I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Brought my perfectly fine ring in to be cleaned… They lose a diamond, try to blame it on me. They send it off to be fixed it takes over two weeks to get it back and as soon as we get it back, we realize that it’s now missing another diamond. We wasted $2000 here. Take my advice and go somewhere else

I had come in to buy my wedding bands and I received poor customer service. The consultants were more interested in speaking with each other than making a sale. I will say that the store had a few options for ring guards (since I have a large engagement ring that moves), and thats what I was looking for. I didnt get the chance to see any of them in person though.

Brandy the store manager went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had his ring in time for the wedding! We appreciate her and her kindness she showed us throughout our time dealing with her at Zales. Weddings can be stressful and she helped take away a lot of stress! I can’t thank her enough!

Absolutely terrible experience with this place. I brought my engagement ring in on 12/26 to get resized and was told it would be back on 1/16. Now the store is saying it will be 1/20. They are using excuses like the pandemic and Christmas but that is complete BS. They had 20 days to resize a ring and couldnt do it in time? This store and company will waste your time. Dont bother shopping here. Shop at your local jeweler who can get things done in a timely manner.

I was guaranteed a certain price for the ring and lifetime protection plan. According to the website. Went to the store and purchased the ring with full trust in the company. After returning home I checked the receipt.THE STORE OVERCHARGED ME $100!!!!!!!! Instead of giving me 50% off on the ring. They only gave me 40%. The protection plan was supposed to be only $69 and they charged me $104!I had to go back up there for them to fix their mistake. Asked the store for additional discount for the frustration. I was informed by the store manager she would ask the district manager for the discount. The store manager said she would contact me the next day for additional information about the discount.I WAS NEVER CONTACTED!!!I GAVE HER TILL 6 IN THE AFTERNOON THAT DAY. I discovered how valuable I was to the store manager. So, I decided to return the ring after work.I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere and will never do business with this company ever again.For documentation I have the receipts on hand.GOOD DAY!

The only reason this Zales is getting a five star is because of a woman named brandy that has red hair and wears glasses. She is amazing I walked in with my boyfriend she right away helped she asked if we needed any help and she ended up help us find a beautiful ring in our price range And didn’t help anybody else tell we was happy she is a wonderful employee to Zales I hope they know how wonderful of employee they have so nice and helpful. I have always had great customer service with Zales however this particular store left a very bad impression. I called to reserve an item and I was rushed, put on hold multiple times and cut off. If you are a Zales shopper I would refrain from going to this particular store.

I have been going to Zales for 10 plus years and every single time has been just the best experience for me. I have went to Zales for all my wife’s jewelry and have never had a problem finding something I love and the associates there are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of jewelry for amazing prices. Every time I or my wife go in we are given the best service and when we leave we do not feel like they got over on us. Zales will always have a customer for life and I want to thank the manager and staff for always make my visit one to remember.

I went in last night with my girlfriend to look at engagement rings. There were three associates sitting at a desk in the middle of the room talking to each other. Not one greeted us when we walked in or said anything to us for the first 5 minutes we were there. One lady finally asked what we were looking for as she had to walk past us. She pointed to the engagement rings (that we already saw all of on our own) and walked back to the desk. We left after that.

I had a wonderful experience here I LOVE this Zales they gave me a HUGE discount on my wedding set and even gave me a bigger one for military. Very professional and made me feel like family. From now on I’m going to this Zales over the one in Winston-Salem the one in Winston is rude and acts like they are bothered you are there. Thank you to Zales in Greensboro!! 😘😬

