I have been seeing Dr R for more than 10 years; she is the BEST eye doctor I have ever had. I have been going to VisionWorks at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown for several years where Chris, Jeff and all of the associates provide awesome customer service and great value for my glasses.

I came into the store with my daughter to have our glasses fitted. The service was great considering we had bought our glasses from another place. I will definitely get my next pair at this location next time!

I had an excellent experience at this Vision Works. I came into the store last week because my current pair of glasses broke. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Nelda. She called several stores in other states in an effort to track down information about my previous purchases and in an effort to locate a specific pair of frames. She also walked me over to the optometrist who were able to squeeze me in as I needed an eye exam to purchase new glasses. When I came back, she helped me choose a pair and explained everything about my purchase and insurance. Her customer service is superior.

They make sure that their personal commitment to you is about you and the satisfaction of your eyeglasses and vision. Went today and had a positive experience. They acknowledge me right away, gave me a chance to look around while they reviewed my insurance plan benefits. Karina asked me what kind of style of glasses I was looking for and was helpful in narrowing down which frames to try out. I ended picking one of the frames she suggested. She gave some helpful suggestions and Im eager to get my new glasses. Overall, excellent service and great experience.

I stopped in their store to get a quick replacement for the nose piece on my favorite glasses. I didnt purchase them from them but was prepared to pay. Karina took very good care of my needs and not only replace the one missing but the other as well at no charge. She was so sweet and prompt in the repair.

Our initial visit to but glasses wasnt the best and we werent looking forward to having to go back to pick up our glasses. However, on our second visit, Nelda helped us out and even apologized for the service we received from another employee on our first visit. She went out of her way to make sure we had a better experience this time around and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. She truly turned our experience with this particular location around. Next time we go back we will definitely be asking for Nelda!

I don’t usually give online reviews... actually, this is my first. However, I was so impressed with the outstanding customer service, I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to give credit where credit is due! I needed my glasses very quickly... not just “same day” but in less than two hours! Ally B was extremely helpful in choosing my frames and very knowledgeable regarding their inventory... not to mention sweet and patient! 🤗 Also, a HUGE thanks to the General Manager, Chris H. He went above and beyond the call of duty, accommodating all of my needs and with a positive attitude and genuine smile... even though I found out later the poor guy stayed at the store over an hour later just for little me! I don’t experience customer service of this caliber very often. I would give six stars if I could! 😉

I hadn’t updated my glasses in years. I wasn’t terribly excited about the idea, so I looked online at different styles and found what I thought I wanted. When I went in the store, I was dead set on the pair I had seen online. I walked right over to them and placed them on my face. When I put them on, I realized...I didn’t like them at all! Just then the sweetest little lady with a smile came over to help me. She could tell I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure, now that my choice didn’t work out. Her name was Ally. Ally asked if she could pull some suggestions to start with and figure out what I like and what fits my face. This girl had amazing knowledge of the inventory!! She was able to find plenty of pairs that fit my face perfectly, and wouldn’t break the bank! I LOVE my glasses. I don’t think I have ever said that. So a huge Thank you to Miss Ally for saving the day, and making my experience shopping a pleasure.

Since 2015 I’ve used Visionworks, Georgetown TX with no complaints. The staff is personable and knowledgeable, particularly Nicole. She always spends quality time helping to fit you with frame styles that suit your face. She never sends you away with glasses that don’t look nice and I have found that her suggestions have always worked for me and my husband, both fashion wise and fitting our budget. Looking forward to buying my next pair.

Huge assortment of frames that took me 30 minutes of trying on before finding the exact colorful frames I wanted.Nelda helped get my prescriptions and insurance from another location which was a total life saver!Nicole has helped me twice now, once to help resucitate some broken glasses, and then just today she helped me use all of my insurance benefits to get glasses, sunglasses and contacts all at a reasonable price.

The worst. It took 3 months to get my daughter’s glasses and 2 months to get mine. Both were made incorrectly and had to be sent back and remade. Then, they lost my daughter’s glasses and had to get them made a third time.

Just find your color!.my glasses were ready in 10 days like she said but quality control noticed a scratch and I had to wait 3 more days ..perfect fit now.. I came in have a terrible day and was super agitated expecting to wait at least 30 minutes to be helped considering the store was packed. When i walked through the door i was greeted and welcomed immediately by Anna. I was helped about 10 minutes later so that was great. I was helped by a Chris and boy was he a complete snack. He eased me through my whole dilemma with my frames and got everyting taken care of in about 15 minutes. This store is the fastest I have been through in a while and highly recommend it.

Weve been waiting over a month for my wifes glasses... we finally called to find out the status and was told that her prescription had expired. Even if that was true, they should have let us know right away. We tried to explain that the prescription is not expired, but the employee told us that she was too busy and would have to look into it and she would call us back before the store closed. No call back with 30 minutes left before closing, so we call again. Same employee answers and seemed irritated and says, I told you that I would call you back. No call back... awful customer service...

I purchased two pair of glasses and purchased the insurance for the transition pair. Great prices and service for over 10 years only to find out lenses and frame insurance is a fraud... and not honoredas I was told... I was told by a taller African American woman the warranty covered the lenses and frames for the year against scratches and frame defects..I asked so if I the lenses are scratched, broken for the period of coverage, 1 year, they would be covered? She answered yes its for one year period....Well dont belieeve the words or contract when its being offered...I went to have my lenses repaired a second time with about month or left on the warranty I purchased only to find it instead of 67 dollars I was basically having to pay well over 200 dollars just to replace lenses that were, according to the warranty, were supposed to be covered...FRAUDULENT SELLING OF INSURANCE THAT BASICALLY IS NOT HONORED as marketed..IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YRS... well for me this is the last I will use Vision works..

Where do I start, ordered glasses 2/6/20; take 2 weeks; called on 2/20 and the prescription was not there yet. Rep said he would check it was there the next day. Glasses came in 7 days later, the lab had got it wrong, so they had to be sent back. Finally got glasses 3/16/20. Wont go back again, dont recommend this outlet.

Nicole obviously knows her job well. In the Corona era, I was having problems finding a local Medicare approved eye glass supplier after having cataract surgery. (Note: The local Baylor Scott & White organization sells eye glasses but does not accept Medicare after performing Medicare approved cataract surgery.) She immediately helped me pick out frames and took care of all the paper work for the one time only 80% portion allowed by Medicare.

My daughter received her glasses on January 2nd. The in store person working “adjusted” her frame. Two days later the screw fell from the frames and they were unable to put the screw back on and claimed the frames were a factory defect when we brought the glasses in on January 4th. We have called various times and always get the same “we will give you a call back” response. One month later and my daughter is still without her glasses. This is terrible service.

I had the most awful experience with this place. 1 star is all they could get from google. But I would like to leave none. The optometrist was sick and decided to cough all over the place including on myself. She also had children working there. Which were friends of her child. After getting sick from her and my entire family having a visit from urgent care it was time to pick up what I purchased. Lets get to when I pick up my glasses and sunglasses. I went to pick them up and the sun glasses were not ready because the lense they made didnt fit. Not my fault but they made sure I was made to feel that way. Then I tried on my glasses couldnt see a thing. I was told to take them home. I didnt came back three times before someone would see me so I could get a refund. There over priced there sales are a joke ! And you will not get the right eye prescription.
