You have to be open DURING normal hours to actually get reviews. This is the second time I have come to this boost Mobile location, both times Google says theyre open, their hours on the door says theyre open, however not so much... Does anybody still work here?

Great customer service. Had a problem activating a new phone that they were quickly able to solve and get my phone working. Great team there!

I had a new phone ordered and when it came I didnt receive a call...I had to call and check on delivery. When I called the staff member told be her coworker sold it to someone else for the commission...not cool.The customer service agent and a visiting manager redeemed this location when I bought a new phone but Im still going to give it 2 stars

Want to change from Boost to a different mobile phone company? Boost doesnt make it easy, froze my phone, my number and they hounded me for months after I left their service.
