Once you get your service done, dont be lazy, open your car hood to make sure everything is ok, they change oil on my car, and forgot to put oil cup ON,(not professional)once I drove out my A/C its start smell with burned oil, I came back and manager was surprised when he saw that oil cup was just lying aside. Service was faster then I expected, thank you

I’m totally disappointed about your service and they way of explaining.. This is the worst car service I ever experienced..1. I explained clearly when I drop my car regarding about Car wash and Vacuum but they didn’t when I pick my car.2. I’m suspecting whether you properly service my car or not because your service and they way of explaining is not satisfied me.3. The employees are not good and gentle to the customer.4. Normal car service Centre is better than your car service Centre because you’re not explained about what you serviced and repaired my car when you delivered to me.5. Worst service and more expensive.

Had some miscommunication on some of the prepurchased services on my nissan titan. I got a little upset at the situation, but service advisor Vince Kelley stepped right up and diffused the situation quickly. Appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back for all of my service needs. Thank you Vince.
