We had an excellent experience with Bristol Family Eyecare! I have 4 young kids & did an appointment request online one evening. The next day I got a call & text with quick availability & confirmation of my insurance. Being able to text really helped me out as my hands are full! The office was clean, staff all masked, professional, friendly & accommodating! They were great with my kids & even managed to squeeze me in during my kids’ appointment times. I’m so pleased & will definitely recommend!

Very happy with the visit my Dad had. Staff took time to explain everything thoroughly for him, and were very friendly.No eye dilation needed with their diagnostic technology and that was a huge bonus for him.Definitely recommend Bristol in Georgetown.

I’d recently had a vitrectomy, and could no longer function with glasses. Contacts were my only hope. They squeezed me in during the throes of the pandemic in May. Dr. Kindla and staff were awesome. Fast forward to my cataract surgery in July: I needed emergency switch in one eye, and again Dr. Kindla set me up instantly. Thank you for understanding how debilitating this vision change has been, and helping me through each phase!! Georgetown is an hour drive for us, but Bristol Family Eyecare is our choice now!

Dr. Palmer is a wonderful eye doctor. We have been seeing her as a family for several years now. She is fabulous with my 10 year old and 6 year old. She was even able to teach my daughter to transition to contact lenses!! Her patience and bedside manor are outstanding. Highly recommend her to anyone....children and adults.

Dr. Palmer is amazing! She is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have worn contacts and glasses for many years, and she is by far the best doctor I have seen. She is wonderful with her adult patients and also has a knack for treating children. I highly recommend her!!!

The eye doctor has a kind, professional and knowledgeable bedside manner. She explained and revealed new informal about my eyes during this first appointment. She answered all my questions with patience. Im switching my business to her.

I brought my 4.5 year old to see Dr. Palmer as he was complaining about his vision. Dr. Palmer and the entire staff could not have been more amazing with my little guy! They were all very patient and kind from being to end! We are very pleased to have found a new eye doctor for our entire family! :)

Every time my daughter and I visit Dr. Palmer and her staff at All About Eyes we leave with smiles on our faces. The bedside manner of the entire staff cannot be matched and they really are in the business of serving their community. I go to the eye doctor once a year for an eye exam and to get contact refills. This past visit my daughter needed her first eye exam (shes almost five). She immediately started getting nervous and was about to cry, before I could even react Dr. Palmer had swooped in and was already convincing my daughter it was time to have a pirate dress up in her office. My daughter didnt even know she was getting an exam because Dr. Palmer was such an expert and made it into a fun game. My family will continue to keep coming back, we love Dr. Palmer!

Don’t email them because they won’t get back to you!Tried to schedule an appointment online just for it to say “ERROR” and can’t schedule. And online it also says you can email us too, so I did just that since the site said “ERROR” an I got no response. So I’ll take my business an self pay to a business that cares to help.

All I wanted was a copy of my prescription for my contact lenses but they refused and said I needed another exam when I already had an exam at another optometrist in Cedar Park and said my my prescription hasnt changed. All about Eyes wanted me to pay for another unessary exam before they give me the prescription THEY ALREADY HAVE A FILE OF. Im very disappointed in this location.
