I broke my new glasses in major way. Mostly my fault. The staff at Pearl went quickly to work to remedy the problems. They honored the warranty even though the damage was mainly my fault. I took my granddaughter in for her first eye exam and glasses. Everyone was terrific and she picked out the cutest pair of Ray Bans from a nice selection of kids frames. We had a great experience and have nothing but good things to say about the customer service.

Exceptional service, personable, with attention to detail. New to the area - I was so glad I heeded a recommendation for an eye examination with Dr. Birkmann. He took the extra time to discuss my vision issues and even provided me with an extra eyeglass prescription for sportglasses. Brilliant job Dr. Birkmann!. The patient and efficient front end staff is a bonus. Why go elsewhere?

So below I originally gave a 1 star review based on my experience back then. I was not planning to ever use Pearl Vision again. But I returned to give them another chance. I had visited optometry glass wear in Costco and Target based on wife recommendations but they have just a few selections. This time around Pearl Vision Georgetown was on their game. First after writing the 1 star review the manager called me directly and promised me a turn around of 2 hours plus or minus which was fine by me. That took care of the warranty issue. This time I needed new lenses fitted into my existing frames. They rose to the occasion, it took a little more than 2 hours. That was very helpful and greatly appreciated.. I’ll be using Pearl Vision again.The so called scratch resistant coating looked all scratched up a month after getting them on just the right side. To replace them under the warranty I’m told by Pearl Vision I need to leave my glasses for 2 weeks when I need them to safely drive and most other things like read signs. How does that make sense?!? I’d say not safe and the last time I deal with Pearl Vision!

I got no-line bifocals for the first time, and they took the time to explain to me what size and shape of frames I should look for and why. I was allowed plenty of time to look at several frames instead of being made to feel like I needed to hurry.I am happy with the safety precautions they have in place (masks required, appointments required, temperature checks required).My glasses came in earlier than the estimate, and I was given all the advice I needed to learn how to get used to my new glasses. Will definitely come in anytime I need to!

The people here are great. They were very patient with me. I tried on almost every thing and go so discouraged. Until the girl helping me came up an idea. She was great. The price was awesome. I went to another place before this one. They wanted to charge me $900.00. Pearl Vision charged me around $600.00 I would say thats a good savings.

Have tried several places in Georgetown. This was the best experience weve had. Teresita spent a great deal of time with us (two people getting glasses) and gave us very good advice. Our glasses are high quality and were ready a week before we expected them. Think Ill go back for sunglasses! (Jan was also very helpful when we picked up.)

I am very pleased with my new glasses from Pearle Vision at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX. The selection of frames is excellent and the quality of the final product is outstanding. The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are very good. I would definitely recommend them.

Was a past customer as soon as I got the frames (over a year ago) the lenses would always be popping out. They would fix it but always denied fixing the lenses themselves (they were too thick for the frame) after that year my lenses popped out again, I thought its going to be alright Ill just go so they can fix it. Not only was it out of warranty but they told me that they cant even put the lens back because the frame is old and out of warranty. Went to another place and I had the same frame used and they fit their lenses on there, so far 2 months with them and worked out way better that way. There are better places in Cedar Park.

They went above and beyond for me. They fit me in last minute, without an appointment, the staff was very kind and attentive, and they also had my frames and new prescription ready on the same day! Dr. Berkman is wonderful. I am so happy!!!!!

My wife, son and I choose to purchase our glasses at the Pearl Vision in Georgetown. The service is great, we love the selection and they stand by their warranty. To add a cherry on top, they remember our names! Huge kudos to Jody.

I feel like I’ve never had a really good eye exam until now! From scheduling to check in to pre-visit to to Dr. Brinkman...everything & everybody was amazing! Capped off by a very knowledgeable Krista who helped me pick out the perfect frames and then with no added pressure, the cutest sunglasses...BEST experience ever! I highly recommend this whole practice and will be back with the family in tow!

Teresita at Pearl Vision was the ultimate professional as she persisted in getting our insurance coverage verified. They were giving her wrong info and she knew it and kept pushing until they got it right. Saved me money out of pocket. Love my new prescription sunglasses and really appreciate Teresitas help.

