I had a prism-like change in my vision. I have no history of migraines, but that’s what I thought it was. My friend, a neurologist, recommended I get seen right away to make sure I did not have a retinal detachment.This office got me in about an hour later. The staff was incredible.Dr. Dirk Titus was awesome. He saw me right on time, took a great history, explained what he was doing, and thoroughly went over his findings. My eye exam was great, so probably just an ocular migraine.He and the staff went above and beyond and made this a pleasant experience.

Just went to my first visit as a new patient at MyEyeDoctor and I must say, it was the easiest, quickest and friendliest experience Ive ever had at an eye appointment! Ive been in glasses and contacts for over 20 years and I was very impressed with this office. Highly recommend!
This is the second time that they have ordered the wrong prescription. 3 weeks and no glasses. Go somewhere else!
I had great luck in the past with Ossip and the doctor hadnt changed, but I will say my most recent experience went poorly. The staff is great and I have no complaints about how I was treated, but I went back several tries (I believe 5) trying to sort out new glasses and I simply never got wearable glasses. I gave up. Like I said, all the staff I dealt with deserves 5 stars. Admittedly it feels like I wasted 265 bucks.Update: I was contacted and told that we could correct the situation. I was sent a contact email and told that when Im ready contact via email or call a listed number. I have done both weeks ago with no response. I assume that they have moved on and so will I. Because of the run around I have knocked a star off. If they wish to refund me I would be happy, but it doesnt change my opinion of the situation.
The Staff at My Eye Dr are top notch. They are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable! The eye wear selection is great and I get complimented all the time on my new glasses. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye examinations and new glasses. And thanks for fixing my old glasses while I was there!

Professional, friendly and high tech equipment. Glasses in every price range. We dont have insurance and my son usually destroys multiple glasses, so I dont spend to much on him, but even his $95 pair has been holding up really well since December. Most of the time its been replaced already! They said theyd replace it if he does destroy them. I kinda splurged on my pair. Cant wait to get them!!! Dr. Ewers explained test results and showed me photos of your eye, which I appreciated. Glad I came here. Definitely recommend!!!!

