My experience today with Cube Smart was priceless! Penny and Vicky explained everything to me accurately, and went above and beyond in customer service. I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE needing storage for automobiles etc. To come in this office and check it out. I brought in my registration and insurance paperwork and was in and out, in no time; STRESS free. Its hard to find this level of professionalism these days. They REALLY made my visit worth while, way to go!

I booked an appointment for Thursday I was reached about ten minutes ago by a not so polite lady did not know full amount with taxes and insurance when she told me 85 with insurance I asked how much would it cover she didn’t know then she told me to be there before 1 because she takes her lunch hmmm this is the cheapest I’ve found but I rather go elsewhere and pay more for ppl who know there stuff I would hate to have my stuff damaged and have to deal with ppl who do not know there stuff

The lady that was working the office the day I went was fantastic. Truly a customer service experience like few others I have had. Would compare the service with that of the Japanese. The place is easy to navigate and offers everything you would expect from a storage place.

Just recently had to move my household in a short period of time and needed a place close by where I am staying on a temporary basis. Called cube smart and talked to Penny who set me up immediately with the unit size I was looking for at an affordable price. The day I moved in to the unit, Penny was on vacation. I was taking care of by Vicky, who was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to talk too. She set me up with a moving truck and a unit in a timely manner without any issues. While walking out to the unit, Penny, who was currently on vacation, was sweeping the unit, in 117 degree heat, to make sure I had a clean storage unit. Thank you Penny and Vicky for a wonderful experience during a difficult time in my life.

Easy process, reasonable rates, easy in & out privileges. Clean spacious facility. One bad thing is a drain in the middle of one of the north rows. About wrecked the car the first time through. Even going slow Ibxouldnt see it till I was in it. That is a safety issue for sure!

The office manager lied about the “free rental truck” being rented out both days we needed it one being a Sunday 07/31 and the other being 08/06 a Monday. It sat in the SAME EXACT PLACE all day as we moved in on 07/31/2018 and again on 08/06/2018 and we were back and fourth all day. We asked if there are any cancellations for the “free rental truck” to please let us know as we really would love to use the offer of a “free” rental truck. Which is why we chose this storage facility to begin with. My husband and I were back and fourth throughout that week and saw the truck NEVER moved not even once. Why have it?! Why offer it?! We want everyone to know that the “free rental truck” is nonexistent. It’s there, but you CAN NOT use it. The manager will make up a story every time that it’s already rented out and pretend to check her calendar! It’s not right! Then she said to us when we did the walk thru to check the size and the unit that it would be cleaned and swept out, and it WASN’T! It was so filthy when we moved in, the same leafs and red flowers and the thick dirt layer were all in the same exact spot as the walk thru as well as our footprints. Cleaning it out is a lie as well. We will never rent a storage here again. We rented for only 1 week and canceled.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are overpriced, and rude! Apparently every 6-8 months they increase the storage price .. ugh never again ! This place is beyond worthless and they don’t like to give out the number to corporate when you ask for it. They need to hire new employees because the two main ones that work inside are lazy and miserable with life obviously. I wish I could give 0 stars because they deserve NONE!

Let me start out by saying, this place sucks.The store manager is awful, had a question if I could store a 12 foot car into a 10x15, (I already knew it was gonna fit, just wanted to ask to be polite). All she was saying was “no” “no it’s not gonna fit”, didn’t even take the time out to actually think about. If she didn’t want a car in there, she could’ve just said so. After a minute or two of talking about this, she hung up. Just hung up. What kinda “our customers are important” store manager does this? An gross, disrespectful one. Taking my business elsewhere.

I think Im so use to dealing with rude people at storages that I am pleasantly surprised at how easy going and helpful this locations was. About one year ago I searched for a safe, clean, and affordable storage unit for our daughter. I compared a lot of storage facilities and I think all the work I put in paid off. Back then Penny was the manager and, thankfully, she still is. She is still as friendly and helpful as the first day we walked in! We witnessed her observing and keeping a close eye on everything. We feel our belongings are very safe. We recently needed a storage unit for ourselves and I was happy I didn’t have to do all the research again. I knew exactly where to go! CubeSmart 0340 on N. Dysart Rd. in Glendale! The most friendly, helpful and caring employees I have met! We rented other storage units before and it wasn’t anything like this! The moving in process is just as easy as moving out. Our daughter recently left AZ and moved out of State. Penny and Vicky were just as helpful and friendly during the move-out process. You don’t find this very often. Vicky is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help out wherever she could. I have been storing most of what we own for the 7 months . Never had any problems, pricing is affordable. Very clean

Reserved the space on line and also talked to the office by phone. Did not know insurance was required until I was there. Was told I could bring in Homeowners policy showing I had remote storage insurance so I did two days later and was told I could not get a credit for the first month, but would not be charged for subsequent months. I basically paid insurance fee and got nothing since I did not need it. Lesson learned by me
