I had a great experience at the Eyeglass World location in Greenwood, Indiana. There was a nice selection of frames to choose from, and the staff was very helpful once I made my selection. There was no pressure selling, just a good explanation of what is available in the way of lenses, i.e., coatings, progressives, etc. Upon picking up my new glasses, they were perfect (and I have a very difficult prescription). The prices are lower than I expected and the quality of the lenses and frames fully met my expectations. I definitely recommend anyone who needs glasses to visit the Greenwood, Indiana, location of Eyeglass World. They do not disappoint!
I have had a couple of great experiences here.I got my exam here and the staff was very nice helping me pick out my first bifocal set. Glasses came in quick and have no complaints.

We had such a great experience at Eyeglass World. My son broke his glasses yesterday and needed a new pair. We are getting ready to move and was looking for a place that get him a new pair quickly. Ashlee McKay the General Manager was so helpful and made sure that my son had new glasses the same day. All the staff was wonderful to work with and did a great job with helping my 9 year son through the process. They also were on top of the latest safety and COVID protocols. I cant recommend this location enough.
I went in there in March this year with my husband and granddaughter. We all 3 paid for a exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Non of our glasses were correct. Ive been wearing glasses for over 35 years and when I put my glasses on it hurt my eyes to look in one of the pairs. I told the lady and she took them to the back to check them. She came back minutes later to tell me there is nothing wrong. Pretty much tried to act like I had no clue what I was talking about. After insisting multiple times that they were wrong, she finely admitted that one lense was different from my other pair. They had a incorrect prescription. My husband and granddaughter also had to return and they did NOTHING to fix theirs. My husband and I are truck drivers so it was hard for us to get back in but I finally got a refund on my husbands glasses but not the exam, that was wrong, done incorrectly.. Mine, although they finally fixed the one lense, the glasses are still incorrect but I can see. My granddaughter cant even wear hers. Both pairs hurt her eyes to wear them. We are out almost $700 for 3 incorrect prescriptions and 4 pairs of glasses. We had to go elsewhere to buy new glasses and prescriptions. Ill never use Eyeglass World again and will tell everyone I know to stay away. I guess because we are truck drivers and cannot go in daily to complain that we are just taken advantage of. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I had a great experience at EyeGlass World in Greenwood. It was my first time there, and the staff(Alexis, Michael, Brian, & the Optometrist) were all very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Not only that, they seem to go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy & satisfied...before leaving the appointment. My new eyeglasses are nice, and look great on me! The whole crew did great and treated me awesome from the moment I walked in. I even needed adjustments on my glasses and Ashlee was amazing on getting this handled. Simply put they rock!

