Absolutely amazing experience. My fiancé and I visited this location to pick out my engagement ring. Kayla helped us, asked questions, took notes for our profile, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and without judgment (I asked some pretty dumb questions). We ended up returning for their loose gem and setting showcase at Kaylas suggestion. Kayla, along with James, helped us again. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. They gave us the space to browse but also made suggestions based on their knowledge and the notes from our previous meeting. Its like they could read my mind better then myself, I left with a beautiful, custom ring that I am in love with and was within budget. No mind-games or pushy sales tactics. We will definitely be back to this location for any jewelry needs and maintenance in the future. Cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU!!!
Buyer beware at this location. They promise service while going through the purchase process. Returned two days later for an adjustment that I was told could not be done because of the design of this piece of jewelry. The service you receive after purchase speaks volumes of a business. Should have read other reviews before $pending my money here. Lesson learned.
Visited this location to purchase a necklace that I saw online. There was only one other couple in the store and they were being waited on. There was a group of sales associates behind the counter talking and it was like pulling teeth to get one to come out and help me. Unfortunately, they did not have my desired necklace and zero desire to help me select another. I have shopped at Kay Jewelers for over 20 years and never had service so atrocious. While I will be continuing to shop with Kay Jewelers because typically I like their service but it most certainly will not be at this location. Given the typical clientele of this area, I am hugely surprised that they are still in business in this location if that is reflective of their standards. I left without purchasing anything because the little girl was lazy and refused to help someone there to spend money. As a side note, it was my wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to purchase me something nice. Oh well Kay, you missed out on this one.
Took my wedding ring set in to be resized. The price to resize was half compared to the first jewelry store I went to. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. They looked at my ring and showed me under a high powered lens that it had a broken prong and another that was ready to break. I have worn this ring for 28 years so it was no surprise that it needed some repair. I thankful that they notice this because the first jewelry store didnt. They took pictures of my ring and email them to me. I got a email when the ring was sent to the repair center and another email when it arrived. I got a third email when it arrived back at the store and was ready for pickup. It took 3 weeks just like I was told. I went to pick it up and it was polished and clean. They took more pictures and emailed them to me so there is no question that it is the same diamond. The same 3 girls were in the store and were super nice and enjoyable to work with. I definitely would recommend.
I was immediately greeted with a smile upon entering this location. I was just browsing with nothing in particular in mind to purchase, but after the wonderful customer service Chloe provided, I purchased a necklace and I LOVE it! I will definitely return to this location for future jewelry purchases!

Attempted to bring my watch to this location for a link removal and battery replacement.they said that due to covid19 they arent able to offer me these services. Im not familiar with the area and asked if there was anywhere where else near that may be able to help me. I was recommended to go to four seasons which is pretty far from what I surmised. In actuality Schiffmans Jewelers was around the corner and they helped me.
Willie was incredibly helpful and patient while my fiance and I were shopping for wedding bands. We couldnt be happier with our purchase!
Terrible customer service and very unorganized. I ordered a ring in January for a late March wedding but didn’t receive the ring until July. I had to buy another ring just for the ceremony. When I purchased the wedding ring at Kay I was guaranteed they would clean my wife’s engagement ring (not purchased at Kay) as a courtesy when I brought the wedding ring to be cleaned. Today, one year later, Chloe refused to clean the engagement ring. Her reason was that cleaning another ring would potentially expose the employees to more germs, although they just cleaned the wedding ring my wife was wearing on the same finger. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even mention to Chloe that I was actually there to buy another ring. I will never spend money at Kay again.

Tried to get my rings inspected during covid. Lady said she couldnt do that because of COVID, then asked to get the rings cleaned and that was also refused. I was told by the warranty department that because the lady didnt give us a paper saying we couldnt get it inspected now we are left to pay the bill to replace one of the diamonds that has now came out. The staff at this location particular arent always the best and they have new people all the time. This should be your last stop if youre buying something from Kays. Make sure you get documentation for everything you do with these people for they will bend you over every chance they can. This is not the first bad kays experience but it will be the last. They will not get another dime from us. Please shop elsewhere.
I needed a watch battery. Though they were unable to assist everyone in the store were very nice! I would return here to shop for sure.

This location is by far the worst for customer service. I decided to call right after walking out of the store (I was the only one in there when I left) because I was going to try and speak to the manager, and they would not answer the phone, even though they did not have a single customer in the store (I called 3 different times). The man who inspected and cleaned my rings, provided the bare minimum of nice customer service he possibly could. I was asked for the phone number under the account and I provided my own phone number because numerous times before they have told me they would update the account to my phone number and they never do. After he asked is this the phone number it was purchased under I told him no and provided my husbands number which pulled up the account. I explained how they have told me before they would switch it to my phone number and he did not even respond to my comment. I later called the corporate office and was told they cannot change any information under the warranty account (yet this Kay location has told me at least 5 times now theyll change it over to my phone number and my email). Save yourself the headache and pick another Kay Jewelers. Good luck ever getting them on the phone....15 minutes later they still refuse to answer.

