State St. Jewelers has a beautiful showroom with a really nicely curated selection of on-trend and classic jewelry styles. All the ladies who work there were really sweet and welcoming, and Sandra was really patient with me stopping by a few times to try on ring settings. She is really knowledgeable and ended up finding the perfect setting for my marquise diamond, which was expertly set by the jeweler on site in just a day.

I took my Grandma’s diamond to have it placed in another set from the wedding set I had been wearing. To my surprise, I decided to have my wedding set turned into a new piece. It was hard to see the vision, I just trusted their vision. The ring is amazing and beautiful, truly an artist at hand. We decided to elope, and had a time frame we needed the rings by, and June made sure we had our beautiful diamond, and wedding bands before our trip. June was great. They had what I wanted but it needed resized. June said a month to cover but said it would probably be more like 2 weeks. 1 week later I picked the ring up. My girl loves it. Fantastic crew.

The first person who helped me was very sweet and extremely helpful. When I went to pick up my item another woman made me walk all the way to the back, God knows why to pick up my item and I was in a boot because of broken toes. Why again did I have to go to the rear. This is not the climate for that type of behavior.Appreciate the fact that she was nice enough to call and apologize for not not realizing I had a boot on my foot. Apology accepted!!

I visited State St Jewelry store after finding them via Google. I have a tried a few other local Jewelers but was not completely and totally satisfied. My primary focus when I walk into any establishment is customer service. Upon my arrival to State Street I was greeted by not one, but several of the employees who work there. I had come in to have two batteries replaced in two different watches. The customer service was outstanding. The sales associate, Sandra, was very friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I was curious if I would be treated differently because I do not appear/look like I had any sort of money. But clearly Sandra doesn’t judge a book by the cover. While an individual may look like they are broke they are NOT treated that way. Needless to say I will not only continue to do my business with this jeweler but I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for somewhere to get your jewelry fixed, replaced or if your just looking to purchase new jewelry. State Street’s team is amazing. We dropped off three rings for repairs. We ended up going with two out of three, declining the third repair only because we found out the original jeweler had a warranty on it where the repair was less cost. The two rings that were repaired and returned looking better than new, at estimates less than what we expected. We will definitely use State Street again, and recommend them to anyone in the market for a repair or new jewelry. Thank you State Street!

Let me just say, this is my first time working with State Street Jewelers. I went into the jewelry store and everything was bright, clean and sparkly! June helped me RIGHT AWAY. I left my engagement ring for an appraisal and to be resized and i got it back in like 3 days. The ring looked so good, everything was as expected. Which made me very happy. 🙂

Sandra was wonderful! I brought my mothers watch in for a battery replacement. The manufacturer said to take it to an authorized retailer, and their website referred me to Belk or Macys, both of which told me they would need to send it off, and it would take 3 weeks. It seemed crazy, so I looked up jewelry repair on Google, and after skimming the almost 500 reviews for State St, I decided to give it a try. She said it might be tomorrow, which wouldve been okay, but texted later the same day to let me know it was ready.The jewelry on display was gorgeous, and Ill definitely be back if I need anything else repaired. This place may be a jewelry store, but the people who work there are the true gems! I have a bracelet that I got in the early 1970s. Though it isnt made of a precious metal, they repaired it for me at a very reasonable price and now I feel confident that it will last another 50 years.

I came here to replace a diamond in a ring I inherited from my mom. She bought it in Italy. IMMEDIATELY I was told all the posts had to be replaced or I would lose all the other diamonds. Not just the ministry value, but the emotional value! They do great work and fair evaluators.

There is still plenty of creative element, but following more traditionally appealing motifs.The store is larger than it appears at first glance from outside. The sales associates are very familiar with the pieces in stock and many have notable knowledge/qualification in gemology, and as such are more able to better describe and inform regarding their stock.State St is one of the best jewelry shops in the Greensboro area.

The prices are great and the people are priceless! What more could you ask for? They custom designed a piece for me using stones from outdated jewelry and it is fabulous! I could not be happier! Have had them work on my Omegas and Tag Heuers. They will definitely take care of you and your timepieces. It can be hard to trust a jeweler with your high end watches and this is the only one I actually do trust to take care of mine without having to go through Switzerland. They have some awesome timepieces for sale as well.

I needed a ring sized quickly and State St. Jewelers were more than efficient. I was expecting a 2-3 day wait, but it was ready within hours and fit amazing. Their staff was also very friendly and they communicated via text to let me know that my ring was ready, which was super efficient for me!

Very friendly service! I lost a diamond in my wedding band and had two antique rings from my grandmother to be sized. They had everything they needed to do all repairs on site and were done within one day. I am not an expert on cost but the resizing cost $50 and the replacement diamond was $90 which felt very reasonable to me paired with the convenience and great service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

A friend recommended State Street to me when I had called another jeweler to have two watch batteries replaced and they needed a week for turnaround. State Street not only provided same day service, they met me at my car curbside per my request, had all the paperwork ready for me, and I was done in just a couple of minutes. Oh, and when I called to see if they were open this morning, Jane was very responsive, pleasant, and even offered while I waited service optionally. I would recommend them unequivocally for excellent service.
