was wrong with speaker and they saw and tested it for themselves and concurred that it was a faulty product. However they would not return my money nor exchange. Reason was its been more than 7 days they said. I disagreed and asked them how many hours are in a day....they of course said 24. I bought at 7:11 pm on the 2nd, TRIED to return or exchange at 5:00 PM on the 9th which would have given me 2 hours and 11 minutes left BEFORE THE 7TH DAY. To NO AVAIL *****THEY SAID I WAS PAST THE 7TH DAY***** and now Im stuck with a damaged speaker and out of my money. I will not recommend that anyone do business with or purchase anything from them. I am not exaggerating about any of the details above. That is exactly how it happened so just be warned that if you choose to do business with these folks you are taking a major risk concerning your money and the quality of the products they sell.

The people dont seem like they know what they are doing. Customer service is not great and you only have 7 days to return a phone you buy. They dont tell you that,but post it about five feet away from the customer in microscopic print on the wall behind their counter. Usually only one person there and they are extremely slow waiting on customers. I was quoted and payed a specific price,but when I called customer support,I was charged more.

They may have been bought out by AT&T but there service is still awful. Just my 2 cents but T-Mobile is worlds better. Not to mention you have 7 days to return your phone to cricket should you decide you dont like there service. And you only get a refund on the phone. Not the 25 dollar activation fee or the plan you bought. I returned less than 24 hours later to discover I would be giving them a free 85 dollars for 12 hours of use. Do what you want but dont say you werent warned.Thanks

Absolutely horrible. They sold me on a plan to come from Sprint for a discounted phone. Once I was switched I realized they had charge me an extra $100. I told them about it and they checked into it with the owner and came back and said that the sticker was old that I was charged a proper price. Thats called bait and switch or flat out fraud. Stay away from this store its a franchise store and the owner and apparently the employees are crooks.

Always friendly and very helpful! I have had no problems at all in 10 years if going to this one on battlefield parkway in Ft. O. Ga. The staff goes out of their way to solve all issues with my lld phones or my new ones! Great place to do bussiness with! Hope tgey always keep their motto customer is always right sAnd customers come first no matter if they are right or wrong they are tgere to help! Even when I go in in a bad mood they always make me smile by the end of my vist!