If you want exceptional lenses and excellent customer service then Ossip is the place. I was looking for a specialized pair of sunglasses. The staff helped me and went above and beyond to not only make sure they were right...but actually reordered a new pair and spent a lot of time fitting them. The staff is great, friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! I recommend them and this business as a go-to for custom purchases.Thanks for all your help, I absolutely love my glasses😎
Dr. Ewers has been amazing with our 3 year old son. She explains what is happening and what to expect in the future. I couldnt be more pleased with the whole experience and all the staff. Highly recommend to anyone.
Great eye glass selection. Dr Titus has decades of experience Ive been seeing him since I was a child. Staff is welcoming and insightful. Glasses came in earlier than expected.
The staff are so nice at this location.I saw Dr. Titus and he was absolutely wonderful. I have macular degeneration and he took so much time with me. He said he would get me every bit of sight he could.I picked up my glasses today, and he did get me more sight. I’m absolutely thrilled. Highly recommend.
I havent been back since after a previously not so great experience, but I sat on my glasses and I was near by. They were busy, but gave me a friendly greeting and had me take a seat in the glasses area and told me as soon as someone was available theyd be right over. I barely waited 2 minutes. An associate finished with someone and immediately came over to help. While I wanted another associate came up shortly after to see if I had been helped yet. The first one brought me my glasses and they fit better than before!! As I left a couple of the girls up front complimented me on my shoes and we chatted a little bit. Then everyone up there wished me a good day and said bye. They were all just so friendly!!! They changed my mind and Im definitely calling back to schedule an appointment. Glad to see things have changed because they always had the cutest glasses!
This place has turned around completely since the last time I was there 2 or 3 years ago. I was a little worried but my insurance changed and I figured Id give them another shot. The doctor was great! The staff was great! They listen and pay attention to my concerns and make me feel like I’m part of the solution. Everyone is very professional and I come away with the sense that I’ve been well taken care of and that my contact and eye wear needs have been met. Highly recommend the Greenwood office and its phenomenal staff and service!!!
I havent been to the doctor for quite sometime since I first got glasses (six years ago). They made it so easy. They were very friending from check in to ordering glasses and contacts. They explained everything step by step and made me feel very welcomed into their office. It helps a lot that they dont have to do that puff of air in the eyes anymore. They showed me the 3D scan of my eye and it was so neat to see what it really looks like back there. I highly recommend their office to anyone.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The doctors are top notch and trustworthy. They have a new system in place and a new selection of glasses. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone: family, friend or foe!
Ive been a patient at this practice for many years and have always been very pleased with the doctors and staff. The docs and techs are very competent, punctual and friendly. The office staff are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Eye exam and and picking a pair of glasses took about an hour. Good friendly staff and after insurance was all under $170.Update: 3 years later I have continued to get my exams here and I have now gotten contacts. The staff is still awesome and I have yet to have a bad experience. As far as cost goes I do pay extra for my vision insurance so cost is always great.I have full confidence in the staff and Doctors at this office.
Of I could give a negative score I would. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING. This is my 3rd visit (and will be my last) and I left after 2.5 hours and not being seen. I had to go to the front desk and they tried to pretend I was “next in line” while someone rummaged for my chart as fast as she could because I had clearly been forgotten. Then I was put in a room “for just a minute, until we get another one”...then no one came back. I went out and asked and yet again no one seemed to know who I was. The last two visits were extremely long waits as well and just really overall poor patient care. When I finally walked out and went to the desk to make sure they weren’t going to bill my insurance since I wasn’t seen they tried to tell me to just wait a little longer. The poor lady who fits you in new glasses was the only one who was nice and took my name and said they’d make sure I’m not charged...but I will be following up to make sure that’s right. Super unfortunate this office is awful .
I came here for a contact exam in February and asked them to fax the prescription to Sams Club. No one informed me that they cant do this so I made the assumption that it would be there when I needed my contacts. When I called Sams Club to make sure my contacts were in stock a couple days ago (now April), they didnt have the prescription. So I called Ossip back and asked them to fax it again. I was told that they didnt fax prescriptions with a request verification form from the place I was filling it. I called Sams back and asked them to fax that and they had never heard of it. I called Ossip back and they refused to fax to them or to me without me coming there to sign a form that says they can fax (which totally defeats the purpose) so I drove to their location and picked it up in an envelope. When I got to Sams, she opened the envelope to find that they had stuck an eyeglasses prescription in there instead. I call them back and she nonchalantly said just to come back in again and pick up yet another envelope and theyd have the right one in there this time. No apology necessary apparently.I have been a client of Ossips downtown location for a decade and never had any problems, but since I dont work downtown, I tried a different location. Ill be on the hunt now for a new place. Wouldnt recommend these people to anyone.
The optometrist was very nice and knowledgeable. The front of the house is lacking basic customer service. They are disorganized, not pleasant to deal with, and caused problems with my insurance. I waited for an order of lenses for close to two months. I asked to be called when they come in and never received the phone call. I do not recommend this place.
My four boys and I had a wonderful experience here! Incredibly accommodating and a fantastic selection!
The folks at Richard and Armstrong have always been very professional and pleasant. So my most recent visit is no surprise. I called in with a problem and they fit me into the schedule even thought they were booked up. I so appreciate when service is done above the bar.
Im sorry but I would not go to this location my girlfriend and I went here for her exam and she said that she knew 2 of the girls there, well when we were leaving we could smell pot and they were in the back smoking pot! I dont know about anyone else but I would not want one of them doing my exam! The girls up front are truly amazing and very helpful the dr was very helpful and the brown haired assistant was very nice. This company should really check their staff because as far as we were told its not the first time they have done this. Just watch out for whos doing your exam. You dont want to accidentally get the wrong diagnosis because they were all drugged up.Forgot to add one of the girls is the manager! How unprofessional of this company!
This place is horrible. I was quoted a price paid it then I was sent a bill in the mail a few months later. I’ve never had this issue with any other Ossip location.
Called to reschedule an appointment and not only was the girl rude that answered the phone but told me that it was their policy not to schedule more than 2 family members on one day. When I responded so I have to take 2 days off of work for an appointment. Her response was I guess so. That is absurd my dentist does it all of the time. Why should I have to go twice just for the 4 of us. Talk about poor customer service. Now looking for a new eye doctor!!!
After paying $154.00 for an eye exam I was quoted over $700.00 for a new pair of glasses. I said that sounded too expensive and they said they could discount it down to only $560.00. I took the prescription to Costco and got my glasses for $189.00. When I picked up my new glasses I couldnt see with them on. I paid Costco $55 to recheck my eyes to find out Ossip had the prescription wrong. I asked Ossip to refund my $55 but they said that part of the exam was $39 and thats all they could refund. No apologies, just what card do you want it on?

I could not see with my bifocals. They manipulated the frames several times to tilt them. After several visits I gave up and wore my old ones. This time my Son’s glasses were sent back three different times before he could actually see out of them. I will not be going back.
The front office is rude both in-person and over the phone. Given the many choices out there for eye care, I will not be going back and would not recommend.
