They replaced a battery in an older Pixel phone for me and I was prepared to have to replace the screen. They were able to get it apart and the battery replaced without it being damaged. They did a great job.

Went to go in to get my phone screen repaired then they told me they accidentally broke my proximity sensor. They then told me to come back to get it fixed by them. They then proceeded to not be able to fix it and I don’t have a car. I am a college student which I shared so it is very hard for me to go back and forth to the place. Because they couldn’t fix it I had to come back the next day for them to tell me again that they still were not able to fix it. Very unprofessional of them to one break it and then keep asking me to come back over and over again to see no results.

I needed the glass repaired on my Google pixel phone. After calling several places CPR had the best price and they were open at times convenient for me. Aaron was very helpful and they followed up without being pushy. I will certainly use them again if the need ever arises!

I decided to give this company 2 stars because they have good customer service however my experience with CPR hasnt been the best. I have a iPhone 11 pro max that had a minor screen crack in it so I decided to give CPR a shot and replacing my screen. The turn around time on the replacement was fast (1hr) however went I got to my house, the screen began to glitch/freeze. The first screen replacement was on a Monday then I called and they said that 1 out of every 100 screens they get is normally defective so that couldve been my issue. I took my phone back to them on Tuesday for my 2nd screen replacement and nevertheless it started glitching/freezing as well. Pls keep in mind that I never had this issue with screen glitching or freezing until the new screens were installed.The rep at CPR charged me a one time price of $330 for the screen replacement which comes with a lifetime warranty (which is cool) however my iPhone started to show a message Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display. I dont know if they are replacing screens with aftermarket screens or what but an Apple Technician charges $330 for the exact same screen replacement which doesnt make sense to me if CPR is going to charge the same price for aftermarket products.Lastly, I called apple to see if I could get my iPhone screen replaced. Apple provided me with a appointment for 11:20 which I missed because CPR said they will honor a full refund ONLY if they remove their aftermarket screen and put my original screen back on first.I see other good reviews and wont say that they are a terrible company however I will NEVER take a cell phone back to them for a replacement.

I have went to this company multiple times. Although I get warranties, sometimes you need to look better at business ethics. In the past my phones were fixed with no issues. The last TWO times 3 separate devices are not working in less than a week of coming back from them. I had an hp touchscreen laptop with a cracked screen. It was working flawlessly before the screen was cracked. Why was it extra slow and glitching when it returned? I would not recommend this place. Something is off. I dont know what it is but dont waste your money!

The only thing that is topping this from being a one star review is the personal service of our person. I usually would not use a cell phone repair place but due to work schedule and not being able to get the screen to fix myself, I had to come here. The service was fast enough, within what you would expect. I got my phone back and before I could even get home, I notice my screen felt different... it started to come apart and one I got home I opened it up....the adhesive required to keep the phone together was never put in place and my screen began to come out. Won’t use them again.

CPR repaired my phone, right in front of me (as it was a simple fix for them). They were very honest, knowledgeable, and I will definitely recommend/use them for all future phone repairs!

Had a new iPad screen installed and the amount of finger prints left underneath the new screen was atrocious!! Should have paid the extra $100 and went to the Apple store.

My wifes 8 year old laptop crashed and would not boot up. I took the computer/hard disk to another computer/data recovery company in town before CPR and the first company told me that the hard disc was still in working condition but it would cost $450 to recover the 6GB of data we wanted saved. I then took the hard disc to CPR for a second opinion and they were able to recover the data for a much more reasonable $90 plus tax. I will recommend to my friends.

Big Guy was ridiculously rude. He spoke to me as if I couldnt afford the $350.00 price tag that came with fixing my Galaxy Note 10. My sons phone was in bad shape when we went in. They made his iPhone 7 like new again. The young man at the counter was very polite. He told us to come back in one hour for pick up. When we returned the phone was ready. We were very happy with CPR.

I went to a competitor and they quoted me an astronomical price and the initial encounter was very unsatisfactory. While that store owner did contact me to apologize, I couldnt in good faith go to them especially since Id called this place right after my terrible experience and they quoted me a reasonable price, gave me excellent customer service over the phone and in person and gave me options that didnt require charging an extra $70.00 if my back glass cracked in the process of fixing my front glass. Put simply, they did an awesome job from start to finish and my phone looks perfect. Id happily go to them for all of my electronic repair needs! Thanks guys!

My son had his phone fixed here this morning and they did a great job fixing it. He couldn’t charge it so he assumed it was the port. They did a diagnostic test on it then explained the issues and the price to fix it with a one hour fix time. The pricing was affordable and it was fixed in half the time. They have a 90 day warranty, so check them out. My son is happy and appreciate their service.

Went to CPR to get my phone fixed it was damage severely and they handle it in 45 minutes and customer service was great!!!! Definitely will use them again for anymore repairs.

Went to 2 other places prior to coming here. Neither could fix the screen on the iPad in a timely fashion. This place said it could be done in 2 days but it was done the next day. Also the charge was less than what the prior 2 places quoted.

