My visit was great? I was told that I have finger print-like wrinkles on the lens of my eyes. I was given two prescriptions, one was drops and one was an ointment that goes in my eye 3 times a day to moisturize the lens. I will see a cornea specialist in a few weeks to see if he can address this situation. Dr Patel said he would not sell me a new set of glasses at this time, but after my cornea specialist visit, then he would test my eyes again. When viewing the eye chart, I saw bold letters that look as though they had a diagonal line through them. They did not have a line through them. Im confident that between Dr. Patel and the cornea specialist, I will be able to see better and I do now. Thank you for your kind, professional help. Sharon Lefler

The Mann Eye office in Sun City Georgetown was very helpful in explaining and applying my insurance discount. All the staff from the front desk to the doctor were very friendly and helpful. Office is very clean and nice.

Today was my first visit to the Mann Eye Institute in Sun City (Georgetown, TX). The staff was exceptional and I really liked Dr. Bevers. I got a good, thorough exam and was given some very helpful tips for my eye condition. I think Ive finally found an eye clinic to meet all my needs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Patel was very thorough. I would like to offer that my visit was a routine checkup and so I cannot speak to their other services. However, I will certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

This is my second check up visit to the sun city, TX location. I also had a medical appointment for eye pain. As a multiple sclerosis patient, eye pain is a particularly worrisome symptom. They were all very professional on every occasion, and Dr. Patel take particular care to explain everyting so I can understand!

The Sun City location was easy to find and amazingly inviting. From the moment I stepped into the office until I received my contacts, Haley was professional, helpful, and gracious. Because I have a complex prescription, it took a little longer to receive my prescription however Haley constantly communicated with me to ensure my order would be filled. Everyone was really professional and friendly. Amy was great and explained everything she was doing..I felt like this was the best eye examine I had ever had and left feeling very good that my glasses were going to help me see better.

Not only did they accommodate me on the same day, after a scary temporary loss of vision, but the staff was friendly, caring and I was treated like royalty. Seriously, the time spent on me by ALL the staff, felt genuine. My vision is good, and my ophthalmologist was reassuring...LOVE this clinic!

I appreciate the staff expertise with AMD and trying to fit me for glasses.I would prefer upgraded technology because my eyes remained dilated most all day.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Mann eye Institute. The staff at the Georgetown office are so nice and make sure to answer any questions. They made sure I understood the full procedure and gave detailed explanations of what to expect and the decision to get Lasik has absolutely changed my life this has been the best decision I have ever made. 3 -4 weeks ago I ordered reading glasses that I use to work remotely . I still havent got them and the communication was terrible with Haley at this location. I was constantly put on hold and was sent to voice-mail when calling each week to check the status. Today I requested a refund because once again they said the lab hasnt given them an update. I could have applied for a mortgage and closed on a home faster than this .Totally unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.The other comments are just a few to give them good stars to appeal when you search.

Went to the Georgetown location for a consultation. Had LASIK surgery the very next week! Ended up with 20/15 vision, better than perfect. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Mann, Dr. Patel, Haley and Amy!
