I would definitely suggest them for all your auto needs and they are my go to shop!! I had been there previously so when I was having another issue I knew right where I would be taking my car. They fixed the issue but after there was a slight hiccup. I spoke to the gentleman that I had been working with and after we spoke he made he made everything right! They really do appreciate and care about doing right by their customers. They definitely gained me as a loyal customer!

This establishment is what a car care center SHOULD be. Owner truly cares about his customers and ensures you leave 100% satisfied. I’m EXTREMELY picky about where I take my car for any kind of repairs or maintenance, so it’s saying something that I will only take my Jeep here. Absolutely legendary.

I cant recommend Suburban Tire highly enough! Had a great experience with John this past Saturday - my tires were almost bald and it was the first big snowstorm of the season. John fit me in on a busy Saturday morning, came up with a great resolution when the tires I originally wanted were out of stock, and kept me updated as the work progressed. They also finished the work about 45 minutes quicker than the estimate, which was a nice bonus!Suburban Tire will will continue to be my go-to place for any auto needs (specifically this location and the Hanover Park location). I find the pricing to be reasonable/fair and appreciate that they dont try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services, which definitely sets them apart from most other auto shops. They also have a comfortable, socially distanced waiting area with a bookshelf and coffee/drinks :)

Called into service and spoke with angel. Im a former service advisor so I know exactly with it takes in order to provide a honest quality service. They hit the mark with out a doubt. Very professional. Was able to take me same day for some tires and general maintenance on my 2018 kia stinger gt2 and 3.3 litr. I love my car and they treated it with care and respect. The tech who worked on it was clean and very skilled in his craft...all in all I would recommend this LOCATION to anyone. Drove away, no shake in the steering wheel, drove straight as bullet and felt faster. Well done guys. Only room for improvement would be wish I knew my before and after specs for my alignment and forgot to load up my old tires that still had 6/ 32 on them....no big deal. I had to take the company van in for a thumping noise in the front. They got me in quickly, found the problem, loose lug nuts, got it fixed and I was back on the road.

I rolled up an hour after close with a flat tire. Was at first frustrated that I was gonna have to go somewhere else. The guy came out and said what you need? Then proceeded to reopen and fix my flat immediately. Great service, quick and thank you guys for that. Really made my day. Great people!

But you know, as quick as Im driving down, North Ave. I had any other problem randomly cut down my finances; and then, woofer; the head-of my car- the air streams at a heating of 105 or something. Pulled over, noticed no Freeon. Allstate, said do it its cover; but, no-need, because they took-care. And Im of American Red Cross, and maui doubtfully is hotter, than what heck I had before. Im 51, used to be a mechanic and can honestly say this is the best place around for not only tires, but all types of repairs. The main reason to get tires here versus just a tire place like Discount Tire is that they check your front end alignment at the same time, THIS IS VERY CRUCIAL! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful and just all around good guys.

Blew out two tires on my way to an appointment, I live in the city and was stuck. My tires aren’t normal size but they had some for me. Pulled in and these guys got me two new tires in under and hour and I was able to make my appointment on time. They worked me right in even though they had other customers they were already working on. Can’t thank them enough!!!

They are the best at creating a positive customer experience. I have been coming to suburban tire since the 1970s - and have been to several locations. No auto place is perfect - they try hard to keep appointments and they are trust-worthy. Love the personalized service. Once you become a customer they will remember and recognize you the next time you call or visit. They truly try to accommodate all needs for appointments.

UPDATE: Suburban Tire has really upped their game, and their staff has significantly improved their customer service. After my father ran over a piece of plastic, they had my car into the shop within the hour, they looked at it, removed it, and sent me on my way in less than 3 hours for free. The staff I typically encounter is great now, and I have full faith in them and their work.INITIAL REVIEW: Great tires, shady staff. Weve purchased several pairs of tires through Suburban, and weve had several rotations and balances done. Similar to everyone else, they always seem to find some kind of problem as theyre servicing a car. The last time I ran my car there for a rotation and balance (which is free if youve bought tires/suspension) they fiddled around with the brakes before telling me they needed replacement. They even walked me back into the shop to show me that there was some wear. Not enough to warrant replacing, but enough that the brakes had been worn down in the two years since I last replaced them by hand. They wanted to charge me somewhere around $400 to swap them out, and were very irate when I insisted that I could do them myself. The tire selection is fantastic, dont get me wrong. If you buy your tires here the price is fantastic for what youre getting. The service has always been pretty expedient for me and my family, and the lounge is pretty nice. If you are thinking about going here for tires, dont let them talk you into fixing a problem without first consulting someone else or knowing about it.

