Rene does a great job helping to get your phone to work better.He is very customer oriented. Im in an area with little or no cell tower signal but in spite of that he was able to help.
Iván helped me, he was great. I had been trying different stores to resolve my issue for a month. Iván was able to resolve it in a few hours. Definitely will be driving from Battle Ground to Gresham to do my T-Mobile business at this location. Amazing customer service.

Sam and Ginger are amazing!! I came in an hour to closing and had to wait outside for 45min due to covid restrictions and they both were so helpful and stayed an hour after closing to help finish my new phone transfer. They are both the epitome of what GREAT customer service is!!

Service was speedy, and the store agent did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and found the exact plan I was hoping for which saved a ton of money with reduced data needs. They walked through the process with me and made sure I could still use my old phone number at the end. Happy to have this off my to do list!

My mom has trouble understanding what certain details mean when selecting phone plans but Alexia from this location was super polite, nice, patient and extremely helpful! Alexia helped us choose the best deal for us to switch over from an old carrier and join T-mobile in the most painless and quick way possible!
Manager was nice guy to talk to but the atmosphere was not welcomed when coming in to a store with phone issue.

I have never liked t-mobile. Horrible customer service. Im so disgusted with my experience. Went there to buy and upgrade my son & daughters iPhones. Will never go back to this store. I wont be returning to any store! (T-mobile) I signed a contract with sprint.
One hour waiting, no problem solved
Dustin was a huge help in getting my account straightened out, even though it ended up meaning that he was on the phone pretty constantly for most of 2 hours.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unhelpful and rude employee ive met. Refused to help us even though we had all the proper information and when he ran out of answers told us to stop paying the bill? What happened to customer retention. Shame I wasnt able to get his name. Very thankful for the customer service representative John Ryan who got our account squared away with little to no issue over the phone after dealing with this clown at the store. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to a location who wants to help and actually knows what they are doing.

It was terrible. They didnt have my screen protector. So they sent me to another store. That was supposed to have it. But they didnt. So they called another store. They said they had it. But i will call there before i go. Not to happy.

You dont even realize how long its been til youre done because theyre great at keeping you occupied.Amazing staff, great selection, and if they dont have what you need they almost always have some sort of compromise.

Ive been with with Verizon for 15 years, never had a problem. I thought I would check out Mobile 5G. I was shown a map and assured my area was covered. The map is wrong and I had zero signal while my Verizon phone had 3 bars of 4G. The hassle, rudeness and time it took to return everything was unbelievably horrible and the manager and assistant manager are arrogant, bumbling idiots! Dont do business here.
Staff helped with the door which is nice. Very spacious and easy to maneuver my wheelchair. They took care of my problems easily. Friendly staff.
If you wanted to go to this place be prepared to wait outside for 30 to 45 minutes and no one will come and help you..i went to pay my bill and the guy told me wait outside someone with come and help you I was there almost 40 minutes no one came to help and the guy told me to wait when inside and start talking to his coworkers...

I was going to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. I made the HUGE mistake by starting this process over the phone. After learning some details that was not shared, I changed my mind. What a nightmare to cancel !!!! I called for a week straight asking for a refund, managers were not helpful at all..... once I got the SIM cards in my hand, I went into the store near me. Samantha at this store was amazing!!! She quickly jumped in and helped me resolve the issue of shipping my SIM cards back. So helpful, and I will be asking for her when I come back in!Suggestion: don’t use online or phone sales, just go into a store and save yourself the hassle and stress!

Waited 20 mins in the hot sun so they could tell me they didnt have the watch i called and asked if they had. Drove one hour for nothing.
My Dad is not the most tech savvy person and we finally convinced him to upgrade his prepaid Trac phone. We had 20 minutes before a church event so we went to this T Mobile store. It was very busy and the wait was going to be too long given our time constraints. However, Dustin the manager still found a way to get us the information we needed and made us feel welcome.We came back a few days later and Rene walked us through the whole process of switching. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. When it came time to port the number Dustin and Rene had to trouble shoot a difficult Trac phone process. Rene spent hours working with Trac phone to deal with the fact that my Dad didnt have the account information. He did all of this after we had left and kept us in the loop through the whole process.I dont live close to home so it means a lot to know that my Dad can go to this store and get help using his new phone in a such a warm and welcoming place. Hats off to Dustin and Rene for helping make this a special Christmas present.

I really like this branch. The location is ideal and the staff knowledgeable and friendly.
We have little to no inter action with people anymore and to charge someone to pay a bill really you all suck if you do that. Are we all just machines and so unimportant that we need to pay you to talk to us. You already get a pay check to do your job. So why are we paying a fee to speak to someone on the phone. In the future i guess we will not have mouths. Or maybe even faces just fingers and eye balls to type and look. No talking a tube for food. All you companies need a wake up call

Awesome service everytime I go in. I recommend Rene. He is awesome and is always so helpful and recognizes us each time we come in. Everytime we are there we could sit forever and just chat with the employees. Customer service has gotten so much better the last few years at this location.

After a horrible experience at another T-mobile location (found out that this was just a licensed store and not a Factory T-Mobile store) Brian at this shop was the complete opposite. He got my phone for the new one I wanted, fixed a weird snafu in our plan and got my screen protector installed in less than 30min. Upload all your media to the cloud before you take a phone in to trade up. Then youre not waiting around for an hour like a schmuck while all your stuff is transferred. Best mobile carrier experience Ive had in quite some time. Thanks Brian!
Worst T-Mobile Store You could ever Visit! The manager Matt is crazy and is racist! He himself is African American and kicked me out of the store for being white and not talking to his representative right. The manager literally didnt lift a finger to help he came and he started teaching me how to speak. T-mobile has a ton of liars. When your connecting service youll think your getting the best service until it comes to the bill.

The music is beyond aweful, Rockin Robin was playing when we walked in. The staff was slightly over eager, 3 staff members simultaneously greeted us ! The person that helped us was efficient yet seemed bored with his job. T mobile is the lowest price of the big 3, which is why we use them (no other reason).

Very poor customer service. They were so busy they kept walking off before finishing up with us and kept pawning us off to other people working there.