I would have family and friends go here. Alot better then the one in southern plaza. I just love the staff at the greenwood location. Came to the Greenwood location for my first time today. I was very impressed from the start. Lisa met with me and was so very friendly and helpful. She explained the paperwork in detail. I next met Dr. Caitlyn Conoley. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. She was patient with repeated adjustments while determining my prescription and explained everything so well. Then I met with Alexis. She is such a character. So funny, personable, friendly and helpful. My wife went with me, and she too was very impressed with everyone. This visit was very enjoyable and we had such a great experience. These ladies are all great with what they do. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with their service. I will most certainly continue my eye care with Eyeglass World in Greenwood! Thank you all!!
After a bad experience at the Castleton location I was skeptical about even going to another location. However, I am glad I did, they were on time with my appointment, very friendly and helpful with getting my daughter the glasses she needed. Everyone at this location was even dressed professionally and not like they were going out to the club. So thank you 🙏
Very impressed ! Called the day before and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Everyone working is very kind and professional. Very welcoming place, accepted my insurance was definitely a plus! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an eye exam/ glasses or contacts.
I visited eyeglass world for the first time and instantly I was greeted! My exam went better than expected. The service I had by the optican was the best service I have ever had at an eyeglass place. Katelin a manager there was so helpful from picking out my glasses to telling me what I need in my lens she even took me to the door to walk me out she went above and beyond just for me so big shout out to Katlein I will return to eyeglass world from now on and will recommend her to everyone
They were very good at my exams and eyeglasses. I would highly recommend them. Also very very nice!!! Didnt have to wait but a couple of minutes for my exam and picking up glasses.
I bought pair of glasses from this place. Attendent told us these glasses are covered for one year. One of my glass frame broke in two pieces and I took it back they are refusing to fix it. They are saying that I have to buy grantee from them at the time of purchase. But they didnt offer any protection plan. Never go there again. Very bad experience.
We have been going here for several years. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a great selection of frames, to the point that I have trouble making up my mind! We have always received our glasses and contacts quickly. I have never had a problem with my insurance.As long as neither of us has a bad eye problem requiring ophthalmology or something, we will continue to use this store for our routine eye care.Thanks for your helpfulness!
I was very happy with the service I received at Eyeglass World. As a first time customer, they were all very nice and helpful. The doctor was very nice and informative. They have a wonderful selection of frames and answered all of the questions I had. Thank you!
Went there before the lockdown for contacts and glasses, they said my insurance would only cover one thing, so I put the contacts on the insurance. The first contacts they prescribed, they said they had in stock so they went ahead and put it on my insurance even though I was still to try them on for two weeks. Then their store was closed during lockdown. I couldnt do a follow up for a while. They called me one day during lockdown saying that they still had my contacts and they could deliver them, and I told them those didnt work out for me and I will try for different ones. I went back for a follow up after lockdown ended and tried for two more pairs. The last pair worked out but I didnt order them right away because I didnt that there was a time limit. I called them one day to say that I would like to order the last contacts I tried, and she said Im sorry but you had already ordered a pair back in february and we cant return it now because its been over 30 days. I was like what are you talking about? No one ever informed me that there was a 30 day policy. First thing I didnt understand is why would they put something on my insurance when Im still trying them out. I went there 4 times for follow up after that and not once did anyone mention that I wont be able to put them on my insurance because the first pair was already ordered through it. When I went to the store to talk to them, she was trying to blame it on me that you stopped coming to follow ups. Never had this kind of experience before.

The general manager, Ms. Monbo, was a fantastic help. I have a very specific prescription and lens requirement. She spent at least two hours and put a lot of effort into helping me find a place that could actually make the lenses I need. I had already spent two months looking for someplace that could help me see again. Even though her lab couldnt make the lens, she found me someplace that could, and that would take my insurance. I cant praise her high enough, and I applaud Eyeglass World for hiring her. Shes first class.

I went to Eyeglass World for the first time today based off of a referral from a friend. When I called them yesterday, they fully informed me of the allowances allowed by my insurance (which is something that other places have never done). When I went in today, someone immediately helped me and I was in within 15 minutes of my scheduled exam. Grace helped me check out and she was so incredibly kind. She broke down my total and was willing to look at the adjustments i was asking. I was able to leave with my year supply of contacts. I will gladly return and refer all of my friends! I am so extremely happy by the patience, professionalism, and knowledge the staff had! Thank you so much for an incredible experience!!

Ashlee was SO helpful in answering and transferring every complicated question I had. She helped with price matching and did a lot of comparisons of different deals. It was a very personable experience and the value was just as good if not better than you could find anywhere else.
Had a great but challenging experience. First time in years I needed glasses been wearing contacts for years. I ordered progressive glasses and could not wear them.They exchanged them for a single lens even though was my bad choice.Very happy now.
Ashley was extremely helpful in fact the whole store is. I have continued to go there for over 5 years and have recommended many people to this locations!!!I can see why she is the manager of the locations, please recognize her and the job she is doing for your company.
We had a beautiful experience at this Eyeglass World!! Dr. Millikan was great and the manager there is Rosie. Her and her staff was very professional and nice. Not sure why anyone would call them rude, but my entire family was well taken care of. We will return next year and we will tell everyone about this place. The optometrist was very nice and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was a quick appointment but my prescription is perfect. Jason was very helpful and funny while getting my glasses ordered. Will definitely continue using them!
Eyeglass World is awesome! Broke the bridge of my ONLY pair of crazy-old glasses. Got me in SAME DAY, left with contacts in hand and new glasses on the way! Everyone was really sweet and professional. Happy to have mybsighh back and I will definitely be using them again in the future!!!
Was a fairly quick process, the customer service was as expected and they have lots of cheap options. I was in and out in an hour with my glasses ready three hours after that. Id recommend it.