They are fast, courteous, and professional. I cannot speak to their prices vs others, as I dont know enough about tires, but I have no complaints about this store. I usually drop off a vehicle and pick it up later in the day, but on the occasion when I do wait in the store, they have a lovely waiting area with TV, games, a kids room, and complimentary beverages/snacks.Ive bought tires for several trucks here and have not had issues with them. On the occasion that they did not have my exact tire in stock, they were able to get them in stock within a day.

Last Wednesday I had to bring my car In unexpectedly due to a screw in my tire. I’ve been to suburban tire before but not with this car. After fixing the manager thanked me for being a loyal customer and fixed my tire on the house. Super classy! Will definitely have all my car needs done here

Suburban Tire both Glendale Heights and their other location in Hanover Park are 2 very good service centers for Customer service and courteous service. They do not try and oversell a more expensive tire when they speak with you and your expectations. Very respectful shop that does the very best they can to meet your needs and time frame.

I have bought tires from them on a couple different occasions. Last time I had to have my car towed in. Each visit was met with friendly service. They quickly took care of my vehicles.As some other shops talk in a condescending fashion, these guys talk to you like a friend. They did not push products and services that I did not need. Premium service without the premium price.I have been extremely satisfied with each visit and will continue to use them in the future.

First of, they have great staff, Bill and Dave are very friendly to me I often get intimidated or ask question but theyre very nice to me and the the tires that they install are super nice Im very satisfied at theyre service they did an excellent job I would recommend anybody to go there and the price is very reasonable you wont be disapointed they deserve more than 5 stars

Have gone for a tire repair months ago and just recently to purchase a new full set of tires and they gave us an amazing deal, they saved us about $200 and took care of us even though they were minutes from closing and had us in and out within 45 minutes. Went to go get new tires on my 2017 Nissan Maxima and all I can say is wow! The staff is super friendly and nice, and they have a waiting room which shops wished they had. Overall really positive experience and great pricing. Definitely returning for any of my needs.

Customer service here has definitely been improved based on some earlier reviews from a year ago. Staff are friendly and informative without being pushy. In a highly competitive market for vehicle care and repair, integrity is a huge plus. Pricing seems pretty competitive, and the facilities that you wait in are very comfortable and relaxed.

What you can get from suburban tires are guys that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. One particular employee comes to mind, Bill Jackson. Seek out Bill Jackson, he is the complete opposite of a car salesman. Bill goes out of his way to make sure you feel as you are getting what you really need, at affordable prices.I had a defective part installed brought it back no questions asked replaced it and washed my car. You dont get service like that anymore.

Very good price on 2 tires...but appointments mean nothing. Car was brought in the garage almost right away (within 10 minutes) but an hour and 10 minutes to do 2 tires? Understood that I wasnt the only one there but if you have an appointment to change 2 tires...then do it in a timely fashion.

Well, Ill never go anywhere else for tires.Needed winter tires and had my mind set on Blizzaks. Gordan offered me them at a better price than I had even seen, but also mentioned an alternative that he and the shop personally use, Nokian. There are two things that matter more than price with any mechanic: competency and trust. Unfortunately, this location offers neither. Story below for those interested.I was recommended new power steering fluid by the mechanic there. He said it should look like rabbits blood. He said it looked like mud. He said they could do that for me while they were finishing my service. I declined because I had just had it done 11 days before.But hey, I that was the first time I had been to my new mechanic in Addison who replaced the fluid. Maybe they missed it when they were working on it. I wanted to give them a chance to fix it at the original site. Either way, I was upset.I drove to my mechanic in Addison and explained what I was recommended. He said that Suburban Tire mechanics are dishonest, then told me a story about a similar situation from the past about how their Addison shop was yelled at for service they did that Suburban said was undriveable and was completely false.He dipped the stick into the fluid, it came back a nice clear light pink. He walked me into the garage, wiped the stick, and then dipped it into the replacement fluid. It came out a clear light pink. He said dont go there anymore.I drove back to Suburban to give them a chance to prove whether they were incompetent or dishonest; they chose both. The manager first offered that perhaps the Addison mechanic hadnt drained the whole system. That didnt make sense and I showed him the receipt from a week and a half ago. When he dipped his stick and the fluid came out a clear light pink, he said that the fluid they use is a clear yellow fluid. This, of course, was a lie based on the rabbit blood reference from before. I asked if their mechanic just looked at color and not consistency. He said that they are supposed to look at both. I asked if this should be done before offering services. He said he would take care of this issue with his mechanic.Ive been to many multi-service shops like this. I expect to be shown an air filter at some point. I expect to pay more than I should. I expect to wait a while. I expect bad coffee. What I didnt expect was to be lied to to my face by a mechanic AND a manager. But, for the first time, I did get to catch them in their game. Its not just disrespectful as a customer, but to the other mechanic who worked on the car first whose honesty I had to question.Ive had previous and similar dealings with Suburban Tire in Hanover Park. Now Ive had them at Suburban Tire in Glendale Heights. If competency and trust are important, continue down the road.