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband got his ring (size 7)and it was too big so we placed another order to replace that one with a smaller size (size 6 1/2). They offered to put a ring guard on the ring until we got the other one in and we did that. The guy working there shoved it on my husbands finger with the ring guard. My husband told him it hurt and he just told him to relax and he kept pushing needless to say my husband left with a bloody finger. Which is completely ridiculous. That was nearly 4 months ago. We’ve called at least 10 times and went to the store at least 5 times. Every time we call or go there they have no clue as to why they don’t have his ring. We’ve spoken to the manager numerous times and she always says oh well I have to reach out to our repair shop or oh I have to reach out to our main branch... she always says how they’re closed on the weekend so she will call them Monday and reach back out to us. We’ve never had a call from her when she says she’s going to call. They never have an answer for where the ring is or when we are going to get it. We called today since they did not call us and they still didn’t have an answer. Then they called back to say that that ring can’t be ordered in a 6 1/2. Who takes nearly 4 months to let their customer know that. Why wasn’t that told to us when we ordered initially? So we’ve wasted all this time waiting and now his ring just won’t fit I guess. This is completely unacceptable. Please do not waste your time here. These people have no idea what they’re doing.

. Holly works at the Four Seasons Store. Shes absolutely terrific. If your organization were staffed by Hollies, you could do some amazing things. She sold me a necklace for my wife on our anniversary. I am saving up for Christmas to get the matching bracelet, as she suggested Thanks for the opportunity to recognize her. I spent 7k on a ring about 8yrs ago & everyone was really nice. I go in this store, in Greensboro, maybe 5x a yr, each time the females I deal with are rude, impatient & just not pleasant! I asked once where Robert, the guy I bought my ring from, was & the girl rolled her eyes & said hes no longer here. Gee wonder why! Ive called this store 7x this morning to ask a question so I dont have to drive 23 miles, no one will answer the phone! I will never spend money here again! I wish my location 3 miles from my house in Alamance Crossing didnt close - THEY WERE VERY NICE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Would give a negative 1 star if possible. Bought a ring to propose to my now girlfriend. Wanted to match an online price from their website to the one in the store and they did not want to match it. So I said ok and ordered it online and got it shipped to the store. Went and picked it up bought a protection plan and took the ring back home. One month after proposing to my fiancé a diamond had fell out the top of the ring. I take it back in the store and the store manager tells me that they would give me the same ring but a new one out of the case to insure it wasn’t damaged. Since it was a 7 they had to send it off to get resized. Three weeks went back and I heard nothing. They finally call after me threatening to return it said they had it ready. I go to the store and they claim a diamond fell out the new ring already. “Lies” three weeks had went by and clearly they did not do anything. They will tell you want you want to get a sale or to make you calm down but would not buy from here again. Needless to say I got a refund and now have to go find a ring and propose all over again. Zales? More like Fails!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Every time we have gone in this store, it has been terrible customer service. The staff, except for the exception of two, is extremely negligent. My husband and I ordered my engagement ring in December of 2018 and it is almost April of 2019 and we have not received it. Every time we speak to some one at the company, they transfer us to someone else and say the ring should be in that week. Weve gotten that response for nearly two weeks now. Weve spent over $3,500 in this store and the customer service we received has been horrible. I will never shop with this location or the company again. Please see another jeweler for your needs.

Horrible service, exctreamly rude staff!!! EVEN the manager has no respect for there clients. My fiance and I purchased a ring online after talking to their corporate office over the phone. We were told that the ring she wanted would be a special order that would have to be made, and once it came in we could bring it by the store to have it sent to be sized. According to the store this was a lie and resizing was going to be another 170$ or they where not honoring company policies. After the employee and manager be littled her purchase basicly telling her it was junk, we immediately returned it and left with her crying from how we were treated. I have never had such horrible service before and we will never return to sales because of it! We have decided to go to Kays where we were treated much better.

I went and upgraded my wifes wedding ring at this zales and at first they couldnt find any of our information and we brought about 5 rings from there and then we spent an extra $300 to get the ring sized and insured and they told me it was only going to take 1-2 weeks to get the ring back we are now going on 3 weeks and still havent heard anything from them

I will be by there tomorrow to get my money back I bought the ring January 31 and here is it March 14 and they still havent got my ring size right if it ever did get size, it still fit like I first try it on, this is absolutely ridiculous..I spent almost 2 grand and yall still cant get it together.
