Beauty Max of Frederick Md have and still treat my daughter and I with excellent customer service! Because of their excellence in customer service and their expertise, I cannot get myself to go any where else for knowledge of haor & beauty products! They are family oriented and make my daughter & I feel welcomed like family with each visit we make to this particular Beauty Max. This is my permanent place & location to shop for beauty products. I wont go to any other! They are a fine example of what customer service is supposed to be for all businesses. You are very much appreciated! My wife has found her store. Beauty Max has a wide selection of wigs, hairpieces and many other products. Their staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Yesterday I bought some earrings and they were damaged, now I went to change them, and the owner did not want to change them, how disappointing, I lost my money, but I will not return to that placethe price was 8 dollars

They have a decent selection of product even though the store is pretty cramped. In the past I have witnessed the cashier ask for ID whenever a customer paid with a credit card, definitely not a bad practice but today I watched a white woman check out with a credit card and was not asked for ID after the cashier took a second look at her. The cashier then had the audacity to get smart with me when I pointed out the inconsistent practice and the fact that you literally put food on your table on the heads of African American women should give you pause!? I wont be back, there are plenty of places to spend my money.**In Respose to the owners response. I will test out your policy the next time I am in Frederick! I find it hard to believe that a month later you know exactly which white woman I could be speaking of and how much she spent.

Hand sanitizing station right at the door as you walk in, I like that. Staff very pleasant.

Before buying my purchase I specifically ask the return policy, lady said as long if its not used and in package I can get store credit. Well I returned it the same way, and she denied it and said to my husband they dont accept it back after purchase. I just bought it less then a week ago, and returned it cause the color didnt match my daughter s hair. Wow really I returned untouched.

Customer Service is awesome. The staff is always helpful with my needs every time I have been there. The young gentleman is very helpful and knowledgeable about the hair and products and give good makeup advice too! The young gentleman help me match the perfect concealer for my skin tone. They give geeat discounts too! The lady that works their is very nice also. The hair prices are reasonable. I dont just come only for the hair, everyone that works their have a Great customer service! I absolutely love this business, the nicest people in town.

I went to beauty Max Again today to get a wig for my wedding which was also today. And I had the best experience. They helped me pick something beautiful and installed the wig for me. And I also found the perfect wig for my MIL. I love coming here. I go to Baltimore often so I can go to other stores but I love coming here so I make the extra trip. Great staff and great products. This is the best wig store I have been to in Maryland after finding out the owner previously lived in Vegas. I was very happy to actually talk to him. I relocated from Las Vegas a year ago and it was nice to connect with someone that had the same memories as I did. I bought a beautiful wig that I am super happy with and I will be returning today to get another wig maybe two. The young man in the back helped me throughout the entire process. I dont feel lost anymore. Thank you Beauty Max!!!

The man behind the register is very polite and friendly however cant say that for the rest of the staff. I shopped here very often being that I have 5 heads of hair to take care of at home not including mine. Usually spending at least $50.00 per trip....recently I went in to crab something real quick and a women seemed to end up in every aisle I was in....she worked there and obviously thought I was a thief because she kept following and watching so I didnt spend a penny....left and will not be returning...I did not appreciate her racist suggestive behavior and they wont get another dime out of me.

I always go there when I dont order online. They have a large range of differents hairstyles at good price. The lady at the register and the young guy are very nice to people. Thank you.

I purchase a GOGO wig G0118 color 4. When I got home and took the wig out if the plastic, it was a used wig and the curls was combed out and it was frizzy all over. I called the store numerous times and no one answered the phone.

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now to shop for wigs. My first visit I was completely inexperienced and had never shopped for or tried on a wig in my life. The young women who organizes and maintains the wigs in the back was sooo super nice to me and helped me try several wigs on until we decided on one that looks best for me! Love themm, I always get my senegalese twist from here and they’re not expensive at all. The service is great they always help when I need it, and sometimes when I buy things they give me small sample packs of oil which is always useful.

My goto hair store. I live almost 2 hours away and I drive here for all my wigs. Great deals and quality products! Plus the only place i can get my reversible purple and black wig

I come here as often as I can. Living in Frederick is hard enough to find make up and hair products for people of color and this place has it all. I love the natural hair care products and I understand the prices. Its not a big deal when you get great service and the staff know the business.

Me and my friend came in tonight to look for wigs for a New Years party. I have been here before and the staff was kind to me, but tonight they were extremely nasty to my friend and her son who was sitting in the chair with headphones on the entire time. Maybe they treated us differently because we were dress relaxed casual, but that’s not a valid reason. I certainly will inform everyone in my circles to try somewhere else if you can. When I said “thank you” walking out the door, the lady who is always at the register rolled her eyes at us. We are two successful, thriving military veterans who will not be spending another dollar here. We paid our $1 to try on wigs and all you did was make us uncomfortable. Horrible and disgusting customer service. Her stank face is so gross. She shouldn’t be in the business if she’s not happy serving customers.

I love this place, they are always very nice and helpful. Im going in tomorrow to get some more hair. Last time I went it he had already rang me up for my hair but i needed a wig brush, he gave me a brush on credit (5$ card limit, i barely carry cash). I have to make sure I pay him back for the brush tomorrow. I love this place large selection of hair, wigs, hair products, accessories, and jewelry. I absolutely love this store. Hair is a little pricey, but I still love it.

I am giving Beauty Max 5 stars, i have been at this location about 5 times. Each time not only have I gotten what I was looking for but the people who own the Beauty Max are very pleasant and professional. When I shopped I noticed how Very organised they are even with tons of beauty products.The first time i came to Beauty Max i was with my daughter not only did they say hello to her made us feel very welcome but they had rings in her size available. The best part about going there is If you have a question people are always around to point you in the right direction this for me makes goingconvenant. Lastly the they have everything i need in one stop! The hair pieces are phenomenal they also have make up,eyelashes,hatts,cute hair ties,clips,jewellery! ♡
