I was running around Fresno since the Morning to try to see if any Computer Repair shop might help but everyone needed appointments. I called Fresno State Computer & Smartphone Consulting - Kris immediately knew what the problem was and told me to bring the Unit to him, he took a look at it and fixed it, also upgraded my Macbook Ram. Very Reasonable on the price also. I will be returning for more future problems or some new PC Builds. Very fast and Reliable Service.

Top notch service and awesome pricing. Was looking at a potentially multi-hundred dollar fix to my 2013 MacBook Pro screen at the Apple Store but Kris was able to pinpoint the root of the issue, which ended up being a much simpler fix than I was told elsewhere. Had my screen working again and was only charged the minimum for labor. Completely satisfied!

Had Kris come out to the house to install my NAS and configure my Plex server for remote access. He showed up on time and worked quickly. Didnt mind my watching over his shoulder and asking 100 questions, and he was helpful and knowledgeable. Also was willing negotiate the price and worked with me to help me afford everything I wanted done. Would recommend 5/5.

I called FresnoSFresno Computer & Smartphone after getting a virus that took over my Google account and locked me out of my Phone, Tablet, and Chromebook, as Id used the same account to set them all up. I was helped by Kris, who not only found the virus and eliminated it, he also spent the time with me to regain control of my account and all three devices, without losing any of my data. Id give five stars but they dont have a physical location, but Kris came to get my devices and returned them, and honored his price match policy as well as finishing the job early! Quick, cheap and thorough. thought my iphone was done but kris managed to bring it back from the dead. this man knows what he is doing. would say id do business with him again but i dont think ill need to! highly recommend if theres anything wrong with any of your devices!
