Every time I come into service I look forward to seeing Ray. He is one of the most professional servicemen I have ever encountered. Clyde answered my questions and got back to me quickly, Zuly was amazing during the entire process, they were able to get the Jeep I wanted from a partner dealership even though it was around 7 when the deal went through, and they were all really kind even though we were there until almost 10 at night. They were also especially helpful on a Saturday evening when I needed to bring in my car for service but couldn’t get there until 5. Sandra came in after she had already left for the day to make sure I got a loaner and was helpful and reassuring about the service getting done. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had out of the 4 purchases at Dodge/Jeep dealerships over the past 15 years.

Review on serviceI came in for a recall repair.That morning my radio didn’t come on, and I received some alerts on the dashboard about breaks / airbag. This NEVER happens. My car is only 3 years old. Odd coincidence. I explain the situation, they offer a $160 diagnostic. I let them run it to be safe.The diagnostic comes back and I’m told everything is fine, but the radio is broken. I decline a repair because $1700 for a radio is absurd.I get back in the car to leave, radio turns on and is fine. The dashboard notifications come on as I’m on the highway. I call the service dept, the woman says it’s normal since the radio doesn’t work ( but it did!!! ) and she told me Bobby, my service rep, would give me a call to explain. He never called...I’m not coming back here. I went in for a recall repair, and came out with -160, being told my radio doesn’t work when IT DOES. AND I never got a follow up call when I was promised one. They could care less about QUALITY service

It seems like a nice dealership. People are friendly and very nice however I don’t know if they really pay attention to details. I have tried twice to get my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid serviced for a factory recall. Both times they scheduled an appointment and I went in. The first time they informed me that they didn’t have the parts for the factory recall even though I had scheduled it a week before my service date. The second time they informed me that they under estimated and that they didn’t have anyone qualified on hybrids to do the service and it would take a very long time. These are both things that I think the scheduler should know prior to having customers arrive at the dealership and wasting a lot of time that could have been prevented by paying attention to details.

I went to DuPage Jeep late afternoon on a Friday JUST TO LOOK at Jeep’s. I have owned 2 Jeep Wranglers in previous years. I ultimately want to pull a camper. We checked things out in the lot and 20 or so minutes later we were joined by John and Brian B. They were low key and just chatted us up. Brian took us out in his Demo Jeep that we were standing around talking about. He was super patient, answered all of our questions, explained options I had and was never pushy, always just supportive. I had a scratch on my seat of my new car that wasn’t seen the night I purchased it and they took care of it right away. Now that’s great service! I had it fixed and it looks great.

Jiffy Lube messed up my car really bad on a simple oil change, that could have cause my engine to blow. I called the dealership in a panic and worked with Bob. He was super helpful. I’m am so great full for their help. It could have been even worse then what it was, if it wasn’t for the service team. I hit several local dealerships in my area looking for a Ram 1500 Laramie and landed at DuPage Chrysler to start the morning. No issues with dealership. Facility is nice, modern and clean. Staff is nice and salesman was honest and easy to deal with. Definitely a positive experience purchasing vehicle and will refer others in the market for a vehicle. Although it was an hour drive, from Chicago, it was worth the trip.
