Its all good until you have an issue with a piece of jewelry. I bought a very expensive bracelet a month ago and for some reason the bracelet would just fall off my wrist on its on. Yes, I am very careful with my jewelry and I dont sleep or take showers in my jewelry. Anyway I took it back the 1st time and the owner tighten the lock. Then a couple days later had the same issue again and I took it back the second time. He replace the lock but, yet replace the lock with a fake piece of gold. There was no need to ask for a refund or an even exchange because that wasnt going to happen. They really are selling REFURBISHED JEWELRY people....PAY ATTENTION. Theyre CROOKS........

I wont buy anything else from this store. I got a ring from here that broke and they charged exactly the cost of the ring to fix it and I can feel the roughness where it was repaired. Prior to getting the ring back I got a different ring that I can tell has been repaired also and they say it hasnt. Best place to buy your jewelry. After an exhaust research of a ring for my fiancee I finally I found it in New York Jewelry Greensboro. They are really different from other jewelers, theyve got unique stuff. Must have a visit.

I had some bracelets repaired. When I got my jewelry, I had to give one right back to them. One of my bracelets was not fixed & the other broke as soon I put it on. When I asked about a warranty, they said no. You get what you pay for, cheap work & cheap labor!

Wish I could give this place a zero! Bought a necklace and 2 bracelets from them and the bracelets broke in less than a week! And when I took it back they tried to charge me to fix it for almost half the price of one! They’re very money hungry and don’t care about your items as long as they get the money and you’re out the door. Horrible customer service & management!
