Ill try to make a long story short. Im not a big fan of cell phones or stores.That being said the people that work there are not responsible for any of the practices of the corporations. T-Mobile has my Vote. Consumer Cellulars commercial says they have the best customer service. Oh contraire mon frere. BS. I tried them for a month & called to cancel. The lady said I had a refund of $20 coming so she transferred me to someone else that did refunds. They have never answered my calls and I have waited as long as 35 minutes. But wait ! The Best is yet to come. my credit score is down because they put me in collections for $50 OH MY GOD ! THAT IS LITERALLY THE OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...