Short review: I love this place! Did what I needed, less expensive than I anticipated, and on time. Go give them money and theyll fix you up! Ill be going back!Long version:I had a iPhone 6 with a hairline crack in the screen, and a Macbook Pro Retina laptop with a battery that was dead and needed to be replaced. After getting a ridiculous price from Apple to repair both units (more than 600$), I started looking for local repair shops with a majority of good ratings. CPR came up on that radar.Called them on a Wednesday morning and spoke with Candace about both repairs. She quoted a reasonable price for the phone (79$) and told me that Id need to leave the laptop there as the parts and labor varied quite a bit (from $100 to around $400 depending on the laptop model) and they would call me with the final price. So, I made the 25 mile trip because A) Candace was open and honest about the risks, and B) I really wanted my devices repaired and operational before a trip.Arrived that afternoon to see Candace at the front desk. She was very friendly, personable, and extremely professional. She looked at the iPhone and said to come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I also asked her to put some gorilla glass on the screen, which she said she would once it was repaired (30$ extra with labor).Arrived back there about 50 minutes later and it had just completed being repaired. Candace applied the Gorilla glass right in front of us (it was clearly obvious to me how many times she had done this. It took her all of a minute to do perfectly!)Not bad for around $100 when Apple was quoting $150+ with no additional protection. Candace told me that they would be in touch the following day (Thursday) about the laptop.The following day, Thursday, and good as Candaces word, I got a call from the tech (I dont remember his name) with the quote. I was expecting at least 200-250$ and was surprised when he quoted $119. I authorized the work and he said it might be tomorrow or more likely Monday. No problem.The next morning (Friday), I get a call and the laptop was ready for pickup. Fortunately, they found a battery replacement quicker than they anticipated.Seeing I had to go to the DMV in Greensboro and had already made plans to go there, I told them Id be there later in the afternoon.After the DMV hell, I dropped by CPR and picked up the laptop and forked over $119. They had done a couple of charge tests and they said it seems to be working properly. They informed me that if there was a problem with the battery within 90 days, bring it back and theyd replace it. I did a quick test of the laptop in my car and it was at 100%.Its now Sunday and Ive done a couple of discharge tests of my own and everything indeed seems to be working very well.I would strongly recommend this business to anyone who needs their services. They were direct, professional, set my expectations properly, did the work well, and met all of their commitments on time and to the quoted amounts. They are now my go to business for any future problems I have with my Apple devices, and Im pretty damn picky about who messes with my computers and tablets.Apple, youve lost a repair customer, CPR stole me away.

Took phone in to have screen replaced, when I got home noticed they had broken the home button, took it back for them to fix home button, they charged me to fix home button they broke! Guess what they broke the screen again while they were repairing home button and didn’t tell me . I didn’t notice until I removed the phone case. I had my cell phone screen replaced for $90 by CPR Cell Phone Repair. About 2 days later my home button stopped working. I took my phone back to have them fix the home button that obviously got messed up when they replaced my screen. They charged me another $40 to fix my home button. Just took my case off my cell phone and noticed the screen is cracked under my home button. You could not notice this before because they put my case back on after repairing my home button. This was obviously cracked by them when they were fixng my home button that they messed up in the first place. Now they are saying that they didnt crack it and refuse to fix it. Im so upset about this.

Well the screen kept freezing so I took it back and they replaced it again. So far no issues. I am so glad to have my phone fixed. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I like that I am able to utilize my invisisheild warranty here for my iPhone. For a small service fee which I would have to pay in shipping if having the screen shield mailed anyway. They are friendly and able to install on my phone for me. Truly a win-win in my book.

These guys were great. I thought for sure I was going to have to have the charging port on my iphone replaced because it wasnt charging and it didnt look like lint or anything, but it turns out that something was stuffed up in a corner. These guys noticed it right away, told me I didnt need the charging port replacement and expertly removed the obstruction and everything is working great and didnt charge me anything. I highly recommend them, very honest and very knowledgeable.

My Surface book was overheating and it appeared as though the battery was swelling. I contacted CPR and they got back to me with a quote the same day, which was reasonable especially in light that my only other option would be to replace the unit. After I brought the unit it to confirm the issue, they ordered the parts and got to work on the issue as soon as they could.The unit actually works better now than when I brought it in, I had a few other minor issues that they must have fixed either in process or possibly the battery problem was causing. I did have a slight issue with screen discoloration post-repair, but it was a minor issue to do with parts shifting. The staff saw to it promptly and worked on it until it was passed closing time to make sure I could take it home same day.I havent had a single issue since and I am extremely happy with the work and the customer service.

The two people working were very nice and helpful... the problem is my phone doesnt seemed to be synced or something. It randomly goes to different spot, freezes every other time I try typing or opening an app. For the $260.00 dollars I spent I would expect my phone to work better then it did before. It worked better with a cracked screen then it does now! It was even frustrating typing this on my phone!

Laptop was slow and non responsive. Was a fairly new laptop bought at a pawn shop 6 months earlier. Took it to CPR on sat. By wed they had totally redone the programming and up windows from 8 to 10.
