Nick was a great help ordering and setting up my new iPhone. I’m very pleased with their services.

Nick and Estefani both helped my husband and I. We went in for a free wireless charger that I was gifted and had planned to get my husband a new phone. We ended up leaving with the wireless charger, both of us got brand new phones, and I got a Watch3 smart watch for my birthday and we went ahead and got my husband one too!! Then we decided on some wireless earbuds. Both representatives were very informative and efficient. No pressure sales at all, just excellent customer service!!

All 3 of the staff members were friendly and welcoming, but Nick was who assisted me this afternoon. I came in with what seemed a daunting task - returning a phone and re-backing up my old one. I had tried to work with Customer Care via phone prior to going into the physical store with no success. Nick was quick to help and was able to resolve my issue with ease. He also answered all of my questions to make sure I understood the process for the return. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Nick!

I went to this store to switch from Verizon to AT&t because Verizon service in my area is horrible but friends tell me that AT&t is good. I was helped by Nick, and had a very good experience.Many months later I went back to the store because I needed a new phone. Brady helped me very much and was very knowledgeable but was unable to sell me a new phone because they were out of stock.

Nate did a great job helping me figure out how to update my plan for my needs and to save a ton on fees and options. The team here seems like they have a good time and it makes it a welcoming place to visit!

Nick Is the type of person that makes buying a phone a memorable experience. Not only did he look out for whats best for me and my phone plan, but was willing to do the same for my family. Greatest customer service experience ever!

Nick is awesome! He has helped me several times. He helped me clean up some billing issues, and got me some more life out of phone earlier this year, before I was ready to replace it. This evening he also helped me with a new phone purchase, after a long tiresome day, and I was slightly cranky, but he went above and beyond to help me find a good phone on my budget. Thanks!!!

Been here multiple times since I moved further out to Gresham. I have a better experience every time compared to the one in Gresham station. Always are friendly and help out in any way they can.

Came in to get a new phone. Staff was very friendly and took time to see if there were any promotions that could lower my monthly bill and helped me back up the old phone before activating the new one. No hard sell tactics. Would go back for sure.

Upgraded at this location a few months and come to find out they added insurance and nextup phone upgrade without my consent.

I went here to get a New phone they couldnt sell it to me because they dont accept cash. I told them the moment I went in that I only had cash no debit or credit they said ok no problem then wasted half hour of my time.

Super helpful and nice! I thought my phone was dead. Turned out it was the charger that died, not the phone. I was upset and scared and both of the people working in the store were so patient and kind, they completely turned my day around. Thank you!

Amazing customer service!! The manager Stephen is the best and always willing to help in any way he can. Have tried going to different AT&T retailers to help resolve my billing and phone issues but this one has been the best. Max was also very attentive and helpful.

Went in to get a new phone and the associate was on a personal call. Didnt acknowledge me or make any effort to help me. After 10 minutes I just left.

Jason was awesome, did the best he could but needed managements access to complete our request. What.......Management leaves early on a Sunday but the worker cant finish his ability to assist with the stolen iPhoneX and the AT&T Assurion call saying that there is no insurance.

Came in and bought new Iphones for my boys. Bronco was extremely helpful and friendly. He got everything set up quickly. My daughter then got the hand me down but had never had an Iphone so we had to go back in the next day for help. Very thankful Bronco was there. He was super helpful as I am Apple illiterate. He got her all set up with Icloud and everything. Would definately recommend this store to anyone!

They are worthy than even 1 star since I came to solve their own issues but they did not listen to them and did not help me and than they decide to sent me to solve those problem online but I want to ask a question directly. Why you are needed there, just as a sales?
