Asst Manager deserves a raise! He spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get my phone working and succeeded !! Kept on until problem was solved.

Lying snakes. Take your money somewhere else. Told me i could use a phone on their network, after paying hundreds of dollars for a phone i was told was fine for the network they refused to flash it over.

Been with cricket since 2009 and outside of a few glitches my phone always works very well on my cricket plan.

I had an amazing experience. The gentleman named xiaof was very kind and helped with the process. Everything went smothly as possible.

Would like to say this 1 star rating is directed towards the “manager”. I give Bernice & Cody 5 stars. Benjamin is very unprofessional. I’ll be switching companies or taking my business to another location. Cricket please check who you make a manger. This isn’t the first time I come in here and YOUR manger is intoxicated and smells like alcohol as well as looks the part. Next time I witness him walk out the store intoxicated I will call police. Drinking and driving as well as being intoxicated in your work place is not a good way to promote your business. Terrible management I feel bad for the employees who have to work with such a scumbag.

Better experience this time around.

We had great service before the staff turned over a few months ago. The last time we went in to change over to the new network we were treated terribly. The guy helping us was very pushy and tried to sell us accessories we repeatedly told him we didnt want or need. He was slow and didnt answer our questions well. Heres the kicker. We told him the service plan we wanted but he told us youll hate me for that level of data because it wasnt enough. He told us he was giving us the lesser plan, but today as Im checking up on my account, he actually didnt, and I have the receipt to prove it. He gave us the service plan he wanted us to have, not the one we wanted. So now I have to change things AGAIN. We were very unhappy with this interaction.

These people dont deserve to have service industry jobs, they are to dumb to handle that.

When my phone doesnt work very well for me, I can take it to Ben and he will either do it for me or explain how to do it and then I can do it for myself.

Came in on sunday at 2:30 and they were closed and they have a sign that says sundays they are open 12:00 to 5:00
