This store really has it together. It’s a fabulous collection of jewelry professionals, with an emphasis on custom design, and a dedication to customer service. They have an experienced watchmaker on site to handle repairs on quartz AND vintage mechanical movements. They also offered to clean my wife’s ring st no charge. I will be doing some holiday shopping here, for sure!

Had a great experience with Andrea to repair a necklace clasp. Rather simple fix, but I was amazed at the knowledge she has! She is like a little wizard with the equipment and cameras. She explained everything clearly and even found two loose sapphires on my engagement ring! She was warm and welcoming and I trust them 100% with any service or sale.. Wow!! I took my engagement ring in to them to have them check it because I had noticed it was frequently getting snagged on items, like blankets or clothing or pillows, etc. I was worried it meant that my prongs were loose and I was in danger of loosing some of the stones. Brian looked at it very carefully and advised against continued wear before being repaired. He agreed that several of the prongs needed to be reconstructed and also checked my wedding band while I was there. I am so glad we did, one of the edge prongs on one of its stones was almost completely worn down. I just picked up both rings, and I was almost in tears at the sight of them! They looked brand new, super sparkly! Upon further inspection once back home, I see that all of my prongs have been completely reformed and my ring is absolutely stunning, once more. I am so happy that I took them there to be checked! Brian really understands jewelry and has the best suggestions on repairing worn pieces. Rings are 8 & 10 years old.

After going all over Greensboro to find someone to replace the battery in my Citizens watch, I happened to be driving by and saw the Royal Diadem sign. I chose Royal Diadem to resize my wedding band and engagement ring. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful! The associates are friendly and helpful, and both of my rings were examined in detail and documented thoroughly (including a highly magnified image of my engagement rings center diamond so I could later make sure the ring I got back was mine). I felt very comfortable and confident that they would do an excellent job, and they did! After only a couple weeks, my rings fit beautifully again and you cant even tell they were resized. Outstanding experience! I originally used them to create a custom engagement ring and another piece for the wedding set about 4 years ago. I first visited a few years ago to fix a clasp on my husbands watch that other places had turned me down to fix. The watch isnt worth anything but my husband loves it and Royal Diadem was able to fix it with no issues or judging like the other places. I just went back to them to repair the prongs on my diamond engagement ring that had been damage through years of wearing it and it looks better than when I first received it! Super friendly staff, and one may or may not be super goofy but I definitely feel welcome and at ease with them!