I have been coming to this location since 2016 or 2017 (can’t remember exactly - but it’s been years). They are nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Birkman and the staff in his office have always been pleasant and easy to work with. Next door at Pearle Vision Jasmine is the best, she is who I initially worked with when I first came here and she has always been very professional, patient and kind with me. This year was my first experience with Teresita and she is also very nice, professional and helpful. I agree with the other reviews about Diane, she lacks customer service skills and listening skills. She is also a bit rough (or harsh). This was my first year interacting with her and she almost messed up my entire order if I had not been proactive in calling to question the order the next business day. She was arguing with me and kept looking at all the prior years prescriptions rather than at the prescribed lenses he just put in for this year. It could have been a big mess, if I hadn’t called the next day to inquire about what exactly she put on the order and they had me come back in, Dr. Birkman re-evaluated my vision to confirm it was the exact prescription he had done the Saturday prior and Jasmine placed the order correctly. The glasses arrived back prior to the expected time and I will know more in the next few days whether they are working or not.I do agree with the other reviews about Diane. She really seems more well suited for a career in which she doesn’t deal with customers. She’s just one of those people that thinks she knows more than everyone else, so as a result of that thinking, she doesn’t listen to the customer and does not seem open to even thinking the customer may know more than she does about their own vision abilities and/or what the doctor prescribed.

Delilah was great. I took in a pair of broken glasses and she not only fixed them, but replaced the ratty old nose pads too (without me asking) and cleaned them up very nicely. And wouldnt take a dime for it. After she finished my glasses, as I left, she was gathering her belongings and getting ready to leave for the day. So, she took her time with my glasses, did a wonderful job above and beyond what I expected, AND it was at the end of her shift. Most people would have been trying to get out of there as quickly as possible and done a half-baked job. Fantastic! Thank you! Dont know about the other staff members. Frames are pricey...

I really enjoy the staff and Dr. Birkmann, his expertise and experience has been so wonderful to keep our families eyes healthy and looking great! I asked about latisse, he gladly gave me a prescription for and my lashes have never looked better!The office staff is wonderful, knowledgeable about insurance and prompt with scheduling.

First of all, Dr. Berkman’s team is absolutely wonderful! From the first time I walked in to schedule my appointment to moment I checked out, each and everyone of the staff members were fantastic. Dr. Berkman is gracious and very thorough during the examination and would 100% recommend that you visit with him for an eye exam.The optical was just as wonderful. Teresita and her colleague are so sweet and very helpful when it comes to finding the right pair of glasses. I know I know, this might sound a little dramatic, but they really took the time to help me find the right frame for my facial structure. They even helped me align my sunglasses. I mean c’mon If that doesn’t scream AWESOME, I’m not sure what will :) Thanks again Pearle Vision you all were absolutely amazing!

Went to my usual eyeglasses place, was ignored for 30 minutes before they told me they couldnt fix my glasses. I left, and stopped by here. They were immediately attentive, took the time to fix my glasses after a few minutes with some clever problem solving. I am impressed with their dedication and diligence.

This location is awesome! The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely patient!!! I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses. I have tried other retailers and no one can compare to Pearle!!

From day one I let them know my glasses were not right and they refused to do anything. Said I would have to buy a whole new pair of I didn’t like them. I asked about the 30 day warranty and they said it didn’t apply. I will not be going back. They are not helpful in the least. Choose a different place and save yourself money, disappointment and a headache.

Took in the prescription and told it would take 2 weeks, delayed to 4weeks, then finally ready to fit I tried again! A NIGHTMARE!!! A total of 6 weeks to fill a prescription for progressives is rediculous!! In Plano it took 2 days???Still cant see, as almost everything is blurry and most of the time I have better focus (short & long range) without the glasses prescription!!NEVER AGAIN!!

I wasnt that impressed with the optical staff and they said they dont take VSP insurance which I didnt expect. I will keep looking for a local private practice optometrist.5/29 UPDATE: Now this office is trying to get more money out of me because they tried to bill VSP for my glasses purchase that I paid my own money for. They inflated the charges and sent it to VSP which denied the claim obviously. When I called this office to explain that I paid for my glasses myself and they should not have billed VSP for this false amount they actually told me that the contract I signed gave them the right to bill VSP and Im responsible for the total amount above what I already paid. This is fraud as far as Im concerned. Not only to me as a cash paying patient but to the VSP insurance because I already paid the agreed upon charges at the time of my visit and they are trying to get more money from insurance.

Horrible glasses!! The lenses cracked within the first 6 months and they replaced them. Now the lense has crack again (no replacement this time). Glass lenses that only last 6 months is horrible quality! Never going to Pearl Vision again.

I have never encountered such a rude staff member as the one who “waited on” me. She was unprofessional and sarcastic when I asked a question about my glasses (which I purchased from her and were still under warranty); saying, “How should I know? They’re YOUR glasses.”