I had a great experience at the Suburban Tire location in Glendale Heights IL. The people working there are true professionals. The gentleman that helped me, Mike, really made me feel like I was in good hands. The lobby and showroom there is nicely decorated and very clean with some nice accommodations for customers too. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

This seems to be a very professional establishment. The guys behind the counter are friendly, but I dont trust the mechanics. The fact that they sold me a set of winter tires in May wasnt the worst thing. But when I went back to them a week later because my front tires went low, they simply put air in them and disconnected my air pressure monitoring system and I know this is fact because I can no longer reset it like I can other monitoring systems in my car. This is not only dangerous, but Im sure ITS ILLEGAL! I will be contacting the BBB.

I used to come here for regular oil changes as it is very close to my work. Unfortunately, every time I dropped my car off their was always a problem. As i have an older vehicle I really didnt think too much of it until I was told I needed new steering wheel fluid. Interestingly enough I had Suburban replace it 2 weeks prior. When I mentioned this to the service rep who I was speaking with I was not offered any explanation other than someone messed up. This leads me to believe either the service was never originally done (But was paid for), or I was told I needed an unneeded service. Also, when picking up my vehicle from this last service I found that their was a grinding sound when I turned my wheel. I took my vehicle to a shop that was recommended to me and they found that my wheel bearing had been damaged. When I spoke with my co-workers I found that they do not take their vehicles here because as they explained it They always find problems. I would not recommend this shop.

We have done business several times with this tire shop. We were appalled that this company truly is a wolf in sheeps clothing. After a tire from our car was determined unrepairable, we decided to purchase a new tire from Suburban Tire. After my husband reviewed the price with one of the employees, he was given all the fees that is added to the price of the tire such as rebalancing of the wheel, installation, tire disposal. However, when my husband paid the bill, he was confused as to why there was a $10.00 fee for placing the spare back in the trunk. No mention on this fee prior to installing the tire. My husband was livid and brought this to the employees attention. The employee was uh uh, and then trying to explain this padded bill. My husband told him you obviously need the money more than me. Needless to say, that $10.00 fee that they decided not to disclaim to their customers, lost their business with us forever.I hope it was worth it Suburban Tires!

Completely overpriced. They triple charged me for their time. They also told me that a brand new battery had to be replaced, when I took the battery in to return it, it was tested and fully charged.

Worst place ever, paid almost 1k for 2 tires . They Sold to me damaged tire (start loosing air next day) . When came back and ask them check on the tire, they told me come back in 1 hour, when came back after 1 hour they told me again wait 1-1:30 hour.

I brought my craftsman tires to repair with rims on May 1st 2018 at 9am. The staff took the tires and asked me to come back in couple of hours.When I returned they told me that they can not fix the tires, I have to order new one. I asked them to return that back, When I got home I noticed there square key in the rim is missing, I called back and asked if they can locate for me.The person on the phone rudely told me that they looked and they can not find anything so they dont have it. I politely asked him to leave note for people who worked on the rim that they might have it somewhere but he said sorry he already looked and I should have check before leaving and its my responsibility and hung-up on me.Now before I go on and put any reviews about your services and right to corporate offices I would like this to be resolved like a descent person.The rims are useless without keys so I have to order rims, tires, and keys from Sears in order to have my lawnmower working.