I am conflicted on the review to leave..First off, it is a terrible first impression to walk in to an extremely dirty store. Not sure the last time it was cleaned, or when the floors were last vacuumed. The filth continued back in the examination room. Customer service was hit or miss depending upon who was helping us. On to the good parts... I was rather pleased with pricing on my childs exam and two pairs of glasses! Also, Noah was extremely nice and helpful both times he assisted us! Hopefully this review can help them make improvements to their store!

Although my first visit turned out not so well, I do have to give kudos to Whitney, the store manager, who has done everything I would expect and more to make things right so that I will keep my business at her store. It seems that I chose frames that really cant handle the lenses I have to have. Unfortunately, I fell in love with the frames.
Ive gotten glasses from here years ago and had a good experience. On 3/30 I came in with a seemingly straightforward contacts purchase that ended up taking a longer time than I wanted but Kyli- an assistant GM helped me, she was professional, kind, and provided excellent customer service.
Walked in and told the lady I needed my daughters glasses tightened and adjusted and she talked to me like I was stupid.. I told her that her lens shouldnt have scratches on them and she said they wont ever get scratches.. and didnt allow me to explain that I paid for them not scratch.. will not be back.. I will drive to Plainfield where I bought them in the first place...
Despite many negative reviews online. These folks do what they say. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. My glasses cost exactly what they should have. The staff are GREAT to say the least!

Best experience ever! First time buying glasses the ast mgr. Was so helpful he actually took time to help me try on glasses and even pulled some that he thought I would like, I didnt feel rushed or pressure to buy anything very comfortable and so nice! I ened up buy both pairs that he recommended rather than The ones I pulled myself and could not be more in love with them! The young lady sitting at the front desk was also fantastic and so sweet. Will be going back forsure.
At first couldnt see out of my new glasses. Went back to find out why I couldnt see. Received great help from Jessica the assistant general manager. She took over from original optician by double checking measurement. Turns out PDs were off which made my vision blurry in new glases. She corrected PDs and I had new lenses that I could see out of. Left with a smile and able to wear my new glasses. A big thanks to Jessica!!
Signed up for eyesight club (100$), free exams for 3 years. Went in and set up an appointment and told me after insurance I would only owe 5$. Went in for appointment and they said insurance and the eyesight club cant overlap and that I owe 65$ for the exam. Money scam.
Scheduled an appointment and it was given to a walk in before I was even suppose to be there. Was told that I had to rescheual because they made a mistake in doing so. This is the 2nd time I came here and had a similar problim like this before. I will never return.
Pleasant enough, optometrist is great. Only complaint is I paid to be in the club when I went back the following year to take advantage of the club deal there was no record that I purchased it.

Terrible experience. The associate who helped me had little-to-no idea what she was doing. It took hours just to place the order. Then, they ordered my lenses incorrectly, and then claimed their computer system went down for 2 days so they couldnt correct their mistake and order the correct lenses. Is this a legitimate business? This is exactly why I hate going to 2 for glasses shops. New insurance forced me to search for a new eyewear store. Guess the hunt continues.

This place a joke. Horrible service. Doctor walked out of my appointment for lunch before I even arrived at my appointment. My appointment was 1:30. The doctor walked out for lunch 1:34pm. They have 7 minute wait before I am considered my appointment cancelled. I walked in 1:37pm just to be told he left for lunch before 7 minutes. I was late because Of a wreck near my house. They shouldn’t have that policy if the doctor can not even follow their own policy. They told me I can reschedule. My fiancé called they told her he left 5 minutes after 1:30pm and that their 7 minutes late policy. After she said why did he leave before 7 minute mark. They tried turn around and lie to her about when he actually left. Horrible, dishonest people.

Incorrect Script from Optometrist was given to the staff at Eyeglass World. Glasses were made but were not usable. They remade the lenses at no additional charge even though the error was not theirs! Thats customer service!
