I have a son who is mentally & physically disabled, as well as homeless, that I provide a phone for through Metrco PCS. Over the last 20 months Ive come into this store 5 times to deal with replacement and insurance issues. Without a doubt, I could have been met with an, Oh no. Not her again, attitiude as Im totally illiterate in the world of electronics & cell phones. But, each time I had the pleasure of working with Cheyanne or Jennifer and these two women are incredible. They both deserve 5++++++ stars. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, respectful (one time my son came in and he was pretty unpleasant), and, each and every time, they both were willing to go the extra mile to help me. Theyve assisted me in how to manage my account once he was without a phone, returning phones that didnt work, how to deal with the insurance company, setting up new phones, setting up an email account for him, transferring info from old phone to new phone, advising me of a free app so I could track his whereabouts (and loading it for me), and figuring out how to supply me with covers & glass protectors they no longer had in stock. At one point Jennifer offered to help me with my cell phone which was purchased from a different carrier. This may all sound as if this is their job and they should be doing it, but I can tell you, not everyone is as knowledgeable as these ladies are, or as willing to help you. I know this from experience. The manner and attitude with which they both use to perform their job is impeccable. These two ladies are A++++ employees.
Chenne was awesome! She took the time to show us what was wrong & helped us understand how to fix our problems in the future. She was very nice & friendly. Her staff were also very helpful. If you need help with your Metro phones please see her at the Hood Center Store.

I NEEDED SOME INFORMATION ABOUT A PROBLEM THAT WE WERE HAVING. THE YOUNG LADY WAS HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION IN PRINTED FORM AND LARGE ENOUGH PRINT SO THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM READING THE PRINTED PAGE.WHEN I WAS DONE, SHE WE AND OPENED THE DOOR, WISHED ME A GOOD DAY AND I HER, AND I LEFT.
Scammed my elderly mother in law who payed her phone bill in cash and her service got shut off a week later. They said prove it where’s your receipt to a 60 year old woman. If you need to pay your bill go to a different one

This the worst place ever for customer service. I went in day before my attempt to switch to there phone service to get everything i would need to port in and get exact amounts. Next day of course couldnt get phones that were xmas presents. The 4 lines and 4 free phones is a joke with tons of hidden blocks not simple like lead to believe. This is the worst store on burnside and hogan nothing they say is true.
The guy I just had to talk to about a phone that quit after a week was the biggest jerk. I finally took my phone back from him and walked out and told him I would go to another store. So rude! Kept telling me there was damage and the damage scraped off with my fingernail and he kept finding more and I would scratch it off. Couldnt be polite at all.
Never happy when Im here. Poor customer service. Always have someone who doesnt know what thats doing. Last time I called in the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The employee Cody was rude af and rushed us out the door because we wanted to switch our phone number beforw porting over. He even lied and said Sprint would charge us just so wed change our mind. Truth is that it is FREE TO CHANGE YOUR NUMBER with Sprint and Cody was a jerk. I wont be coming back. And wouldnt recommend this store!
