Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees dont want to work. Have you stand in line for an hour while they do only God knows in the back. I even saw one of the employees just cleaning the glasses while people stood in line. Zero stars
The worst customer service ever!! Not only do they have you standing there until they are done talking about their personal lives,but you literally have to do all the work for them. I was very disappointed to have waited there for a long time, for some reason I got the slowest person in the store, but she also did not know what she was doing and kept asking someone else questions. She then proceeded to tell me she couldnt get anyone on the phone from my insurance company which took her 30 min just to say that. I decided to call myself and got a response in 2 minutes. The lady that was helping me was inept and careless, while the other two employees just looked and stood around until I had enough of the waiting and left. I was so mad to have wasted so much time on this store only to end up not getting anything. This is what I get for going to low level stores such as Walmart vision glasses. Ill rather go somewhere else even if I have to pay more.
I’m tired I just want to work all day and I only have a little bit of time to do the things that mom said you are and the last thing I need is someone to give me a big attitude.I arrived at 6:50pm today. At 7:00 pm this older gentleman asked if he could help me, I gave him my son’s prescription and he went to the copier to take a copy. I thought let me be nice and take my insurance card to him so he can copy it. As I approached him he looks at me and said “Oh my God Insurance card” (with the biggest Attitude)I asked him why did you say it like that and he said well because we are almost closing and the insurance is going to take longer. I said I what time do you guys close? he said at 8 o’clock. It’s 7pm.....so since I don’t have patience for bad customer service I said sir give me my copies and I am going to take my business elsewhere.I work with customers all day if I were to do that I would get fired. Even if you feel like that just keep it in your head. I asked for the manager’s name And glad we went and got me a Business card.
Incredibly unprofessional. I was told my glasses would be in on the 4th of February. That day passed so I called later in evening on the 4th. I was told they have only just shipped. I pressed for a day that they will be ready and I was told that that they dont know and they would call. Is that two day or seven? Who knows, they sure dont. So now instead of knowing when to expect my frames im stuck just standing by and waiting for a call. Im very displeased with this level of service and lack of logistical organization.
Out dated and honestly kinda shady!
