This place was AWESOME! I think the guy who helped me was named Trevor, and he knew what would MEET MY NEEDS after I described to him what I was doing. I almost didnt go here because it was hard to see from the street, but once I came inside I was GREETED and HELPED right away. They dont have customer service like this at the big box stores!! 👍😎I had just come from Walmart, asked the employee there a question about paint and he said, I dont know, not my department, and walked away. 🤨🤔🙄Sherwin-Williams is the only place Ill ever go for anything to do with paint or painting supplies. They got it all: COMPETITIVE PRICES + AMAZING SERVICE!👊🤘

Updating my review from one year ago. came here to give these guys a second chance and i am thoroughly impressed with the new management team. As a professional contractor I really come to Sherwin-Williams to get the best products and the best advice. I needed some help with epoxy paint. Kaitlyn was very helpful and going online and making sure that they gave me the right rollers for the application.I highly recommend these guys!

Very welcoming and inviting. Trust the Google feature it is tucked in the back. The staff is really friendly. We were greeted promptly and directed straight to the correct samples. Thanks to the help we were able to make a great selection.

My shopping experience at Sherwin Williams was more than positive. Excellent sales persons to assist with questions regarding my project... tools in store for decision making regarding colors and type of paint and equipment needed is readily available. This is my go to store for decorating my home.

The manager there, I believe his name was Joe at the 56th and Bell location, was unbelievably great. Answered all my questions, was very insightful, even followed up with me to make sure my project was going well. You just don’t receive customer service like that anymore. That was my first time to Sherman Williams and I can honestly say I will be a regular customer for future projects.

We got help from the store associate in making our decisions. the help we got from the color consultant was surprising and appreciated

I brought an old chest of drawers in to get a color match. They did a great job. Help carry it back to my.car when finished. Love this store!!