My husband and I had wonderful customer service experience at this location. Shopping for our anniversary ring for me was like a experience of my life. Our sales representative Samantha know what we where looking for & provided us with excellent customer satisfactory. We are so happy we called this location because the mall Four Seasons location told my husband, I would need to trade my wedding band ring in, in order for me to get what I was looking for, which was more bling & more carats added to my ring... I was like no way in the world would I trade my engagement ring for another ring no! I was very confused about why would they even recommend people to do that in the first place. My ring has sentimental worth to me, I wasnt trading it for another one. In conclusion this location is awesome on customer service and excellent knowledge of their products and services. We were very happy with my anniversary ring that I chose to customize with my wedding band ring as one whole ring. Im getting what I originally wanted. Thanks Samantha you are an example of excellent customer service Rep/Manager and in product knowledge. Advise to Four Seasons Mall location Listening to customers the same way you listen to your employees/management gives you the power to revolutionize your business...
I hate the fact that I am tied to this place for the lifetime of my ring. My husband bought my ring at a kay jewlers in South Carolina and they were wonderful. When I can, I go there to have my inspections done. But most of the time I stuck going to either this Kay Jewlers or the one at the mall. The service has been sub-par everytime I have gone to either one. My stones were loose and they did not even notice when I got it inspected there. What is the point in the inspection? Today when they inspected them, they were not even clean when I got them back. I wish I didnt have to put up with the lack of service.
Only giving this place five stars for Jessica. Shes a sweet and VERY kind young lady. I have shopped with kay jewelers for well over a year. I have purchased two necklaces, a ring, and a bracelet (everything but the necklaces were bought separately). When I brought the ring in for a cleaning today Jessica informed me that I could bring all my jewelry In at the same time to get the cleanings done all in the same months (to make things easier). Instead of bringing them in separately through out the year. Shes the only employee that has actually taken the time to talk to my girlfriend and myself. And shes the only employee who actually took the time to explain things to me. When I bought the bracelet and necklaces I never even got a card that says when the cleanings were due. Thank you Jessica for all your amazing work and time!! Sad that she works at a VA store more then this location because I highly enjoyed talking to her and really appreciate her not just trying to push sales on me.
Terrible customer service! We sent a ring bought here off to be sized on 2/16/20 to be ready for pickup on 3/4/20. No calls or voicemails left. I go to pick it up today, 3/6/20. Its not even been touched. They told me that the Service was keyed in wrong. Was waiting on an estimate? My ring was new, ring sizing was covered. Their mistake, after sayingmistakes happen, Okay fine I get that, but the ATTITUDE towards me was the ISSUE. And then she just went about doing something else. Dont give the customer an attitude when it was a Kay employee who made the mistake. We were going to buy our wedding rings here, Not anymore. Customer service is very Important to us. You want to feel satisfied with your current purchases & future ones. Customer service here, they dont care! It wasnt even busy during this time. Dont buy here! Not worth it.
I placed an online order and selected store pick up at this location. The tracking showed that my order had arrived and had been signed for on Saturday. No one called to inform me that it was ready. After arriving the following Tuesday, they had 2 of my 3 items but told me the other item was still in transit. They pretty much called me a liar until I showed them the tracking information on my email. After waiting almost 2 hours, they confirmed that my ring had arrived and they had the paperwork but couldnt find my ring... 4 days later, a manager FINALLY called me back and informed that they were ordering me a new ring and that it should be definitely be there by Saturday (she called me on Wednesday).. come Saturday still no ring and told me that it is on the truck for delivery but UPS hadnt come yet. I call back Monday, they say my ring is still in transit and tell me they cant control UPS, the lady had an attitude with me and failed to apologize for the inconvenience as if it were no big deal.. Finally, 3 weeks after my ring was supposed to have arrived, they call me back today and inform they have my ring.. I would NOT recommend this location.. the employees are downright rude and unhelpful and are not trained in customer service skills at all. I work in the food service. We have 100x better customer service than this place and they are a well known chain jewelry store?!?!?
Was offered a interest free leasing program. Asked multiple times if there were any extra charges with 2 witnesses. Was told there were no extra charges. I trusted them and I ended up paying more money through that than the ring itself. I had the money from the beginning but wanted to build credit to buy a house. Thought I could trust some people but guess not. Hope this will help prevent it happening to someone else since I’ve went through hoops and they won’t refund the money I’ve lost.

Dont go to this location! Save yourselves! I went and the staff did not take care of me and my fiance. I was not informed of a warranty nor was I educated on the type of ring I was buying. The staff also did not care to help when me and my fiance found out the ring was too big. They instead decided to remeasure the ring on a pole and inform us again that it was the size we asked for. When we ventured to another kay jewlers, they informed us that the specific rings that we ordered actually run a size larger. It seemed as if this store lacked the proper competence and understanding to truly help the customer. I also called the store the day the ring was suppose to arrive but the store never picked up after three attempted calls. Had to call customer service to find out where my order was and staff were more worried about getting me and my fiance to sign up for a credit card.. Just do better staff... be better...

Been a customer for years and never had a problem.Now I custom order a piece and its not only late by a week, but the staff has no clue when it will arrive.Update...this morning I call and surprise its in.Even though I called daily since the expected date, and no one could find it.On top of that they say they left a message and emailed me ...total BS...at these prices you should know your business.And education is a must etching is not engraving.total scammers.Never again....bye bye KaysStar count negative 5.....1 is the lowest huh.

Went to Kay with my boyfriend looking for an engagement ring under 2,000. The saleswoman pretty much laughed in our faces saying that all they had in our price range was 1 ring and then told me that they wouldn’t be having another sale until September. Very rude and I felt like she didn’t want to have anything to do with us because of our price range (which for us and many other, is a lot). This is the 2nd time that we’ve attempted to shop at the location and we will NEVER go back!
They told me one thing over the phone and a completely different thing in person. I gave the store manager the sales ladies name with whom I spoke with. Still didnt keep their word from the day before. Highly upset! 😡😡😡
