Stepped above and beyond to assure that we were satisfied. Excellent customer care, great follow-up and very competitive prices. Highly recommend them over the shopping mall stores. We were quoted between $500 & $750 for a pair of new lenses to fit existing frame by other Georgetown stores, and Texas Optical beat them by 50%. Coming back for more for sure and so should you!

I thought Dr. Salone was very good. She did testing I have never gotten. Sam was great. He took time with me picking out my eyeglass frames. The store is very easy to get to and it is next to all the new places in Wolf Crossing. All in all a wonderful experience.

Getting a new pair of glasses with my updated prescription was as streamlined as it possibly could be, given the circumstances. Masks are essential to enter the establishment, as they should be! All in all, my experience was a 10/10. Only two weeks until my glasses come in!

Ive seen Dr. Michelle Le three or four times and she has been excellent to work with. Shes very thorough, focused and up-to-date on the newest advancements in eye care and contact lenses. I wear multi-focal contact lenses and my vision can be challenging to correct. Dr. Le was relentless about getting the precise combination of fit and power to suit my eyes. The staff at TSO Georgetown is very service-oriented and friendly. Highly recommend.

They worked me in once again the same day for a swollen eye lid. Dr. Is very informative and patient with questions. Eye therapist is amazing with the kiddos.

I am very concerned with the behavior of two of the staff from this office. I had a work lunch meeting today at Mariachi in Georgetown. While my lunch was good the behavior of the TSO staff who was also there, was not. They were clearly on a work lunch break and were still in uniform. One was wearing a halloween scrub top and the other in the TSO blue scrub top with a black jacket. I believe the names are Emily and Cassy. Drinking alcoholic beverages while on a work lunch is extremely unprofessional when your work day has not ended. It is hard to overlook this type of behavior. I will not be visiting this office for my eye care needs and I do not believe that Dr. Salone condones this type of work ethic or at least I would hope not.

Their new office is a definite upgrade from their previous location! It is spacious and comfortable. The large waiting area doesnt get much use because they run so quickly (or at least have for me) that I didnt get to spend much time in it. The staff is friendly and helpful and my appointments are always quickly and cheerfully concluded. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I loved our experience at Texas State Optical. Dr. Le, one of the newest doctors there was amazing, she was professional, sweet, respectful and right of way made a connection with my daughter and made us feel right at home. We had tried other places, however, there was always something missing or not what we were looking for, we are excited to have found a place where we felt appreciated and super comfortable. The rest of the staff was sweet and very courteous, great costumer service, which we appreciate. The office was pretty and very clean. I cant wait to bring the rest of my family as new costumers of TSO!!

My first eye exam with Dr. Le was awesome. I particularly like how patient and calm she was during the exam and how clearly she explains everything. She also did a great job of going through my prescriptions and making sure I remembered her instructions. Highly recommend her.

The office staff is nice. The office decor is beautiful! But most importantly doctor Salone was wonderful in treating both myself and my young daughter. She is a great communicator and really explains all aspects of your care so that you can make an informed decision. I like how she included myself as part of the decision making process for my vision as well as my daughters. She was great with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and engaged in the exam.

I made an appointment for a Thursday and when I got there I was told that I had an appointment for the day before although I had a confirmation emailfor Thursday! Then I was informed that I had to pay for refraction. Medicare has been paying for partial refraction for me for many years and then it is sent to my secondary (mine is Tricare for Life). Evidently this TSO does not have that information.

This is by far the BEST Optometry office you can find in Central Texas. The staff is caring about your needs and will explain everything as it is happening. The products they offer are exceptional. Ive been looking for an optometrist for years. I finally found one that cares about their patients.

I love this place they provided outstanding service, Megan is an awesome office staff worker, and Dr. Salone was professional and awesome she explained everything well she made sure I didn’t have any questions. She made sure Covid 19 restrictions were applied and enforced at all times during the eye exam. It is very clean and organized all the way to the end of picking out frames. We were greeted by Jai, and he selected ideal frames to our likings, and explained the alternatives, to get the optimal experience in lens and was very informative of the benefits of various lens and kept it at a reasonable budget. First got glasses through TSO in 77. Have had trouble finding a company that could get my prescription correct. Tried TSO hoping for the best and was not disappointed. Found out why my other prescritions were not working thanks to TSO.

Quick, easy & affordable. Great professionals. Dr. Le is a keeper. I can’t see going to anyone else.....ever again. Sold on TSO Georgetown. Exam and frame selection made easy. Was in and out in less than hour and finished glasses ordered to arrive in about a week.

Very thorough and professional and reasonably priced. I could live most of the rest of my life without having to listen to the music in the waiting room though. Slow torture. Bring your own headphones.

I had an appointment there earlier today and could not have had a better experience :-). From the time I arrived, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The doctor who performed my exam was extremely nice as was the technician who performed some of the earlier scans of my eyes. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking to schedule any of the eye exams or other services that are provided here.

I have been going to TSO for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Salone takes the time to get it right and I can not recommend her highly enough. The entire staff goes out of their way to take care of their clients. The new office is beautiful too!

The new office is beautiful! Even better the staff is so friendly and efficient! Explained my benefits to me and pulled up my insurance before my first appointment. Barely waited 2 minutes before they took me back. Dr. Salone is very personable and told me what I needed to know with the type of contacts I use, unlike my last eye doctor. Gave me options that work with my busy life and I can come in anytime to order glasses, no appointment needed. I felt like family there, wonderful experience!

