I can not explain to you how amazing Francesca is. She is an absolutely pillar of this store. She stayed behind 2 HOURS after closing to make sure my phone was properly transferred. She called to ensure it was working properly the next day. ON HER DAY OFF. If everyone in the customer service industry was like her, the world would be so amazing. She’s sweet, humble, and extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will be talking about her to all of my friends! Thank you, Francesca!!!!!

Talk about service excellence! The young lady who assisted us went way above and beyond the call of duty. She was polite, knowledgeable and treated us with courtesy and respect. She assisted us with a problem involving the phone coming on and cutting off randomly. She was on the phone with customer service for over an hour while we were in the store. They, customer service, advised us to do a hard restart. Long story short, it didnt work so the young lady worked with us with a 3-way call to customer service to resolve the issue for over 45 minutes (we were at home, she was at the store). Customer service finally agreed to replace the defective phone that was still under warranty. Total Wireless could use more people like her, shes a gem!!
