Great customer service skills. I was looking for a salt water system for my pool. It was sold out everywhere. I called up and had it put on hold for me, until I could have a family member pick it. Well my Central air system completely broke down and I wanted to by a air unit and they gave me a good price when I came in the environment was friendly and the customer service outstanding. Not only did they stick.to their word they topped the offer they originally told me by simple $10 bucks and that helped in more ways that most would care to know thank you hold exchange and pawn.

So today was my first visit, which also happened to be the first Sunday they were open. I was greeted by a staff member immediately as I walked in. Take your time to check the items. Dont rely on this guy. Swapped batteries.Thought I was getting a good deal for a Ryobi hammer drill with 2 batteries and a charger. I quickly scanned through the items (5 second check), all items were inside bags and the instruction manual was clean and intact. When fully opening the box at home, I noticed that there was only 1 battery and that the battery was the orange NiCd with the tiny charger instead of whats displayed and Vlad said. Ok, not too bad if I still get a battery. Then I charged it and doesnt work. So, I got a hammer drill and a nice bag at a more expensive price than the store.

This place is awesome and the guys there are dope they will work with you. Ive done alot of business with Gold Exchange, they even called me to remind me about my items to give me a chance to extend my time to pick it up. I wanted to sell a few pieces of gold so I looked online and I went with the place with the most 5 star reviews.. Gold Echange and Pawn!! I see why now. I was greeted the minute I stepped in the door! They were very knowledgeable and even let me look at my diamond under the loop. I love jewelry and well it is obvious they do too! They know their business!! I was very happy with the $$ they offered. I even bought 2 watches while I was there!! Way to go! I will come back even though its across town for me! Im actually surprised to see so many good reviews. A younger gentleman waited on me. I didnt find him to particularly friendly. He had a certain type of attitude that I personally found unappealing.....maybe a little condescending. I did end up selling an item but I felt like I was really low-balled. I shouldve just left but I had already made the trip and the item wasnt something I used anymore. I personally just didnt have the type of good experience that would make me want to return in the future.

Me and my husband were kindly greeted by 3 men and were asked on different occasions if we were ok or if we needed help, the customer service was amazing we were looking for furniture and we couldn’t find it here it was mainly tools and electronics but it was a clean environment

This USED to be a good pawn shop, they have however since lost their way. Workers have become rude, Terrible pricing, looking to gauge the unaware consumer.They have a stack games which are brand new in plastic wrap (obviously stolen games from the Walmart around the corner) they’ve bought from a thief for pennies. Yet they try and sale the games at GameStop prices for $1 or $2 dollars cheaper. Don’t quote me GameStop’s price, because if I wanted to shop there i would just go there.