TSO is superior for service & knowledge of eye care. After seeing Grace a couple years ago I foolishly went to two cheaper places thinking all were the same. I was wrong! Not only did I get cheap glasses I got the wrong prescription - twice. Both places! Dont waste your time & money. TSO is above them all in expertise, service and caring for their patients with the accurate information.

I drove 45min to get to my appointment for them to tell me in their lobby were out of network with the Insurance. Please dont waist your time like I just did.

Very good customer service and highly pleased with the optometrist exam. Received my new eye glasses and also satisfied with the prescription (after a bad experience several years ago with a different company).Only downside: no weekend office hours for eye glass fitting. I can understand not doing eye exams on weekends, but need one w/e day to most conveniently access the store.The M-F hours made it a challenge to pick up my new glasses. Had to take time off work - had I checked store hours beforehand, might have gone elsewhere.

I first took my little sister to a regular eye exam and Dr. Salone and the staff were awesome! Then after a few weeks of debating weather to take my 2 y/o and 8 m/o to confirm weather their eye movements were normal or not, I finally took them. All the staff members I came across, from scheduling the appointment to seeing Dr. Solone were very sweet to my children and I. We will continue to do business with TSO.

OK service, my biggest complaint is that they very rarely pick up their phone and hardly ever return voicemails. In fact every time I have left a voicemail I dont think it has been returned. I just moved over to the Cedar Park location who actually picks up their phone.

TSO Georgetown is a great office and Dr. Salone has been fantastic with catching the issues with my sons eyes. Incredible!! I was misdiagnosed by another doctor and continued to have extreme discomfort from my contacts, as well as burning. Within 5 minutes of meeting with Dr. Salone, she correctly diagnosed my eye condition. I have since had follow up appointments and continue to be impressed by her bedside manner and overall knowledge. She is also stellar with children. I was too impressed not to write a review.

Great looking place with high tech equipment and lots of eyewear to select from. Dr Salone was great and comforting with my kiddos and explained and informed in detail of concerns and questions that I had. After a few issues with the front desk and few miss communications i would have given this place a 1 star rating due to the lack of follow up on an ongoing issue. I was continually told to wait and wait and after about a month i was done. That all changed when i spoke with Kimberly. We came to the conclusion that some of the issues were out of their control, although, it could have been dealt with quicker with thorough follow up. She took charge of the situation, owned it and followed through with every promised she made. This assured me that one individuals behavior is not a reflection of a whole in this place. Im very happy with the outcome and will recommend to friends and will continue to come here. Thank you all!

I was able to get a same day appointment. The optometrist was young, kind, and extremely knowledgable. He recommended some contacts that were much better than what I was using. I was really pleased!

I was impressed with Dr. Salone and the way that she was able to quickly and easily build rapport with my son who does not warm up to people, especially in a medical facility, quickly. In addition, she was able to identify the specific challenges with vision processing that our son was having and determine that he needs corrective lenses. I would recommend Dr. Salone and she has gained the entire clan for our vision needs.

By far, the most thorough eye examination Ive ever received. When my hard contacts were ready for pick-up, Dr. Salone performed a fitting exam. This pretty much blew my mind. Having worn gas permeable contacts for 20+ years, Ive NEVER had an eye Doctor review them at fitting. It really made me evaluate all the problems Ive had with discomfort the last 20 years, which likely could have been remedied with a simple post evaluation.Ive since come to know the staff pretty well. All of them, including Dr. Salone and Mr. Salone are extremely professional, thoughtful, and run their office with genuine care for patients. Ive recommended my family, friends, and associates to their care. Im extremely greatful to have found this practice, and you will be too!

I first want to say that this is only the second review I have written on a establiment, and this has nothing to do with Dr. Salone. Dr. Salone was professional, extremely detailed and someone I was planning on taking my child back to and being a repeat customer myself. Unfortunately, her staff isnt of the same standard. I was told that my contacts would be ready in 3-5 days, so after 2 weeks of no word I called and was met with a bit of stammering and searching then told the lab was backed up and my contacts would be ready in 3-5 days. I was asked if I need another temporary pair and when I explain how one was crumple the reply I got was ok, well your will be in soon. I get a call today saying they were in and when I went to pick them up (now almost 4 weeks later) I informed her that I was glad because I have been wearing 1 contact because the other tore. Instead of empathy or even a faked empathy I was handed my contacts and a copy of my prescriptions (I had requested) and told ok thanks have a good day. I am not saying I want something free, or even a discount, but even a little try would have been worth it and my returned business. I am in a customer service role and I hope and pray the service I provide is far better then this I have recieved from TSO (again, I exclude Dr. Salone). So this is why I give 2 stars.

I was extremely pleased with my appointment at TSO. First of all I did not have to wait an hour or even 15 minutes. That is important with me. Dr. Salone was very knowledgeable and expained the various test being done. I can whole heartly recommend TSO to everyone. The Optician that helped me pick out my new glasses was helpful in making sure I got the right kind. Im very hard on glasses!

Their website is very misleading. I had a rare weekday off of work, so I tried to use their website to schedule an appointment. Their website showed that the next appointment available was for the day I needed, so I submitted a form. When they contacted me, the girl told me they were full that day, and there was nothing they could do.
